Not happy. The repair started on March 11, today is April 21. Gabe replaced the heat exchanger on warranty. Our water was still not running hot. Jayce came and decided we need to replace and ordered a part in the shower faucet. The apparently fixed heater unit in the garage started leaking. Gabe realized the shower faucet was not the problem. Fixed the leak.

A part in the heater unit was apparently broken. He ordered yet another part. Now we have only cold water. So far we paid $2,103 not including the latest part. We originally paid about $3,000 for the new and installed unit. The water heater is not fixed yet. We shouldn't have to pay a penny more to have this finally fixed and working properly. Definitely not happy!

Nick did a great job, was on time and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I chose to have hand held shower heads and the shower arms installed in our new house were way to high for us. I was not able to even reach the wand to take it off the holder to use it. Nick installed some adjustable arms that bring the shower head down to a level I can now use.

He did a great job, was respectful of our property and was able to answer some questions we had about some problems with the shower and tub enclosures. Very pleased. Thank you Nick

They aren't up front with pricing and surprise you with a set pricing sheet when they show up that is easily 150%- 200% more than any of the rest of the competition. They attempted to charge me $569 in addition to the $69 service fee to simply come to the house.
