Renew gave a competitive bid, kept their schedule as stated, and did a quality job installing and extending hose bibs and to gas services to a firepit and a barbecue. Their plumber, Zane was both courteous and competent. Renew would be my first choice for any additional plumbing work needed.

Zane was very personable, professional, and did high quality work. He explained everything he was doing and walked me through the job once he was done. Dave was also great to talk to when setting up the visit, and asked a lot of questions to ensure I had the right service set up. 10/10 will work with those guys again. If you are in a position to get price estimates from other plumbers for scheduled work, I would recommend doing so. I find the pricing with Renew to be a bit on the high side.

We have had a lot of challenges with our sewer system! The pipes are leaking and it is terrible. Dave and Josh found the leak, replaced the lines, and solved all of our problems. They are punctual, professional and extremely knowledgable. I will trust them with every plumbing project I need in the future. I could not recommend renew plumbing more. Thank you Dave and Josh!

Josh and Dave are the absolute best. I just moved here and I have had some challenges. My neighbors really suck. But, finding this service just made my day. They react to your needs accordingly. These guys are awesome! I had a leak between the house and the main and they were able to work me into a very busy schedule, detect the leak and repair it before ANY other plumber in Central Oregon would even show up to look at it. Seriously. this was no small job, but despite the difficulty Dave and Josh made it happen! Just hire these guys. you'll be happy you did!

My husband and I suspected a leak under the foundation of our home. I called 7 different plumbing companies and had no luck scheduling same-day service. I called Renew Plumbing and Dave Schmidt immediately answered my call. He was genuinely concerned when I explained our situation and said he'd do his best to get someone to our house that day. Within the hour, Josh Peck came knocking on our door to save the day. Josh got straight to work and quickly located the leak.

The repair involved cutting a whole into our floor and wall-that is never a good sign! We prepared ourselves for a huge bill but to our surprise the fees were incredibly fair. I also want to mention, Zane who replaced our shower faucet. Our experience with the whole Renew crew, from start to finish, was wonderful. These guys are honest, fair, prompt, professional, and very polite. Now we know who to call for all our plumbing needs!

Dave, with Renew Plumbing, responded immediately this morning when we found we had no hot water and I was unable to relight the pilot on the tank. He came out within a few short hours and quickly found the problem and called for valve that luckily was in stock. He ran out to pick it up and quickly returned and replaced the valve (as well as a copper wire as a bonus!) Dave is a professional, experienced expert who is also honest, fair, personable and above all, a decent human! Highly recommend Dave and Renew Plumbing!

Dave jumped on my failed water heater with the first call. I push the boundaries they operate, near Smith Rock, but he moved forward anyway. The tech, Josh, was great. He had the replacement and installed it when the appointment was set. The workmanship he shows, especially brazing, is exceptional. I'm very pleased with Renew Plumbing and highly recommend them.

The pressure tank for my hot water system sprung a pinhole leak. The system was 16 years old, so, while I wanted the leak repaired in the meantime, it was time to investigate a replacement. I called Renew Plumbing first thing the next morning and they had exactly the replacement unit I wanted already in stock. I said schedule me in! And they weren't messin' around - within a couple hours, they were at the house ready to work.

While I looked at the leak as a minor nuisance that I could have easily dealt with for a few days, I really appreciated the priority they put on the job. Even the price was reasonable. The guys (Dave and Josh on this call) were personable and knowledgeable, and I felt like I was in good hands. I'll definitely do business with Renew again.

I've worked with these guys twice and every aspect was on point both times. They hustle to fit you in asap, show up when they say they're going to, wear masks in the house, are super polite, and very reasonably priced. Can't recommend them enough

Don't bother calling around. save yourself time and hire Renew Plumbing. Dave and Josh are professional, thorough and most importantly, honest. I've had them replace a hose bib at a rental and install a shower valve in our own home. I also had them come out to replace a hose bib in our garage because I thought the back flow protection was broken. after Josh assessed the situation he said, "I could replace this for you, but I would be charging you for something that is working correctly." No charge for even showing up. These guys are the model for how trades should run a business. Thank you Dave and Josh for your exceptional service!

