A Quality 1st Plumbing & Heating

I live in a condo and a few days ago noticed a leak in my ceiling coming from the upstairs unit bathroom. Brian came out today to help and he was on time, kind and friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He detected the issue almost immediately and fixed the issue to the best he could with the approval from the landlord above me. Thank you Brian

We had to have multiple days of repairs not any fault to the company it was our pipes they were very old and out dated but Quality first group was so professional and went out of their way several times to drive sometimes to Denver to find my parts that would work. Matthew was the first guy and he was amazing he stayed late to make at sure we had running water for the night after three day without it. Then Tyler had to bring out another part the next day and worked until it was completed. Thanks to everyone for all the hard work.

My experience with Quality First was excellent! Emily was kind and cheerful on the phone, and she dispatched a plumber to us immediately. Our plumber, TJ, was professional, explained everything, answered all of my questions, and had the parts on his truck. He fixed the leak in about an hour and just was fantastic! I will definitely call Quality First for any future plumbing issues.

I highly recommend Quality 1st! Jessica called as my service experts were heading out to me, which was much appreciated! TJ and Chris were fantastic! I had a handful of items for them to work on. They fixed my toilet shut off valve (which wouldn't shut off), re-did my drain pipes to accommodate a shower instead of a tub, and fixed an issue that arose in real-time.

They were efficient, friendly, and ultimate pros at what they do! I will definitely have them back during the next phase, very soon! I wouldn't hesitate for a moment in recommending this company! Thank you for making my luxury bathroom a reality!

Thomas and David came by and did a walkthrough for a fix to my shower valve. They originally tried to open the front end so that I didn't get charged for something that wasn't needed. They were also going to do a power flush for my drains but something came up and I had to push that work out. They didn't try and upsale me on something that I didn't want or need.

They were professional, they had to open a hole in my hallway so that they can get to the valve. The hole didn't cause any negative impact on my hallway and they fixed the shower. They tested and validated all components and verified no leaks. They went above and beyond on validation of leaks on other shower components that they were not contracted for. I would hire them in a New York minute. I have tried other plumbers and waited a year because of the troubles of plumbers and choosing Quality First is a full positive

My business flooded this morning and Q1 worked seamlessly with my water restoration company, they called me immediately and had Billy at my studio within hours. Billy was professional, knowledgable and thorough. He will be coming back out to complete the job once my water damage is repaired. BEST service ever! I'll always use Q1 going forward.

Billy & Fernando did a great job for me. They went to the laundry and immediately saw why the pipe in the floor flooded. Ray and Billy did a great job at finding and repairing the hot water pipe with a hole in it behind the drywall. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Leakage to basement occurred from over flow, Thomas reviewed and recommended alternative service needed. Purchased membership. We had had 3 plumbers out to address an issue before calling Quality First. Thomas was the only one who actually found exactly what the issue was and fixed it. I felt like he was putting himself in our shoes and recommending solutions that would actually help us and that we needed instead of just to make money.
