From the moment our company was founded by Jeff Metz in 1999, we've been focused on people over profits. After recognizing a void of reputable and reliable plumbing companies, we started the company we wished would exist. The kind of business that always has a person answer the phone, calls when they're on the way, and won't bill you more because the sun is down.
A team that stands behind their work with fair, consistent pricing and a workmanship guarantee.

Whether it's a dripping faucet, leaky toilet or broken pipe, water and sewer leaks can quickly grow from a minor annoyance into a major problem. For example: A leaky faucet that drips only once per second can waste more than 3,000 gallons per year, while a constantly running toilet can waste up to 200 gallons a day!

Let me start by saying that Done Plumbing & Heating did not do any work for us. I have no comment on their work. I contacted Done for a bid required by our homeowner's insurance company. After a claim of water damage in our kitchen the cabinets had been removed and the dishwasher disconnected. I needed a bid for hooking up the dual sinks, reinstalling the garbage disposal and hooking up the drain and feed line to the dishwasher. Having done this work before myuself I knew that the job would, at the very most, take one hour plus travel time to and from the job.
A very pleasant gentleman came to the house to provide me a bid, this cost $59.00. I assumed that the bid, at the VERY MOST would be $400.00. The bid he provided was $1,200.00. When I expressed my amazement, he said that if he had priced each function separately the bid would have been double that amount or $2,400.00 for one hours work. If you elect to call these people for plumbing or heating repair that you get a firm price up front. They appear to be the masters at surprise billing.

My water heater was leaking, a sure sign you need to replace it. I thought the last plumber I'd used had charged more than was reasonable to replace the main water shut-off handle $475.00 - a flat fee "to be fair to everyone." What the heck does that even mean? But I was over a barrel so I paid. But I didn't want them when the next issue came up.
A neighbor recommended Done! Plumbing. Like the first plumber, they had me over a barrel too. Who turns away a plumber in hand when they don't have hot water in these days of supply chain issues and high inflation? So I paid what I was pretty sure was a lot more than was the going rate. A LOT more. So 2 weeks later when my A/C went out, I didn't really trust them, but I sure didn't have much hope of finding an honest, reasonable A/C contractor that could be over in the next week.
The temps were well into the 90's. So I set up the appointment for 8 days out and slept in the basement. I forgot to check my warranty on my A/C unit till the 7th day. It was only 4 years old and had a 10-year warranty so I called Done! to be sure they would work with that. They flatly refused. But I'd waited that long and thought maybe, just maybe, they wouldn't over-charge me for this repair.
So I kept the apptmt and when the guy got there, he quickly diagnosed the problem: a defective capacitor. The price to replace it? $500.00! I saw how quickly the guy had removed it and knew replacing it would be quick. I felt pretty sure $500.00 was way too much. I tipped the guy but declined the work. The prior weekend a friend had recommended a guy who'd just replaced her entire HVAC system.
She said he was a decent, fair-priced man. So I set an apptmt with him for 6 days after the apptment with Done! I had survived the heat 8 days, I could survive another 6. That guy did work with my warranty and replaced the capacitor in less than an hour. He charged a small trip fee and $150.00 for his labor. I paid a total of $175.00 when Done! was going to charge $500.00. I'll never work with Done! Plumbing again.

FANTASTIC work! Anthony was as knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, and professional as any plumber I have ever used. I needed a dozen water shutoff valves installed and multiple faucets installed and it all had to be done in a short time window due to my condo association's limits for the water shut off, and Anthony was EXACTLY the professional I needed.
He got everything done with no problems or issues he could not handle, and is ability to tackle & figure out all obstacles and explain all procedures was exceptional. I had gotten estimates from several other highly rated plumbing companies and Done Plumbing's price was competitive, a good fair price for quality professional work. I am very picky when having work done and next time I have a plumbing issue I will definitely call this company first.

Daniel our technician was super effective, unclogged a sink and shower drain super fast. But it was his eagerness and kindness to teach me about plumbing and home maintenance that I really appreciated. Our home is old and being our first, I'm pretty uneducated on how to properly keep it all going. He was really nice about it and I will definitely keep done plumbing on my go-to lists.
It feels good to be confident in your repair choices, I never felt like I was being pushed into a costly decision. He gave me all the facts and I will have my disposal replaced by them in the near future so I don't have another episode.

Roscoe came to our home today as we had water leaking under our washer. He performed several tests and was very detailed in his inspection and diagnosis, including running several different functions of the machine. He did an outstanding job. So polite, friendly and helpful. We are existing customers of Done Plumbing and would never change! Great company represented by great plumbers. Thank you Roscoe!

