I didn't get a chance to use them. I got a quote about a month and a half ago and was able to afford it at the time. Got the funding two weeks and call them to get on their calendar but the gal that answer the phone was working from home. She promised to call me on Monday. No call. - Called on Monday and she was out sick, promised to call me on Tuesday.
No call. Called again on Thursday. Was promised a call on Friday. No call. I guess my small job doesn't warrant their attention. I wonder how much you need to be spending to get a call back from them. - Guess I will never know since I was forced to go somewhere else.

We are building a new home during a really tough time. worker shortages, product delays, inflation. Severson Plumbing was hired to provide our plumbing needs. Nate and Cody have been completely transparent and attentive to detail, always checking in to be sure of the placement of our fixtures and explaining the benefits of the different choices. They have not fallen to the apathy that has laden the industry and the attitude that customer service no longer matters. Thank you. you didn't have to go the extra mile during a time when hardly anyone else does but we are so grateful that you did!

The communication with Severson was very poor. I communicated this and received a call from the owner. Impressive, I was not expecting this at all. Jeff is a very hands on business owner and really cares about customers like me! He is patient, passionate, and persistent! All qualities you would want from a contractor.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking in 4-5 different places. I called Severson plumbing and they got me schedule the very next morning. Nate Besch was communicative the morning of his arrival and was professional throughout his time here. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to replace the faucet in a timely manner. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and left the area clean and ready to go. Also, my dog loved him!

We had Severson Plumbing repair a leaking exterior faucet and the new faucet they installed broke, ruining our wood floors the first time we used it. The steel faucet bib had split down the middle. Severson Plumbing would not accept any responsibility and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay the bill for yet another new faucet. I will not use this company again and I do not recommend them.

Seveson's is the best! They were able to diagnose and fix my problem (needed a new coil for my water heater) after two other plumbers thought it was something else. Greg went beyond just guessing and was determined to find out what was up. I know this is probably not the norm but I got a same day appointment as well. Also, they were super professional when I called, highly recommend!

Bryce came by earlier than anticipated and I met him to assess my water heater. He diagnosed and saw that the heating elements were fried and offered to replace them and the thermostat at the same time so we had all new parts! In an out in an hour! Very helpful and professional! Very poor service, and not professional at all. Anthony wouldn't go under the mobile home to fix the leak he could see. He didn't even give me an estimate for fixing the leak. The next day a different plumber came out, went under the mobile and fixed the leak! Took about 21/2 hours and it was done! Do not use this company! They charged me for doing nothing! No estimate, no anything! I will NEVER use them again!

My husband and I highly recommend Anthony who is a plumber for Severson Plumbing here in Bend, OR. We recently had a water leak in a wall and needed a complicated job to be completed. Anthony is a skilled and knowledgeable professional plumber; the best we have ever worked with. Good for Severson for hiring such qualified plumbers!

I am very pleased with the workmanship that I received from Severson Plumbing. I initially spoke with Bill and I was instantly put at ease with how he listened to my concerns and explained to me what would be done. I appreciate that Bill has worked many years as a plumber and he knows his stuff! The plumber who came out showed up right on time. He came out and fixed my French Drain.
He swept up all of the dirt in my driveway and did a complete and professional job. I used to get pools of water in my garage, and now that they fixed the drainage, all is dry. Thank you!
