We offer installation services for any wood bought in our store. To get the process started, give us a call to schedule a hard measure of your house. We'll draw up a proposal that includes the cost of the floor you've chosen, glue, tax and labor. Once you're ready to move forward, you'll need to sign the contract and pay the deposit.Then we'll order your wood and schedule a date for your installation. There is no minimum amount for cash and carry orders. However, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to ship products to our store. We also require a 50% deposit to be paid on all cash and carry orders before we order your wood.

Just completed a remove and replace of kitchen, family room and dinning room flooring. WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE! Everything from the selection, removal, preparation to installation. Mick and his entire team was a delight to work with every day. It's refreshing to know there are still companies were customer satisfaction and professionalism means something.

Last month, we had approximately 1,100 square feet of home floor carpet removed and installed Hallmark Alta Vista hardwood flooring by INTERNATIONAL WOOD FLOORS, Inc. of Sarasota, FL. The entire process of selection of hardwood and installation was superb. Dealings with Mick Dean, Manager was easy and installers Ray/John/Jonathan done a great job.
They moved and reset heavy furniture from rooms; removed the old carpet and installed hardwood flooring very professionally with transitions and painted shoe molding; they insist on installing Vinyl moisture barrier with quality glue products; overall great workmanship and in master closet with net cut to the existing cabinets and no shoe molding and great finish. We have no reservation in recommending International Wood Floors and please visit their showroom on 8260 Vico Court, Sarasota, FL.

Purchased 2800 sq ft of engineered hardwood flooring plus transition strips cash and carry. The transition strips were faulty due to the manufacturer. International Wood Floors ordered replacement strips, but refused to reimburse me for the cost of professional removal of the defective strips, transportation, and reinstallation of the replacement strips.

We have an almost 4,000 sq ft house of all hardwood floors that had to be replaced. The floors go into the closets and every nook and cranny of the house. This company was a life saver for us. We had a different company sent to us from insurance and they told us we couldn't have the same type of wood put back in and told us we had to have a floating floor. Luckily I was smart enough to let them go and visit International Wood Floors.
They came in and immediately fixed the errors the others made with our floors and installed exactly what we wanted. They took the time to remove our old floors properly and level the concrete and glue down new floors. They did not do anything to overcharge us or raise the cost unless it was necessary to do. The team was polite and genuinely pleasant to have in our home.
You know they have to be in your lives for a while when getting a project like this done. Especially, if you are living in the home when they do it. They were gentle with our furniture and belongings. They even made time each morning to greet our pets so they were comfortable with thier presence each day. The team was efficient and cleaned up each day so that we could safely live in the house with the pets after they left.
Always on time, to the letter. You could set your alarm by them. They took careful care with the baseboards so that we didn't have to replace any. They were skilled enough to make intricate cuts around built in furnishings and did everything correct. It is so very rare to find an honest and true company that cares about thier work.