Overall, a great job by Done plumbing. We had to have our sewer line branch torn out and replaced due to a "belly" in our line. Done! was super responsive although a bit more money than another quote we had. The big selling point was that they offered me a lifetime warranty on the labor and materials! They were able to schedule us the next day, did a thorough job and cleaned up nicely.
It's not something I'd want to go through again considering it was inside our home. Tony was great and the follow up scope showed the repair was doing what it was supposed to do.

We have used Done in the past 8 years for EVERYTHING - a/c repair. Hot water heater. Clogs. And most recently some irrigation pipe repairs. I'll save you the drama - this place is not the "cheapest" solution. But I've gone that route, and have always had to pay more or again down the road. They also guarantee results for the next 12 months. Look at these attached pictures - the soldering is beautiful.

We have used Done for years and are a part of their membership. We get a free inspection on one item either furnace, AC UNIT OR WATER HEATER & plumbing every year. This year they noticed We didn't have one of these services so they let me schedule two within months. However, today service was beyond amazing. We returned to town Sat night and woke up the next morning with 62 in the house.
We figured the pilot light was blown out with extremely windy day two days prior. The same day my husband felt ill and tested positive For Covid. We did not want someone coming out and being exposed so we roughed it a couple days and used the fireplace. I called a couple days later to see what protocol they had. The manager himself came out himself as the techs did not feel comfortable being exposed even tho my husband was confined and I was not testing positive.
The manager was so very kind and said that his priority was to get us heat. He found the problem and it wasn't a pilot light. He gave me an estimate, went out to get the motor to be replaced and installed it on our furnace while wearing a mask as I was too. We sure appreciate him putting us first and seeing our need and making it all happen.

This company should be ashamed of itself.especially if it's listed under Tom Martino's web site as a reputable plumber. I'm here to tell you different. There was a stem (controls water volume out of the faucet/shower) that needed to be replaced. It is a $45 part and Done Plumbing wanted to charge $750 to do it. From past experiences it only takes 10 minutes to replace and just a little amount of mechanical know how.shame on you, "Done Plumbing". What goes around eventually comes around for rip off companies such as yourself. I can only image what you charge the persons that gave you a five star rating.

Done has been our go-to plumbing and heating service company for years. We found them after another company damaged a portion of our home. Done came in and ever since has offered us professional, high quality work at a fair price. Our most recent job was replacing a kitchen faucet that broke. They were able to get Darrell out to perform the work for us this morning. Complications arose and although they were already having a crazy day, Darrell and Laurie at the office took on my craziness as well and made an incredibly difficult day exponentially better.
I will never work with another company because the bar has been set so high. We have a huge outdoor mainline repair coming up and I have no doubt they will be amazing on that project as well. They really do care for their customers. It's not just a phrase, they mean it. Thanks Darrell and thanks Laurie. I truly appreciate you both more than I can say here.

If I could rate 10 stars I would. We had a pretty serious situation, where the sewer line from the house to the main had formed a belly and was backing up into the house. Not only was Done! able to get someone out pretty quickly, but they stuck with us throughout the whole ordeal. Tony and Vincent were fantastic, they were very up front about our situation and in outlining our options.
We went with Plan A - lower cost and it had a chance of working. After about a week it was clear we would have to go to Plan B, higher cost on plumbing and excavating to the line. To get to the line, there was a cement patio on top of the line, with a couple of beams supporting the roof.so all of this had to be coordinated with Diamond Drilling & Sawing (who were also great).
This whole thing took about 3-4 weeks from start to finish, and Tony and Vincent stuck with us the whole way, including a couple of reschedules due to patio removal etc. Ultimately, the patio was sitting on a footing tied into the foundation going down 9ft, and removing it would have been a huge (and expensive) problem. Tony, Vincent and the Done! excavation team came - assessed the situation, and was able to excavate one direction from inside the crawl space, and the opposite direction from outside. Using this approach they were able to SAFELY work in the new pipe without having to go under the concrete footing, saving us the time and expense of removing it.
What was uncovered, was a sewer line that was so badly installed from the builder - Richmond - have no idea how it passed inspection. It was pitched toward the house, had a flexible rubber connection buried outside (thus the belly) and had 90 degree angles allowing gunk to collect. So basically, Richmond did an incompetent job of running the sewer line creating a time bomb for the home owner, then laid so much unnecessary concrete on top if it, it was near impossible to reach and fix it. But. Done! was able to overcome all of the elements of this 'perfect storm' and get us up and running - and done the right way this time. Their work is also guaranteed for life. Would highly recommend this team!

In a week's time I found myself not only needing a plumber but also ended up needing help with my furnace on the coldest day of the year so far. Each time I called, a tech was sent my way right away. Dalton helped me with my plumbing issues and Sean helped me with my heating issues, both men were not only professional but also very personable. They got the job done fast and never made me feel pressured in any way to buy anything. Thank you so much to all the great people at Done that helped my family!

