Hired King to scope my home's sewer line after a home inspector recommended I have it scoped annually when I purchased it a year ago. The previous owner hired King to reline the sewer line before I purchased the home. Al, the service provider, was super friendly and professional-I wish all people I hire could be the same way. He explained what we were looking at and helpfully recommended steps to take to avoid potential problems in the future.
The people who answer the phones to schedule visits, and who call when the technician is on their way, are also very friendly too. Also, I live in Idaho Springs, and many of the plumbing companies I called wouldn't even come up here from Denver, or charged a hefty travel fee.

I work at a school and we had a garbage disposal clog and a clogged drain in our stadium toilets. Derek Murrain from King Rooter came out and did a fantastic job. It was a big clog on both projects and Derek was completely professional about it all. He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. We will definitely be using them again and asking for Derek.

King Rooter & Plumbing is the best. We had a leak somewhere in the kitchen we couldn't locate and scheduled their services. First, they called to see if they could arrive early. Mark was extremely professional. He explained everything as he went and took the time to show me exactly what he found. He provided advice and I felt I could really trust him and this business. He fixed the leak and upgraded a couple of items I requested while he was here. Would definitely use them again and would refer them to anyone else!

Warning: This company will severely overcharge you for services rendered and attempt to sell you services you are not in need of. We used this company to unclog our sewer line to the tune of $570. They charged us an exorbitant amount for this service and then told us that our pipes were so damaged we needed $18,000 worth of repairs. We then contacted another company for a second opinion and were shocked to find that a) they only charged $165 to unclog a line and b) there was absolutely no need to repair our sewer lines. Too bad the ratings don't allow for zero stars because this company doesn't deserve the one star review.

This was our 2nd time using King Rooter & Plumbing and they again did amazing work. They were responsive, showed up on time, and fixed the problem in under an hour. Derek is extremely professional and explained the issues we had and got all our drains running again! They will always be my first call for any plumbing needs in the future.

Our sewer line had a HUGE meltdown that came out of nowhere (or so we thought). The line had been inspected a year prior when we bought the house and it was *fine*. It was 100% not fine. After cleaning up a lot of poo, we called King Rooter on the recommendation from Good To Go Sanitation and they not only helped us, they came out that week and did a trenchless sewer line repair. Our line was a bit of a bear and had some surprises (sorry, King Rooter!), but it's done and we're happy! Thank you!

Bottom line up front - The techs who did the work on my ancient main line were thorough, efficient, detail oriented, clearly explained every step of the Nu Flow liner process and clearly understood what they were doing. Who were they? Derek, Tony and Robert; a pleasure to work with and I hope to see the same team back in the future. In the future you ask? Al, who was the estimator, is a very detailed person, low key and easy to talk to.
We all surveyed the completed installation which solved my immediate problems, and looked at the areas that need to be addressed in the future, the under-street service. like I said, ancient main line. Thanks guys, I hope to see you all again to fix the next part.

King Rooter ended up being our choice for a plumbing and sewer line issue in our home. This was because they were one of only a few vendors in town who offer epoxy lining replacement as opposed to the invasive trenching and having our basement walls torn up, as suggested by other companies. King Rooter did amazing work that has had us up and running again for over a month with no problems.
The only reason I have given a 4/5 rating overall is because there were issues coordinating the time slot and days for the work to take place. Otherwise, King Rooter was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate being up and running again without having to tear up our basement.

King Rooter & Plumbing is fantastic! My water heater finally gave out the morning I was leaving on a 4 day business trip, leaving my house sitter with no hot water. I called these guys on my way to the airport and they had a tech with a new water heater at my house 3 hours later to meet my house sitter.
