Gutter Boys

Once I got them to give me a date the service was great. The two young men who came out worked hard and were very nice. My only nit is with the way they schedule. You call and they tell you that someday -seemingly at their convenience - they will contact you the day before - if it works great - if not you must reschedule. I waited 2 weeks and called to see what's going on - was told they had no idea when they might get to my area.

In the end they emailed me later that day and advised I was scheduled for the following day. It was not convenient as we had a family funeral but there is no way I was rescheduling as my gutters were in need. In the end it worked out. Worth the money they just need to improve their scheduling process.

Scott and Sam were just at my house. They were both very professional! I received a text when they were enroute, they answered any questions I had, especially regarding our metal roof and ladders, taking care of the old box gutters and the downspout covers. They flushed out the downspouts and everything worked out just perfectly. It was so professional. no complaining, no cussing, no loud music playing (we've had lots of work done by other companies). They rang the doorbell when they were finished to let me know. I am so thankful I found this wonderful gem of a company!

The person who came to clean the gutters told me how much he likes working for this company. He said they are honest and good to work for. I recently met with their sales rep about my gutters and I would agree they are honest. There's no hard sell. I was advised appropriately about what made sense for my house. I'm very pleased with their service and I'm looking forward to the upcoming repair and replacement they are planning.

Scheduling took a few months but once the project started the crew were very quick to point out the issues and problems with my cornice and the wood surrounding the box drain they were installing. The original estimate had to be revised several times due to issues we uncovered but they were transparent during the process. Overall they did very quality work, had a true understanding of older italiante repairs needs and cleaned up after they were done. Would recommend and absolutely would use again if needed.

I've used Cincy Gutter Boys for my home and rental property to keep the gutters cleaned.and to keep me off the ladder. They are proactive in reaching out to me to schedule cleanings and let me know when someone will be coming out. In addition, they've installed gutters at my home and did an excellent job. I have semi-annual cleaning scheduled. I get super convenient text in Oct and Apr with a simple click I can schedule cleaning. I was told 1-2weeks out for cleaning unless they have cancel or in the area. Next day I get text confirming they can come early evening and complete. Had sprinkler maintenance going on at same time and they took care to work with sprinkler guy so both went smoothly. Donovan and team were great!

I would definitely recommend Cincy Gutter Boys! We bid our project with 2 other local companies and CGB was by far the easiest, most responsive company! Estimating, bid approval was quick and easy. We did have to wait a bit to get the service completed, only because of weather, but they did a great job keeping in contact with us along the way. When they arrived, they were prompt, professional and again, kept us in the loop on progress! GREAT experience overall! We will be using them again for sure!

I called them and they answered right away, they were incredibly thorough and professional on the phone. They gave me a quote right away and they scheduled the cleaning within a week. Scott and Ben did a great job cleaning and flushing our gutters/downspouts. They called to share some of the issues they found with our roof and immediately forwarded pictures so we could schedule a quote to repair. Highly recommend!

Scheduling service with Kelsey was super easy and they have a system that sent a text day before, on the way, and when job was completed for convenience. Adam gave me a call that he was on his way and to let me know what he was doing. Him and his partner Houston went to work straight away. They cleaned out gutters and bagged debris leaving. They made sure to spray out gutters and downspouts to leave them thoroughly cleaned. Everyone was professional and courteous, which is refreshing in service industry. Would highly recommend and will use them again. Thank you!

Left gutter sludge all over my yard, house, fence, AC unit, grill cover, etc. Paid extra for a downspout flush that never happened -- it was bone dry when Cincy Gutter Boys left. Cincy Gutter Boys didn't use any hoses at all, not to clean the gutters or the mess they created. Cincy Gutter Boys left us a job to do and we're supposed to pay them?

They hid behind their female customer service reps instead of refunding and making things right. They made no attempt to clean up after themselves. The sludge on the AC unit was wiped across it like they were trying to make it filthier than it already was. My vinyl fence was covered in sludge that they just walked right past and left. Apparently, Cincy Gutter Boys doesn't think anyone will notice the difference between some leaves in the yard and gooey black gutter detritus.

It looks different, doesn't clean up as easily, and smells. It's a humiliating embarrassment. If you take any pride in your property at all, stay away from this place. It's Christmas week, my spouse and I work every day this week. Now someone has to find the time in the DARK, in the cold to clean up the filth that Cincy Gutter Boys left at our house, before family arrives Saturday morning for Christmas.

