I've spent thousands of dollars on repairs on and off even had a membership. Then realize after going to the attict to replace the air filter to find out how bad this company really is and bad at what they do. After getting my ducts rearranged a while ago I guess the tech decided to cover the blower area they moved the duct from with duct tape instead of a metal sheet.

This whole entire time my family has been breathing attic insulation possibly getting cancer. Not including the tape constantly fell inside the blower causing it to make a sound so I called them they charged me to replace the motor they broke. Horrible company. I would want my money back and more. The only reason I went to the attic is to replace the whole home filter they sold me to elliviatte the dust they created with the open duct area.

AC quit working. Response was in two days. Took about 1 hour to repair. I have had issues with the air scrubber (purifier) so they took it to the shop so they can call the manufacturer and try to determine what the issue is. Last visit it didn't work. They replaced it and it still didn't work. Technician said I needed a new board. Service: A/C system repair

My Air Conditioner was not working so I called Total Comfort which I have used in the past. The service person came out (his name is Anthony) and he totally went through my A/C system and took care of the problem. I'm was very impressed with Anthony's actual caring about my problem. We have had the honor of working with Total Comfort over the last 5 years and thankful that we have been able to find such an exceptional business. The company that installed our AC years ago, is out of business, it was a father and son business that ended when the son was in a major accident. so we have since used Total Comfort. They have serviced our AC more then once, checked the zones and help reset things as needed.

We recently used them again and we had quick service, everyone was super polite, truthful and straight to the point. No one has ever tried to push sales or overprice service. If you need help with your AC or other, my husband and I strongly recommend giving Total Comfort a call and let them help! We have never had bad service with them and they keep open communication. After having my heating unit installed 2 years ago I have had continual issues with it. The techs lived at my home in the winter time without being able to resolve the issue. One visit-I repeat- one visit was all it took for Total Comfort to resolve my problem. I can't believe I waited so long to call them! They will be my new go to for heating and air!

Technician was very professional and nice. Everything went ok. They have to order a part which is under warranty but I felt the labor is awfully high to replace part. $449. Not too impressed with Carrier heaters. It's only a year and a half old. Had to have it repaired last winter and now it won't turn on this year. And we don't use it that much.

The technician was very diligent and went the extra mile to get to the root of the issue. He was very professional and friendly and took his time servicing the condenser. I'm very happy with Total Comfort.

Paid for their air/heating/plumbing maintenance annual plan in June and had an appointment. They were a no call no show. Called to complain, they set me up another appointment two weeks later. I called the day before to confirm the appointment, but again, they did not have me down and said they don't do maintenance in July or August. Went to call and cancel, get my money back, and they had an opening the next day. Magic.

The tech came out, checked the unit, refilled the Freon, used the hose to clean the fan, checked inside furnace, turned on the AC, and seemed to be running fine. Until he left. AC started blowing warm air. It got to 82° and we called to see what he did, maybe forgot to hit a switch or something. Came out the next day, and wouldn't you know it.the compressor magically died. Luckily, was still under warranty, just not the labor.

He had to shut the unit down so the Freon would not leak and explode until the new part came in. Almost two weeks later, the 4 ton compressor came in, and the install took place. Hot and sweaty nights were over, and almost $1500 later, the AC was back up and running. Coincidence? Guess we'll never know.

Pleasant experience, they were on time, very nice, did the job in a reasonable time, it was quality work and they even wore little booties over their shoes so they didn't mess up the carpet and vacuumed the area where they worked.

Extremely satisfied with my entire experience from timely initial response to the service itself. I am particularly impressed with the service visit. I called this company last week and scheduled an appointment for today between 9-11. They said a technician would text me in the morning with an ETA At 1030 I hadn't heard anything so I called the office. First she said they had me scheduled for 12 to 2. Next, she said the technician called off sick and no one else could make it today, or any other day this week!

I can understand staff call out sick, but they could have called me in the morning to tell me, so I could go to work. They could have fit me in after work, or the weekend, but no offers to accommodate. Just an im sorry. So, I lost an entire day of vacation time. This company has no consideration for my time. I definitely don't recommend.

We are very happy with the service from Total Comfort. Eiri Fimental showed up on time and was prepared with a mask, and all he needed to service our a/c and heating unit. He was friendly and made sure our unit was in proper working order before he left. You cannot beat the price for the service they provide. We won't have to worry with summer coming that our a/c will go out.

When winter gets here with will have total comfort to be warm throughout the day and night. The company is professional and calls us to confirm our appointment every time. Happy to know our water system continues to work wonderfully. I had some questions about the quality of water filtered through and the water test was exceptional! Nothing compared to the water coming through our city. Thank you Total Comfort for recommending the water filtration system. We are completely satisfied.

