My dishwasher decided to turn itself on and then flood my kitchen (I was already researching replacements but supply chain and all). No they didnot fix the dishwasher, they did however fix couple hoses and valves so I have my sink and disposal while I wait for my new dishwaser to arrive. I love Reckon because even if they cant fix the initial problem they find a workaround until it can be fixed.

They were recommended by a friend who's used them for 20 years, and I can see why. Mike and Isaac were fantastic to work with, they needed to replace the majority of the pipes in my home from the 40's and it's such a relief to have everything working and no longer worry about when they're gonna blow! Also they were just great people, good conversation, always ready with a laugh, and very caring.

We first used Reckon & Reckon when we moved into our house in 1981! Not sure how we found them then, but Steve Reckon and his brother who retired awhile back, have always given us excellent service. These days, Steve remains at the helm of the company but his principal plumbers, Mike and Victor are who you're likely to work with when you have plumbing service needs.

Both of them are seasoned professionals who are courteous, clean and do good work. Their prices are not low, but we made the mistake of hiring another plumbing company to replace some pipes one time, and lived to regret it. The ' you get what you pay for' adage is definitely the case here.so would you rather pay a bit more and know your drains are going to flow, your toilets flush and your pipes don't rattle?

Or save a few shekels and roll the dice? Don't know about you but when it comes to plumbing, appliances and car repairs, life is too short and I'd rather pay more for a solid pro and peace of mind, than have to call back multiple times, threaten bad reviews or legal action. Recommended!

My tankless water heater wasn't working properly and needed servicing. I called Reckon &Reckon and they sent someone out the same day. Michael came and serviced my water heater quickly and efficiently. My hot water is now working better than it has in years!

I've used these guys on a few occasions: for a emergency repair for a broken bath tube faucet, toilet tank repair, and bathroom faucet clog. Reckon & Reckon are the most professional plummers I have ever dealt with. It started with Victor giving me a call that he was on his way. When Victor and Daniel arrived, they first put on booties so as not to transfer possible dirt on their shoes into my house. Victor assessed the problem of why the toilet was sounding as though it was refilling a couple of times a day.

He promptly fixed it as well as fixing the flush handle all the while being polite, low-keyed, and very patient with all my questions. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them.

After my long-time plumber retired, I was in search of a new company. First, I called Plumbing Company X. A technician arrived two hours early without notice, and after the most minimal assessment of the plumbing issues, quoted thousands of dollars for repairs, including replacing instead of repairing faucets, replacing piping under the house to clear a clogged bathtub, etc. Discouraged, I sent him on his way.

I then called Reckon & Reckon, dreading a similar experience. What I got was the exact opposite. Victor and Daniel called in advance and arrived on time. I described the plumbing problems and they knew exactly what was needed. I was quoted a fair price, and they got right to work. Less than two hours later, everything was fixed perfectly. They replaced some faucet parts, replaced some deteriorated piping (from the 1950s) under a sink, and cleared the clogged tub drain. Throughout, they explained everything they were doing and why.

As a bonus, the areas where they worked were completely clean and dry, not even a smudge left. Reckon & Reckon is now my new plumber and I highly recommend them as courteous, professional, highly skilled, and fairly priced.

Reckon and Reckon literally save the day every time! We used to use another company, however, in the middle of a plumbing emergency that company told me they couldn't help with our issue for two weeks! Nice way to treat your long time customers! Just worked with them for the first time and was very pleased. They arrived within the time window, got the job done very efficiently, and left things as tidy as they'd found them. The prices for the services they provided were perfectly reasonable. Added bonus, they seemed like genuinely nice people! Will be using them again and recommending to friends and colleagues.

I am grateful to have found this company. They responded quickly when the gas company turned off the gas after determining any gas issues were coming from inside. They worked in a pair to examine the pipes and run tests. Rather than having to find and hire an independent gas leak specialist company, then come back to the plumbers to do the repairs, all was done by Steve and his team.

I found everyone who worked on the job patient, trustworthy, fair, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions thoroughly. My tenants were grateful and thanked me for addressing and fixing the problem so fast, something that can be attributed to the responsiveness and skill of this company. Literally one of the best experiences I've ever had with a plumber. Michael came out and assessed that I had a leak from a pipe running through my foundation. He was so professional and friendly, and brought out another specialist from his company to check all my pipes with a high-tech device that can detect leaks through cement and hardwood floors.

After he and his crew found the problem, Michael took the time to see if there was another way to fix the problem without having to jackhammer into my foundation. Well, he found an alternative, which not only fixed the problem but saved me money. I had heard from several neighbors that Reckon and Reckon were good, honest and very reasonably priced, but after using them they actually exceeded those expectations. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to take a min and give Michael, Clarissa and the whole bunch at Reckon and Reckon a huge thank you shout out! A friend of mine overheard me calling around for a simple repair quote, she insisted I give R&R a shot. I absolutely should have called them first, best quote by far, they scheduled the appointment for 9am the next day, and we're in and out before I could blink. BUT.

The reason I'm writing is. The honestly and professionalism is what impressed me most, I ask an unrelated question about a noisy faucet and was given an refreshingly honest answer with a solution that I could do myself. that is all too rare these days! We needed to fix a shower leak, and I checked several Yelp reviews before choosing a plumber. I'm so happy I chose Reckon & Reckon Plumbing to fix the issue! Victor is an excellent and professional plumber. He responded to my text promptly and answered all my questions prior to coming for the job. He and his assistant came and fixed our shower in half an hour, and we haven't had any issues since. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Prior to tiling my backyard patio, I had been informed I needed to change the drainage system. One plumbing company had come out and quoted me $2500 to do the job. A good friend suggested I give Reckon and Reckon a call. Thank goodness I did. Very courteous and prompt. More importantly extremely knowledgeable. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the reaction we received from Reckon & Reckon as a result of the mistake they made with our plumbing. The top Management of the Company and the Plumber were very unprofessional and unwilling to accept any responsibility fro a major leak that occurred the first time we used our newly remodeled Master Bathroom, although the leak repairs will cost us over $500.00.

We have been Reckon & Reckon customers for over 20 years, and due to their lack of accountability and because of their unprofessional attitude regarding this issue we will never use the Company again.

Sunday is always a bit dicey to call for a plumber. I had a backed up toilet and I wanted it fixed ASAP. I left a message on the answering machine and as promised got a return call within 20 minutes. Was told by the answering plumber that I would have someone out to my house within two hours. Within an hour a plumber was at my door and within 25 minutes cleared the problem.

It was expensive but when it's a Sunday and you want the job done I suppose it was inexpensive. Had I gotten a quote, which I did not, I still would have done the job. It's nice to know there are people you can rely on.

Since I found Reckon & Reckon plumbing, I have never used any other company. They do a terrific job. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They leave your house as clean or cleaner than they found it. I would recommend them strongly with no hesitation whatsoever.