They offered to send someone out to clean it up, but they've disrespected my property enough and if I'm not there to supervise, I'm sure they'll do another terrible job. I'm so thankful nothing ended up on my neighbor's property or I'd be cleaning next door too. One of the Cincy Gutter Boys who arrived at my home this morning was obviously in training. It's a shame they're training him to be a pig who takes no pride in his work.

A man named George Galliher came yesterday to give me an estimate for gutter covers. I could barely understand him, he sounded sick or high. He went up on my roof for about five minutes, came down and just tole me the cost. NOTHING about the company, what kind of covers, warranty, etc. He was very unprofessional and didn't really seem interested in "selling" me anything.

I will not recommend this company to anyone. He also quoted me a price much higher than you did my neighbors who has the SAME EXACT HOUSE as mine. His reason was "price went up". Price went up $500? Sad this company would send someone so incompetent and sluggish.

Fast, great work! Were able to get us taken care in about a week after I called! Great price, especially for our two story home! Easy payment via secure, online payment option. Definitely recommend giving them a call!

We had a bad experience with a previous contractor who built a box gutter that had to be totally torn out and redone. Cincy Gutter Boys saved the day. Kyle at CGB came out and told us exactly what needed to be done, gave us a very competitive quote and put us on the schedule for a few weeks later. We had painters scheduled to paint the house once the new gutter was in, and Kyle helped us to time the work out PERFECTLY. Jerome and Jeremy were the guys who rebuilt the gutter - they finished a day early and the gutter looks incredible.

They were able to match the color to our paint scheme, so it didn't even need to be painted after it was installed. They were quick and communicative, their work was superb. honestly the best experience possible with a contractor. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Cincy Gutter Boys for everything from cleaning to rebuilding box gutters on a historic home like ours.

Had my gutters cleaned in March of 2020. I was not at home at the time of the cleaning so I have no idea how long it took but my guess from the result that it was not long. Later I noticed some of the gutters were overflowing. We had never had this problem before so I called the company. They only guarantee their work for 30 days and said there was nothing they could do. 30 days!

What if it doesn't rain in that time? The damage it was doing to our yard to a little bit of time for the erosion to be noticed. Our gutters had been working properly up to the point before they cleaned! I asked for before and after pictures and they reported that they don't take them. I am not sure anything was done to my gutters and/ or what was done has caused more harm than good.

Adam and his partner did excellent work. We have an old three story home and our gutters had a lot of debris from nearby trees. They were thorough and didn't leave any mess for us to clean up. They charged a fair price for our home plus the carriage house behind the home. We will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Cincy Gutter Boys - Scott Kerns was our technician. The service was easy to set up and the day they came we received texts when Scott was on his way as well as when the work was complete. We also had them come back out the same day to take a second look at one of the gutters that had standing water in it - turns out we have a sloping problem that needs to be fixed, so we are 1) happy to be aware of this and are 2) taking steps to address it. The experience was great and we are happy with the outcome.

I've been using Cincy Gutter boys for several years now to clean gutters and downspouts, each and every time they have been fast efficient in completing the job. Easy on-line scheduling, an email notification confirming your appointment and another email the day before arrival just as a reminder, and a call when they've arrived. Both Austin and Michael did a top notched job, even going beyond in assisting me with accessing a flood light that I've been unable to access-greatly appreciated by this retired Vet on Veterans Day!

I had been referred to them by neighbors, but was extremely disappointed. I had to call them back a second time to actually have them deliver on all the services that I ordered. The first guy on day 1 was slow and only worked to clean the places that were obvious, not all the places I paid to have him clean. He barely touched my garage which I paid to have added on.

He "flushed it" by pointing the house at my garage gutters from the roof of my house, which is detached. The second day, 2 guys came back and I was much happier with the cleaning. Then after they left my house, I noticed a HUGE oil stain that deteriorated my blacktop driveway and left a hole when I tried to clean it off. Their cleaning solution also left 2 large bleach marks down my driveway. I emailed and called with no response. DO NOT USE.

Have used their service once before and assumed things went well. I had the team come out again and clean the gutters and wash out the downspouts. 40 days later I noticed that I was seeing water overflow from one of the gutters, causing some damage (water seeping through and into windows). When I checked, the down spout was completely full with old mud and debris (no trees overhanging that area either, so it couldn't have been new).

I called and asked if they could come out and inspect and take care of the issue. They said it was past their 30 day warranty and they would have to charge to "re do" the service. When I explained how I felt the initial service wasn't completed in the first place, they told me there was nothing they could do except send a team out and I would have to pay for another service. Unfortunately, Will have to find a new company.

