Quick response and availability to install a new ductless AC system. It gets installed soon, will update this review once the work is complete. David from Fire N Ice was very professional and their pricing / value was very good compared to the local competitors.

We had Fire-N-Ice replace our two A/C units. So glad we found this company. We received 3 different quotes for our project. Fire-N-Ice was by far the best value. David came to our home, answered all our questions and talked us through the work needed to be done. We scheduled our install, they were on time, worked hard and were very knowledgeable. Super polite and left my house clean.

The technician, Alex, was very professional and gave me lots of good information after doing the work. I highly recommend this company. Today technicians arrived early! What a relief! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. They were also very careful to show me what was wrong with the unit before fixing it. I also appreciate the fact that they came out so quickly because we have been having a heatwave lately. Highly recommend.

Jason arrived on time 9:00AM sharp and began to troubleshoot the AC unit. Problem was the capacitor needed to be replaced. The job took about an hour and the AC unit is now working like new. Fire-N-Ice is a great company to hire and they always have the best Techs employed by them. Jason was professional and reliable. This is my second time using this company I highly recommend them.

Had a new 5 ton side discharge HVAC system with heat pump installed by Fire N Ice along with an I-wave whole house filtration and whole house fan to blow out the hot air in the house before we turn the A/C on - couldn't be more happy with the system. David was very helpful in the selection of the equipment that was required and explained the benefits of all the extra options to get the most out of the HVAC system- The installation crew lead by Davon were all professional and helpful and made sure I was happy with airflow in each room - not to mention they made sure to clean up and leave everything in the same condition as it was before they started the project - I would strongly encourage anyone to use Fire N Ice on their next HVAC project - you won't be disappointed-

It started as an emergency call, both my AC units stopped within days apart, of course just when temperature was unbearable. Jason from fire & ice showed up next day and he was very patient to listen to my concerns and he showed knowledge about where to start the diagnosis, within hour got my first unit up and running and he shifted gears to start on the upper floor unit, and after some diagnostics and up and down in the hot attic he gave us the assuring smile, all good, he got it running. Couldn't be anymore pleased and frankly this gentleman was very light and swift that we didn't feel his presence, I would definitely hire him back for future issues and would definitely reffer him to anyone that is in dyer to get his equipment running. There's not too many things more expensive to replace on a house than an air conditioner. We shopped several highly recommended companies in the Riverside (Inland Empire) area. We had two existing units for a two story 2,600 SF home that were 20 years old. My wife and I wanted a great company that would stand by their work and do what they say they would do.

We wanted a reliable product and craftsmen installers. The knowledge and education we got from David Huard was amazing; He checked every one of those boxes for us. We can't say enough about David and we would highly recommend these guys to anyone we know!

They try to make huge money on my small business I do not like their working way. I will not recommend them at all. I do hope I have another selection in the very beginning.

We used Fire & Ice last year around the same time cause out condenser motor went out. They replaced it and it's been going strong ever since. This is by far the best service I've received from a heating and air company. Got a new unit installed, the service was impeccable! My technicians Da'Von & Josue took the time out to answer all of my questions. Da'Von and Josue explained exactly how everything worked in great detail which was greatly appreciated. After almost 14 years, it was necessary to replace our heating and air conditioning units. It became quite daunting as we researched service providers and cost.until we contacted David at Fire N Ice. David came over to give us an estimate, spent over 2 hours assessing our situation including quite a while in the attic (something other companies did not even bother to do).

It was a no-brainer Fire N Ice was our choice. Our choice was reinforced when David's team arrived 2 days later, spent all day working non-stop in 105 heat, were extremely careful of our home space and did a top notch job. All leftover equipment and scrap was picked up immediately. Fire N ice went above and beyond in every respect.

I was able to get a same day appointment when my capacitor crapped out. Although we ran into some problems, they were quick to respond and resolve. This is an honest and reliable HVAC company. They also had the best rates upon comparing to other HVAC companies in the area of Corona.

After talking to a few hvac companies I felt the communication with David was over the top. He had given us a very fair price, he was punctual and very thorough. My AC was not working so I called Fire n Ice, they made an appointment for me the following day which was great because it was a hot week! Once the tech arrived he immersed began to troubleshoot the problem. It ended up being a fuse, no more no less. He was honest and open and reasonably priced. In less than an hour my AC was up and running!

Jason made me believe in fairies again. After 16 months of a failed AC system, and multiple fixes and bids in the thousands of dollars to fix my system, he came to my home today - and in less than an hour masterfully Sherlocked Holmes the problem. With diligence, honesty, good ol' fashioned brainwork and utmost professionalism he permanently FIXED my system by expert diagnosing a few faulty wires and replacing a substandard thermostat for an incredible price.

For a single mom of three kids, he brought a bit of grace and generosity into my life - in the form of cool air and fair trades-manship. I'm singing Fire-N-Ice's praises from the rooftops. There is no better HVAC company in So Cal, let alone the west coast. He fixed what (4) other companies couldn't. Thanks, guys, for doing the right thing and literally "fixing" what was broken, instead of charging me $$$ for replacements. Bravo. PS: Nest Thermostats older than 2017 are pieces of junk. Replace immediately! Long live Fire-N-Ice!
