Plumbing had backed up into the showers, the original plumber that I called left me waiting for over six hours and then never showed up. Rooter Xpress showed up a few minutes before the appointment. They did a thorough inspection they showed me what the problem was, gave me their suggestions for proceeding along with a written estimate. I did some research and found out while they weren't the least expensive, they were reasonably priced and knew their business.

They were on the job three days replacing all of the 40 year old galvanized steel pipe underneath the house. I saw to every detail, we're on time then did a wonderful job cleaning up. The job foreman Jorge was terrific. I will use them again when necessary.

We had an emergency blockage of the main sewer line. The plumber came out found no cleanout and wanted to pull a toilet out to fix the issue. He didn't have a replacement wax ring and wanted to reuse the old one even though he said it was bad. The fee to do this work was going to be $250. I called Dutton Plumbing in Simi Valley and the problem was fixed for $73.00. No toilet needed to be removed and they were fast clean and super helpful. I won't be calling Rooter Experts again!

Needed water heater repaired due to pilot not lighting. They came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, which ended up not being able to be repaired. They did not charge for the short time they were out, great service! Service: Boiler repair

Alex is very professional and polite. He explained everything that was going to be done. He was very neat with his work and put everything back after he was completed. I would recommend Alex to everyone since he did a great job.

I wouldn't hire this company if they payed me to use them! I hired them on Saturday to come out and do a quick drain clean cause my washer drain was plugged. EASY FIX. We waited and waited but they were a no show. They finally called and gave me this excuse that the plumber got sick and asked if they could reschedule for Sunday morning at 9. Sunday comes and I get another call wanting me to reschedule NEXT WEEK! I have company arriving on Sunday and they are going to need to wash their clothes! I wish I had called another company instead of this sham of a business!

Called this company yesterday for a simple job, to drain the bathtub drain. I called at approximately 12 noon and was told I would have a plumber at my house by 4pm that same day. Received a phone call from their dispatcher to inform me that the plumber had to leave work for the day for a 'emergency' and that we could reschedule for the following day (today) between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. Didn't hear from anyone by 2:00 pm so I decided to call the dispatcher to find out.

Now I'm being told that the plumber is 'unreachable' for the day?!? What the F?!? Where you guys just planning on blowing me off and not even calling? I had to take the day off of work to meet the plumber at my house today and you guys can't even reach out to let me know he isn't even going to show up today? What an absolutely pathetic attempt at customer service from this business. You don't deserve business with this kind of shit service.

Alex was great. He arrived on time and was able to complete the job efficiently and professionally. He wore a mask and gloves the entire time for our safety and his. Yesterday, my toilet was backing up and I need servicing immediately. I called Rooter Experts, and they sent a fine young professional, Alex Torres. Alex came in and trouble shoot the problem, 2hrs. later, the problem was solved! I highly recommend Alex for his professional, prompt response and service. Yeah I highly recommend you call this company. Jessica was informative and courteous with phone service as well.

Rooter Experts got the job done! This was my second attempt with a Plumbing company to fix my blocked sink. The first company gave up after a short time and immediately suggested a more expensive procedure. Alexander from Rooter Experts was patient and diligent tried several options and in the end fixed the problem. All while listening to screaming kids and dealing with a neighbor interrupting due to noise level and other issues. I will definitely recommend Rooter Experts to friends and family! Sharon F

The toilet in my guesthouse was seriously blocked, and 2 other plumbing companies came out, but could not clear it. I called Rooter Experts, and they quoted me a $49 special, but informed me that if they need to remove the toilet, then the price would be $225. This sounded quite reasonable. A plumber by the name of Alex came out, he was on time, clean & very courteous.

He had to remove the toilet, as I expected, but still could not clear the line. He suggested I get it clear using a hydrojet system, which uses high pressure water to clear the line. They did manage to clear the line with their hydroject machine. Their price was a little high, but they really did a great job. After clearing the line, they ran a camera down the line to show me and explain why the toilet was backing up. I gave them a 4 star rating in the end, only because their price for the hydrojet system was a little high, but Alex was great, very helpful and honest.

He came out he looked at my tankless water heater he recommended that I replace it told me he will get back with me the next day with a price of a replacement tankless took pictures to see how the fittings were and what kind of unit it was and he was safe and he wore his face mask

My service technician was George. He did a great job. He was fast and clean in his work. I am 72 years old. George made sure I understood what he was doing and why. If he was in an area I couldn't see he took pictures so I know exactly what he did. I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family. Thanks again George for all your help.

We had plumbing issue with a clogged pipe causing the shower to backup. It was a major job took a few days to complete but rooter experts fixed the problem as promptly as possible. The lead man on the job was professional and the company went the extra mile with payment options on this huge unexpected expense.

Last week we needed someone to come out and snake our toilets, sinks and tub. The fella that came was SUPER NICE. He showed us why some of what I wanted him to do was unnecessary. That in itself was enough for me to give him some kind of prize! I got the right things cleaned from a very nice guy. Rooter Experts, yer in my book as one of the BEST!

As a first time customer, my experience was amazing. The plumber who showed up at my door step was named Hector. He went above and beyond with his service. I had so many questions and Hector was very polite to answer very signal one of my questions. He did a phenomenal job! Rooter Experts services is really great. After my estimate I was quoted a price that was in my budget range. Definitely would recommend Rooter Experts for your next plumbing services.

My experience with this company was outstanding. Called their office with a drain issue and was connected immediately with one of their plumbers. After discussing what was going on, Jorge (plumber) said he would be at my home in less than two hours -- he was. Great guy and very experienced. Pricing to fix the issue was reasonable. Definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Crooks! They will take advantage of you, stay away from this Company!

If you need a drain unclogged be sure not to call these people they won't show up. Waited at home for 4 hours to then get a call and say they can't make it. The rain is coming again and my pool will most likely over flow again because my deck drains are backed up so now I need to find someone. If anyone knows of a good plumber let me know! Oh and make sure you talk to Cindy she was so helpful and accommodating, NOT! Rude rude rude, she told us to yelp her and Rooter Expert, unreal.

This business is a complete scam! Horrible Plumbers. They give you one price and dont correct the issue, then add on additional costs. The worst experience with a plumber. Stay away!

I hired them to do my work because they were working next door and I thought it might be a better deal. It was until they discovered a cracked pipe and had me over a barrel. Was it really cracked? Their high price for this last piece of work made me doubt the entire job. I feel mixed -- very nice crew, good office follow up, but the pricing -- I feel the disadvantage sex and age. Won't hire them again.
