Mr. Plumber

Another excellent job with Jeff, Mr. Plumber himself. We are repeating customers. Jeff came over to replace a kitchen faucet and replaced multiple shut off valves in three bathrooms. As usual, Jeff was on time and meticulously cleaned up after each phrase of our order. For a true professional with reasonable price, Mr. Plumber is your man!

I'm revising my review, with sincere apologies to Jeff Butler & his family. I'm so sorry about their loss. My impatient, selfish complaint about waiting for a follow up to our initial call meant only that I didn't get what I'd been told. Incredibly, he had the grace to send an update that went far beyond civil in response to another text from me. I'm sure all the neighbors recommending his work, who praised both his skill & his manner, if anything understated his courtesy & professionalism. I should be so lucky as to find a plumber of his character and caliber. You CAN be that lucky. I heartily recommend that you give him a call when you need plumbing help.

My shower was leaking so I reached out to Jeff and he was very quick to respond. He had a busy schedule but was able to fit me in within a couple days. The fix to my problem was only some minor caulking so Jeff left it up to me and didn't charge me a dime. I'm 100% going to call Jeff for all of my plumbing problems. Service: Shower repair

I just had Jeff replace some pipes under my kitchen sink. The hose had been leaking for a while it seems unknown to me. It had gone on long enough to get a serious bit of rust. I was concerned it was going to rupture even if I just looked at it too long. He took care of it no problem, and I had him remove my old faucet and install a new one I had purchased.

He did a fantastic job, was clean and tidied up everything when he was done. His price was more than fair. I highly recommend this gentleman. He is in my phone contacts now for any future issues and to pass along if I'm asked for a plumber.

He never returned my call. Didn't 2 years ago at my other home, either. No more time to spend on calling him. Shouldn't have any stars.

Although Jeff did not actually work on my house, he responded very quickly to my request and provided an excellent referral to a specialist better suited to my needs. A trustworthy company

Our fridge recently stopped working. After further investigation we found that the current water connection for water and ice was out of date and could easily fail us soon too. We decided to update the connection and requested information from Jeffrey. He asked simple questions before working on our project and scheduling with him was easy. He showed up on time, knew exactly how to fix our issue, and was prepared with all the materials needed to update our pipe with a new valve and copper connection.

We trusted Jeffrey's recommendation and the work he did was great. I now feel confident that our line won't leak in the future and would go back to Mr. Plumber for our future plumbing needs.

Jeff is great. He is the go to guy in Park Hill. I moved into a flip with a lot of sloppy work. Jeff fixed everything they had done wrong.

Left a voicemail about a plumbing issue on Saturday midday. Not a super urgent issue, but a leak that needs to get resolved soon as possible. It's now Wednesday and I still have not gotten a call back. I was hoping to use a small local company so I haven't called anyone else but I guess now I will have to.

I used Jeff for an outdoor faucet problem. He texted me earlier in the day to let me know when he was arriving and came as expected. He was very professional and did an excellent job that was actually much less expensive than the estimate he gave me. He is honest and has fair prices. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.

I called to see if Mr. Plumber offered a particular service. He does not, but immediately offered a possible alternative. I appreciate the helpfulness without even being asked, that seems to be rare these days. Thanks Mr. Plumber!

Forget about the sketchy handyman who tries to fix stuff because I know Jeff Butler will get the job done correctly the first time around. I called Mr. Plumber recently as the tile guy I had used wanted to fix a leaking toilet water supply line that he inadvertently damaged while disconnecting it so he could put new floor tiles. (There was no leak until after he had disconnected the line and we didn't notice the leak after the shoddy tiling job was done).

The tile guy wanted to figure out how to fix the water line and I told him to stop and I will just call someone else. That's when I called Mr. Plumber and I knew he would be busy but I would rather wait for his service than call anyone else as he makes issues stress free. Jeff is highly recommended! I have found my lifelong plumber in Mr. Plumber. Honest and reasonable, too. High quality work!

Jeff is the BEST. I've had several plumbers and none are as kind, thorough, professional, and straight talking as Jeff. Other plumbers tell me I have to buy I new toilet--Jeff fixes it, saving me $. Jeff is my go-to plumber from hereon.

Called and left two voice mails over several days for Mr. Plumber regarding a backed up sink. Never heard back from them. What a shame they missed out on a larger opportunity. Trying to find a good plumber to re-plumb the entire house in the future.

I called them to fix a sewage issue and they were not able to fix the problem effectively. My tenants threatened to vacate because of the recurring sewage issues. I was forced to call another company to fix the problem.

Excellent experience. Jeff is very easy to talk with and work with, which can be surprisingly rare in this industry. Exceptionally nice gentleman. Jeff and Dwayne were fantastic! I called today to have my garbage disposal replaced. They were generous enough to fit me in, and explained exactly what disposal to purchase (to save money by buying it myself). They made sure to text me when they were on their way, and when they arrived, which I thought was extremely professional and I didn't feel like I was waiting around.

Last year I had a problem with a leaking pipe in my laundry room. I called Jeff (Mr. Plumber) who had done work for me in the past. He showed up promptly and had it repaired in no time at all. I was impressed with the fact he had all the modern equipment including special camera, which he used to show me the issue with the concealed pipe.

Really great guy. Prompt, polite, friendly, professional. I needed the shut off valves replaced under my sink and wasn't really willing to risking flooding my house on a DIY project. After getting a terrible referral from HomeAdvisor who sent me a company that cost me $39 just to get an estimate that was over $400, I called Jeff. He asked a couple of specific questions the piping under my sink and gave me a rough estimate over the phone.

He took time before his first appointment the the next morning to look at everything to give me a better estimate. I ended paying less than a 1/3 of what the other company wanted. He was able to come later that afternoon and get everything installed quickly. I will definitely recommending him to friends and family.

Jeff Butler, Mr. Plumber , has done all my plumbing for the last 22 years at my home. He is highly professional, reliable / dependable and most qualified to meet all plumbing needs. Jeff has repaired very difficult jobs such as: 1) unstopping a large pipe in my crawl space. 2) removing / cleaning the drain pipes to the bathtub / shower.

I am extremely grateful to Jeff! He has rescued me from no hot water and no water situations so far this year- once on the weekend. His rates are modest for customer service & work so quickly and expertly completed.