Done was outstanding. They were professional, thorough, and absolutely committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Our technician, Jack Higgins, , was exemplary. He had to replace two furnaces for us. He arranged the electrician, pulled the permits, installed the furnaces perfectly, made sure it was interoperable with the AC and humidifier, brought it up to code (as we hand our furnace for 18 years) answered all of our questions, and spent the entire day making sure it was a perfect installation. Jack was outstanding, honest, and complete. The pricing was good, the service was better than the others. I give them an A+. You can trust them and have high confidence that it is done perfectly.

Bryan H. arrived on time and was great in evaluating our hot water system. The price for the hot water tank installation was what I had expected and Bryan did a great job removing the old tank and installing the new one. Very pleased with the safety checks he performed to make certain everything was working properly. I would highly recommend using Done Plumbing and Heating.

Our plumbing tech this last time was Daniel Hopkins. He was on time, very professional and informative! Daniel provide me with excellent customer service along with valuable maintenance information for future sustainability. I have been using Done plumbing for couple of years now and have always had great experiences. From the time I call in and make an appointment to working the onsite technicians. I plan on continuing to use them for all of my plumbing and heating needs. Done Plumbing is the Best!

I needed the plunger in two bathroom sinks. I have used Done in the past and was happy with the work they did, so I called them. The technician came out and gave me a quote of $500 per sink. I said no thanks. A google search on replace bathroom sink plunger showed a relative simple job, but due to physical limitations, I couldn't attempt. My daughter saw a recommendation for PV Works in Arvada, They came out and only needed to replace the connecting rod in each sink. The cost was $190 total for both sinks.

The services by DONE PLUMBING & HEATING was to find the problems causing the main drain to back up. It took 3 times visiting my home (the last time with a camera) to get an answer. All 3 technicians were tenacious, professional & AWESOME. I would recommend any of the gentlemen.Dalton Laurich.Caleb Ferris & Austin Steinbach all professional, knowledgeable and kind. Austin Steinbach was the camera man. Seeing the actual route the waste took was a big help to my understanding.

Huge shout out to my tech Jamey Newman! My thermostat went out yesterday and not only was it a quick turn around to get someone out here but he also called to see if he could come early which was awesome. I asked DONE plumbing to come out and give me an estimate for a faucet installation. I provided the faucet. The installer just put it in the faucet and was there less than 30 minutes and did not give me the opportunity to review an estimate before the work was started. He then charged me $533.00! When I complained to the main office, VERN (plumbing manager) told me that they have a lot of overhead and that was how much they need to charge to cover their expenses. Very unprofessional experience and to say the least way overpriced. Do NOT RECOMMEND

This was not part of the original scope of work but he happily fixed it and answered all of my plumbing related questions. Service: Boiler repair

Done once again exceeded my expectations in the costs of their services, the quality of the work performed and the professionalism of its staff. Chris arrived in a timely fashion amd was both extremely professional and friendly. I had a water line extended to my garage and he explained every step of the process and the costs involved. He completed the work quickly and the quality of the work was on par or even better then what I've come to expect from Done in the three jobs they've now completed in my home over the last few years. I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service, competitive costs and the timeliness of their services. Five stars!

I've spent over $12,000 with this firm over the last 3 years for plumbing repairs on my rental home. Now I live in my rental property permanently and found my new furnace has a non-standard sized air filter. I called to express my disappointment with this fact. I was civil and professional in my consumer complaint. Today I need an outside spigot replaced and I have been told by the Done Plumbing dispatcher there is a note on my file indicating they cannot do business with me.
If that is the way they do business, that is fine but I would like other potential customers to know this is how they roll. In summary - from sewage obstruction to furnace repairs - it was NEVER ever a minor repair - 9k and 3k respectively. Just sayin, buyer beware.

I've used these guys in the past because their estimate seemed fair compared to others but this time they estimated that it would cost about $700 to replace the hose on my handheld shower head, I swapped it out for $30. They then proceeded to quote me $2300 to replace two faucet fixtures and to select the new "delta" hardware on the spot in a catalogue. My second and third quotes came in at about half that price. Sure they came fast to inspect but that just means they arrived faster to rip me off.

Charged $700 to install a garbage disposal. I should have paid service call and refused but had fair amount of water under the sink and wanted it fixed quickly. I'm elderly and on a fixed income. Wonder if they take advantage of that. Used them in the past and they were reasonable. My mistake. Will never call them again!