Thanks, Dave and crew, for the hip commode! I really can't say enough about Renew. Very professional (took COVID-19 precautions seriously), and helped me know what to do to get my bathroom ready to receive this porcelain masterpiece. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Didn't make me feel like the total idiot I am for my mistake that they put right. A tip of the hat to you all.

I would not recommend this company, very unprofessional and inexperienced. Renew plumbing recently visited our home to address two issues: leaking washroom sink and noises coming from pipes. After paying almost $300 for the repairs both issues were NOT repaired. The first time I went to use the washroom sink water leaked everywhere. Really? They didn't even turn on the sink and let the water run to see if the problem was fixed. Josh did come out to fix the leaking sink. for a second time.

We told him we continued to hear noises from our pipes and he said to record the problem and send it to him. We did this and later discussed with him what the problem might be. He said he had an idea but wasn't sure. I contacted the owner and he said he wasn't sure either. He said they could continue to GUESS what the problem is and we would have to pay for repairs as we go.

I am shocked he wanted us to pay for more repairs with no guarantee it would fix our problem AND would not give me a quote for further repairs. No way! We will seek help elsewhere

I found water around the base of my water heater. I live in a newly-built home, so this was alarming. I called Renew Plumbing -- Dave Schmidt (541) 480-9450, who showed up the next day. It turns out that the leakage from a failing overflow tank rather than from the water heater itself. It is unusual for one to fail so soon after installation. Until today, I didn't know how an overflow tank worked. Apparently, they are supposed to be calibrated at a certain pressure level.

It is possible that ours was either improperly-calibrated or not calibrated at all at installation. They checked my house water pressure (75PSI--normal), replaced the overflow tank, calibrated it, and replaced the pressure release valve. Cost: $239. I would highly recommend this plumber: friendly, professional, and fast!

I left voicemails with a bunch plumbers when I looking for someone to help with a malfunctioning water heater. When Dave called me back, another plumber had already come by and seemingly resolved the issue, but Dave still spent 5-10 minutes on the phone with me asking about the malfunction and offering some valuable advice. Can't speak to the quality of his workmanship, but his demeanor and customer service over the phone were just stellar.

Dave is the best! He knows his stuff and always squeezes us in when we have an unexpected issue. He is trustworthy and affordable. My parents used to them to find a slow leak that required an excavator to gain access to the underground pipes. Dave was able to determine where the leak was and minimize the labor and effort involved. He really knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

I received several plumber recommendations from friends and after a lack of response and/or WAY OVERPRICED estimates to replace 3 toilets, I decided to look on Yelp. I found Renew Plumbing and decided to give them a call. Dave was responsive and helpful from the first conversation. He helped me decide on the best toilets, ordered them, and called me a week later when they arrived to schedule installation.

When they (2 plumbers) arrived to remove/install toilets, they were super knowledgeable, efficient and professional. This was done at half the cost of some other estimates I received. Dave is awesome. I highly recommend these guys!

Dave is awesome! He came out the day I called (because of some changes in his schedule). Fixed our garbage disposal in a few minutes! I had him look at our faucet in kitchen - he said he had seen this with this faucet before. He gave me advise on calling the company and get a replacement - with at least a discount! I called and only could get them to send the parts to replace. Dave without my urging, called company and spent time fighting for full replacement- he won! He will be our plumber for life! Thanks Dave.

EXCELLENT AND PROMPT SERVICE! I called another service first and didn't get a call back immediately as sludge had come up in our shower. I needed service on a Sunday for this so I then called Renew based on the A grades indicated on Angie's List and the phone was answered; a quote was given to me for the call and hourly rate; and Dave came out within the hour.
