During the pandemic, I was staying at my vacation home in Sunriver and decided to do some minor upgrades. One of these projects required replacing an existing double stainless kitchen sink and fixture. I contacted two plumbers for bids and to conduct the work. I selected Pine Valley Plumbing (the other plumber did not bother to submit a bid despite agreeing to). Roger was very professional and helpful during the process. Roger did an excellent job installing my new kitchen sink/fixture, and also came out on a separate trip to install a new shower head in my master bathroom. I am very picky with what I want and how I want it to look. I highly recommend Pine Valley Plumbing and Roger! He exceeded my expectations!

This is the best place to go for a new electric water heater! Shauna was so helpful in answering all my question and getting us on the schedule. The two installers were very curtious and left no sign that they were even there aside from the new water heater! Great company, fabulous customer service!

Would highly recommend for plumbing repairs. Had an emerging leak in my main water supply. The young lady on the phone was very courteous and got a service plumber moving to my house in a timely manner. When he arrived, he was very professional, worked quickly and was very friendly and personable. Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Top notch service company! When I thought I would save myself some money and do it myself it was more like screw it up myself. From Roger to Elliot and Norm as well as the young lady answering the phone they were all extremely polite. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it! They went above and beyond to ensure our hot water was back up and providing us with warm showers as quickly as they could and for that we not only would recommend these fine folk we fully endorse their service! I find it ironic that many companies claim to be in the "Service" industry yet do not fully grasp the meaning of the word, Pine Valley Plumbing is the full meal deal.

Excellent service. Called needing a new water heater, fast. Vacation rental with 15 people without hot water. Called at 9:00AM, Roger asked when I wanted him there. Met two hours later. Just a nice guy. Took care of the problem, no BS. I usually do my own work so I know what needed to be accomplished. Did a few extra things without extra charge. just did things right. Straight up deal, no screwing around. I'd use him again in a heartbeat. Happy guests at the house. Couldn't have a better outcome. Just another 5 star review!

An excellent company! I had a small repair to a toilet fill line and shower faucet repair. Despite a very busy Friday before a Holiday weekend, Roger said he would find time to get this taken care of, as I had company on their way. Elliot arrived and fixed the problems in a very courteous and cost effective way. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
