I've been really disappointed by my experience with Desert Suns. We had a new furnace installed about a year ago and it we encountered problems right away and it's been very difficult to get people out to fix it.

I've lost all confidence in this company. They botched a simple swamp cooler pad replacement for a business that requires an AC. They forgot to turn on the water? How did they test it? It took 2 business days for them to return to turn on the water.

Called Desert Suns out for a Carrier unit that was not cooling very well. They sent out the technician the next morning, and he was very knowledgable, identified three small issues and fixed all of them on the spot.