I called them out due to a leaking water heater and a toilet that would not stop running. The worker that showed up was very friendly and told me that I basically needed a new water heater. I declined to replace the water heater at the time. I am giving this company one star because when he checked my toilet he said that I simply needed a new flapper to repair my total, and wanted to charge me $100! I'm sorry but that is an absurd amount to charge for a part that is less than $10. I did the job myself. This company seems to push sells and overcharge customers. I would not recommend them.

We have used Total Comfort few times after moving into our brand new home. They have an agreement with our Builder to provide warranty services for our AC & Heating System. Their technicians are very professional and always arrive on time. At the end of each visit they always explain the cause of the issue and actions performed to fix it. We are seriously considering hiring them for annual maintenance on our system once the warranty offered by Builders expires.

This is a very excellent company that takes the appropriate precautions during the pandemic. Your technicians are always prompt and professional. I highly recommend them.

We appreciate how quickly Total Comfort responded when we told them our air conditioning quit working. Having only been in our newly-built home for less than two years, we were understandably concerned that such a problem occurred. We also worried that with the excessive heat predicted over the next few weeks being without air conditioning would be uncomfortable at best, and potentially a health risk.

The technician, who was very polite and efficient, determined the problem was a leak in the cooling coil and let us know he would order the replacement of the offending part. Even though we were going to have to wait to get the problem fixed, he recharged the refrigerant so that we would still have cooling while we waited for the part. We only give four stars for the moment but, assuming the permanent fix is accomplished in a timely manner, we will be happy to upgrade our review. All-in-all, a pleasant experience so far.

This company is made up of a bunch of dubious folks that would try to take advantage of you. I had a technician come out to look at my air conditioning. It turns out he, Karl, was the only one that had an honest opinion. He told me there was a problem with the original installation done by Total Comfort when my home was built. He also said his office would contact me to correct the error without any charge to me.

I heard back from the office, sure enough. Someone called MacRailey or so called. However, she gave a quote to fix the air flow system. I asked to speak to a manager because she contradicted Karl. I was transferred to Zach. Things got even worse. He said they had to have another person come check out what Karl had already checked out. He said he was not sure of Karl's assessment as he wasn't with their company when the installation work was originally done.

He went on and on. Eventually, what I got from the conversation was his company would come out to my home, do another assessment, break through my dry wall in the process. If they didn't install my air conditioning properly, they will fix it but if they did, I would be responsible for their cost, AND the cost of fixing any holes in my walls. Seriously? They expect me to trust their assessment?

Thank you Anthony for servicing my air conditioner in my home. You were very thorough about checking the necessary equipment to ensure my system worked properly in this time of extreme heat in my area. I recommend this company to any household.

My A/C unit stopped working over the holiday weekend and for all that are not aware these particular days were the hottest days of the year needless to say we were boiling over no.literally.melting.lol.we had another company scheduled to come out however they did not make it so we reached out to Total Comfort Inc. and within 24 hours they were at my house I was greeted by a professional and friendly fella by the name of Kyle.

Had an estimate for an Ductless split system for my house. The person that came to the house was vary friendly and professional. After he was done he made a phone call and had my estimate right away. Little on the pricey side. Did not end up going with them.

Today we had Total Comfort Replace and Install a brand new AC unit and furnace in out house. Our previous AC unit was 20 years old, and wanted to update it. Randy and Anthony are Awesome! They did a fantastic job and my husband and I are very happy with the whole process. The whole installation team was great, professional, and finished the job within one day!

I had Michael G. out from Total Comfort to my house today to check out both of my furnaces for an annual inspection. As a technician, he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He was very meticulous - looking at each and every component, checking to make sure that everything was working as it should be for both of my units. I pre-ordered the new Nest Hello directly from Nest back in February 2018. Once the device released in mid-March, they sent me an email that I am eligible for free Nest Pro Installation. I used the Nest Pro finder and contacted a couple Nest Pros in my area. The first one that responded happened to be Total Comfort. They set up an appointment to install my Nest Hello pretty quickly.

The technician that they sent to my home a couple weeks ago was Edwin G. He arrived right on time for the appointment and was super professional. He also expertly installed the Nest Hello and ensured I understood how it works. Overall, Total Comfort and Edwin were absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend Total Comfort to my friends and neighbors without hesitation!

Called for assistance on my air conditioner, when tech arrived he stated it was an easy fix, said it need a part that he had and could fix it right away. When I asked him how much? he said: $600.00 six hundred dollars.

Last week my ac unit broke. I was out of town but my wife was home with my new born baby. I called total comfort. They came out fixed my ac unit the same day. I felt really comfortable with them. The dispatcher gave me the name of the technician who was coming ahead of time.
