The customer service and price was right on the mark. The installer was quite late and showed up 5 hours later than scheduled. He kept apologizing. We were quite pleased and would use them again. I would get an early AM appt in the future to have it installed.

From start to finish, Sarasota Carpet was 5 Star. David provided the expertise in helping us select the carpet that best met our needs and budget. Tony and Joe were the consummate professionals in completing the installation and returning our rooms to their original layout. We highly recommend Sarasota Carpet.

Installation went very smoothly! $ men showed up with all the needed supplies and went thru 3 large bedrooms quickly. They cleaned up well and made sure the condo hallways were also cleaned. I was impressed with their knowledge and general work ethic. They were friendly but not too chatty to delay work! Overall my experience with Sarasota Carpet and Flooring was good.

I would have liked a more detailed proposal with prices of carpet and number of yards needed. However they committed to a date and made it happen within 3 weeks. Love the new carpet!

These guys did an awesome job a couple of years ago; so good that we came back to them to replace carpeting with LVP. That's when things went downhill. First, they changed the scheduled install date but no one informed us about it; all we got were apologies. On the new install date, the single installer showed up more than 2 hours late with no explanation, and did not complete any of the three rooms.

On day 2, two guys showed up more than an hour late; they told us "things were hectic". They did a great job of installing the new flooring. However, the next day I found that their vehicle had spread oil leaks in my driveway. When I called the store to inform them of the issue the person told me that "I'm just a salesman, I'll have the installer call you." They showed no concern whatsoever.

We love the product, and the job the guys did, but overall, this was not a good experience. Not sure what happened but the service and attitude just isn't the same as what we originally experienced.

Workers named Tony and Joe were friendly, professional in their work, and very efficient. The carpet that was installed looks and feels wonderful. We highly recommend Sarasota Carpet & Flooring.

From the first phone call everyone was so helpful and responsive. Steve cam over and measured, recommended a carpet and padding. 4 days later the carpet was installed in two hours. I would recommend and use Sarasota Carpet and flooring again without hesitation.

BEWARE of scammers! Installer did not even replace the padding under stairs with new one as supposed to do by contract! Instead he lied to me that he did. After I found out he did not install new padding he started to make excuses(tried to blame his son who was helping him on the project at the time). After installation installer left bunch of carpet leftover pieces in each closet.

Owner of the business Stergos agreed that that is unacceptable practice. On top of all installer did not even vacuum carpet after he was "done". I Sent them 13 pictures to show all the particles installer didn't clean. Sales person Steve I dealt with was completely on installer's side(stating that they are not a cleaning company to clean after themselves) and was making up excuses as well.

He even threatened to put lien on my property if I don't pay full amount! though he knew the job was not completed and padding was not replaced. Owner called me only few days latter to resolve the issue(though he knew about issue since the beginning). Not professional. Very disappointing experience. Will never call them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Steve worked with us to find the right flooring and the installers were very efficient and courteous.

Excellent service from Stergos, no pushy sales tactics and reasonable prices. Andre who installed the carpet was very professional. He made sure everything was completed properly, did not rush to finish the job and cleaned up after the installation. Thanks, guys!

From start to finish this was an easy process. Sturgos was very helpful in the store and the pricing was reasonable. Steve came out to measure and was very knowledgeable and was able to measure so as to have very little waste from the carpet. Install was clean, efficient and on time. My experience with Sarasota Carpet & Flooring was Exceptional from my first call to waving goodbye to Chad. I called the company on a Saturday and was surprised to get a call back within 20 minutes. Steve came out to check things out the following week and today, less than 3 weeks later, I am loving my new floors! Also, the cost for my floor was considerably less than I had imagined!

They were very nice and did a great job the first time so we called them back when we were selling my parents house. After finishing the carpet we paid them to move some furniture to the East Coast. After much prodding they finally delivered but it was completely ruined by water- all because it was left out in the rain before delivery.