I waited all afternoon yesterday for them to send someone and they kept cancelling and changing the time frame. So we rescheduled for today and they send this guy who from the minute he walked in the door did not stop talking EVEN long enough for me to tell him the problem or for him to quote me a price for extra work! He talked about everything, like a used car salesman, and I could not get a word in!
I finally said can you stop for a minute so I can tell you what I want? He got furious, called me a nasty woman and said he wouldn't work for me! Fine.if I can't find out what the quote is exactly for, ask questions or share my concerns we're done. So he called the company and who knows what he told them but they called and said they will not work for me. HA HA HA, they just lost a big job.what a rotten experience.
For you who may call anyway the plumber's name is Charlie. BTW, whatever the owner responds with he doesn't know how this guy bad mouthed the work of the other plumber or was absolutely in his own little world rather than LISTENING to the customer!

These guys are awesome. I had John come to my place and he gave me an honest assessment and explanation as to why he could not tap into my existing gas line and run an additional gas line to my kitchen. He explained that the size of the gas supply line coming into my condo would not support my existing furnace as well as the new gas stove that I had picked out.
He also pointed out how to reconfigure my existing drains on my two bowl sink into a more efficient single bowl sink that I am going to order. The last thing John discussed with me is how to more efficiently run a second water line to the ice maker in a new freezer. I thought I had to split the existing line and run it across the kitchen but he pointed out that he could tap into the water supply line on the back side of the wall that supplied my guest bath.
Much better and much more cost effective solution. The net of all of this is that John gave me the best, honest answers to my questions and Done did not charge me for this consultation. I will never use anyone else but Done for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you

Technician was knowledgeable, thorough and polite. The price was pretty much 100.00 too much. Estimate not free but tacks onto your job if you use them. Which lets you know how high the price was! They had a 50.00 credit they offered. I was not made aware of this until the job was done. Would not credit me or anything. Something to think about if you use them.

Had a clogged kitchen drain and basic plumbing issues under the sink with a leak at p-trap. Called Done Plumbing and was able to get a tech out the same day. Reasonable charges and great attitude our tech was awesome. Would definitely call Done Plumbing again.

I had a great experience with Done and Chad my technician. After 15 years I unexpectedly needed a new water heater. They were able to come out the same day and assess and then replace my tank the next day. Other companies couldn't even come out to assess until 4 days later. Chad was very knowledgable and things went smoothly. I found their prices to be much better than several quotes I had received earlier. Thanks for the world class service and knowledge Chad. You made a big project for me easy!

We had an urgent leak and needed someone to come out ASAP. Other plumbers weren't able to come for several days, and even knowing that they would be more expensive, we had Done come and repair the pipe. They were friendly and efficient, and like I said, were able to arrive within a couple of hours. The only reason that I'm not giving them five stars is because their prices are fairly high.

Great service both in the office and with the tech. That earns them 5 stars. What gets them negative stars is price. I had replace and outdoor hose bib. Retail price for parts was under $60. Total cost? $661! So $600 for 40 minutes of work. I pushed back hard on the price, told tech he's crazy. I needed it done for a rental or I would have said thanks anyway.
I also needed dishwasher installed; their price was $550.so I did it myself with no experience in 2.5 hours. I've used them for years, referred them to many clients (realtor). Won't use or refer them again.

Very disappointed. I was told the drain cleaning special was $99. The tech came our and told me that my drain was a secondary drain and would be $264. He looked at the job and stated I would need new plumbing. This piping was only 5 years old. He said his snake would probably not fix the problem, because it couldn't clear a p-trap. I had another company come in snaked the drain told my the plumbing was fine. Didn't have a problem with the p-trap. It only cost me $95. Last time they came out the plumber replace the small line behind my toilet to my wall he was last there than less than a half-hour and charge me $400

Our problem was water on the floor, coming from the furnace/AC. Tthe repair person, Sean was great. He was friendly and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able resolve the problem. It was a plugged overflow pipe. He modified the pipe so that there is an opening that can be used to unplug the pipe in the future. We are looking forward to seeing him in the fall for our furnace start up.

Avoid at all cost. They pull same crap as most of these companies. 15 capacitor = 400 dollars. 5 dollars worth of foaming Coil cleaner 400.00 if you thought 50% over (retail) lol not cost is bad. Call these people. they will gladly take your money and never call you back. Sit around waiting and when you call them back. they have no clue. They will Rob you. 60 dollar trip charge. But then Diag is another 400. hope this place goes out of business soon.

This was my first experience with Done Plumbing. It was easy and stress free from the first call. I knew I had a leak somewhere and called Done because they advertised no extra fees for after hours or weekends. I got an appointment after work on the same day I called. The technician Justin was courteous, and efficient. I would recommend this company for plumbing issues.
