I contacted Waterworks Plumbing to work on a few things in the bathroom. My toilet was having issues and would get clogged often. My shower would also leak when it was off. Amos and Mikie just finished up my City of Columbus Dry Basement project (install of sump pump and backflow valve) and some extras (faucet install) They were very professional and kept me informed of all steps in the nearly 3-day project. This is a huge disruption for a homeowner but they made it much less stressful for me by their attitudes and sense of humor. I came home only to find out we didn't have hot water! With no clue on how to fix this, I waited a bit and realized it wasn't coming back. I called Waterworks Plumbing and they got to my residence within 45 min and fixed the issue. The water heater was having a problem but they were able to find out what it was and fix it. Great company! We hired them to replace a 50 gallon water heater. Their prices were fair and the service was impeccable. Reliable, honest and affordable pricing. Same day service. I compared prices with other companies and Waterworks had the best pricing model. They showed up within 2 hours and cleaned the pump and the pipes and got it working properly. They also evaluated the line using a camera for no additional charges. I will use them again if I needed a plumbing or sewer line service. The price was also reasonable. I'm really happy with the quality and promptness of their service.

If only every company had this quality of customer service. Avi and his team were so professional and friendly. We recently moved and had a lot of plumbing work that needed to be done. I was so bummed when I got home from a long day at work and realized that my sink had been leaking for hours. There was a huge puddle in my kitchen. I didn't know where to start. Waterworks Plumbing did an amazing job fixing our plumbing issue. The sink faucet was leaking. It had been an ongoing issue. We hired other people at first to fix it but we kept running into the same issues. I'm glad they were able to figure it out. The plumber was professional and nice. He finished the repair quick! I had them do a few things and it was all done well and as planned, in budget. Pricing and timing were good. I had a shower head replaced, shower/tub diverter fixed, tub drain stopper replaced, and redid plumbing under kitchen sink. The only thing I would say that could improve a little is some clean up after the job. I had to clean out my trash can in the kitchen because they filled it with some gunk and water from the kitchen sink.
I also had to wipe up the bathroom floor and in and around the tub where there was some debris from the job. A little clean up would get them 5 stars. I would hire them again.

It was my best friends birthday and I had the girls over at my house before we went out. Of course, a room full of girls and the toilet gets clogged. We had a problem with our water heater received several estimates from different plumbers. We called several plumbers to get an estimate to replace the water heater it was Sunday so we did not expect to get a return call nor a visit but Avi came within an hour. Avi was willing to explain in great detail of what and how he was going to change the water heater.
Within the next few days the other estimates coming in and we were not impressed. So we called Avi back and asked them to do the job. Waterworks was very professional and the price was reasonable. He came in on Wednesday promptly at 930am, did the job efficiently and clean up after including taking the old water heater. we are very grateful to have found this company. I also had the pleasure of talking to his wife who does his appointments and she was very friendly and helpful. I love that it is a family business!!

Our previous water heater stopped functioning properly. We called Avi at Waterworks Plumbing who recommended to install a tankless water heater and add a circulation line. I followed his advice and ever since, we are not waiting more then 3 seconds for the hot water flow to our house. Not only my family loves this new service, lots of water is conserved and I'm sure to notice a tremendous decline to my water bill as well.