Have used them for the last two years very happy with the service performed. The price increase was a little disappointing but still worth it

These guys are awesome! They cleaned the black stuff off my shingles and made my gutters shine! The text and emails on the status of the job are nice and appreciate the onsite workers being polite. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

They made an estimate. They came out and said the estimate called for wrong materials. They reestimated and said they can schedule me in 10 to 12 weeks. I explained they had already came out and I thought it was unfair to be put at the end of the line. They said it was impossible to break into their schedule. What terrible customer service

Really great customer service and fast response. I left a message on their machine and was called back within 15-30 minutes. My questions were answered thoroughly, clearly and honestly. At the end of the conversation we decided it was not a good fit due to my time frame but I appreciated all their help and recommendations and will definitely seek their assistance on future projects due to the positive, thorough approach they took.

Tried to schedule an appointment after getting a quote via their scheduling tool. I didn't work so I called in. The woman, Delilah, answered the phone and was very curt bordering on rude. She said the price would be 185-224 which is a significant increase from the original 109 quote and that they would come out sometime in the next 4 weeks but that was as specific as she could get. I can't review the actual gutter cleaning, but their business operations / customer service needs work.

Disappointing. When the Gutter Boys pulled up, my wife was leaving with the kids. They must have assumed that the house was empty because I don't think they would have behaved the way they did if they had known I was there. Start to finish, they were done in less than twenty minutes. Clearly corners were cut as my gutters remained full of leaves after they left.

The entire time they were working, my dogs were barking and to my utter astonishment, the workers barked back. They were getting a kick out of antagonizing the dogs. I was irritated by this at the time, but I was willing to let it slide if they did a good job cleaning the gutters. Unfortunately, the boys half-assed it. The description of the service indicated that they would clean up after themselves.

They did leave a small bag of garbage in the driveway but that was less than half of what was left scattered in the yard. Pros: Fast, Easy to set up Cons: Long wait for appointment, rushed work, unprofessional behavior, left a mess

Found Gutter Boys online and was that ever my lucky day. Noticed one of my downspouts was spraying water when it rained. Went online and received bid for Gutter Boys to clean the gutters and flush out the downspout. Was told they were-about 5-10 days out but they would send me a text the day before they arrived, no need for me to actually be home, they would email their invoice and I could pay online.

Everything went as planned although I was home when they arrived. Two young men (I'm old) arrived cleaned the gutters but said the downspout was clogged up so they took it apart and got it working. These guys could not have been nicer. Extremely polite and very patient and friendly answering my questions. Great company and wonderful employees representing that company

Can't judge how to qualify Gutter Boys for "I'ts as good as it gets - 5 Star". Since I did not get on the roof Before or After I can only assume they did their job and am happy for that. Did not shop around but happy with the price so YAY. I am a fan and will use them again! Oh, they did leave 2 bags of the debris they cleaned out.which was proof they did clean the gutters.except they did not tell me they were leaving the debris behind.so naturally I was cautious as I opened the bags wondering WTH? You know my mind went wild about the potential for a Halloween trick if you know what I mean. Please to only find leave etc! FoodieQ

I have only used the Gutter Boys once, but I was quite pleased with the experience. We were planning to use another company at first, but they were delayed in responding/scheduling, and then I saw a Gutter Boys sign in a neighbor's yard and decided to give them a try. The Gutter Boys gave us simple, upfront pricing and arranged an appointment within a few days. Note: Initially I talked with them via phone, but I believe we received confirmation of date/time via text message.

On the day of the appointment, two nice young men arrived promptly, dressed in company shirts, and cleaned out both our box gutters and traditional gutters, on a 3-story house and a 1-story detached garage, within roughly 30 min. I had cleaned the lower level gutters myself several months earlier, so they weren't *too* bad, but I know the upper level gutters had quite a bit of build-up that hadn't been tackled by the previous homeowners. Results could be seen immediately, in the sense that when I looked out the windows at the lower level gutters, they looked clean and clear.

Then during the next storms, the upper level gutters no longer overflowed. So: straightforward results, at a reasonable price, with good pricing and service. I definitely think we'll be using the Gutter Boys again.

I had some waterfall-like issues with my box gutters last year. A quick call to the Gutter Boys (what a name) and they were out in a day's time. The men (boys?) who showed up were quick, knew what they were doing, cleaned up their mess, and we don't have any more problems with waterfalls coming from our gutters. I saw that they also have pressure washing service available as well. Check Em out!

The crew that came out was very professional and friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and really appreciated the affordability of the service!
