This is the best A/C company in our area. I can't say enough good things about them. They installed my old system and when it was time for a new system, we went with a high efficiency system plus new ducting. It is amazing and I am so happy. Their price was at least $5,000 less than other A/C companies in our area. Their service over the years has been excellent and they have always done the repairs in a professional manner for a good price. I highly recommend this company!

The technician Victor did an amazing job. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Gave us confidence that our system will keep us cool through these hot times. We will definitely continue working with them in the future.

We called the Friday before the 4th of July weekend to have the AC unit checked at our 85year old aunties house. Steve was fantastic! He responded the same day, was kind to our Aunt, and didn't over charge her! He did what needed to be done today, made recommendations for what should be done in the future and the time frame for doing it. I can't say how much we appreciate an honest business owner! The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. All of the technicians were very personable and professional! It was like doing business with family. There was no pressure sales pitch and they were very knowledgeable about their craft. They were extremely accommodating and attentive, and they promptly responded to my calls. They courteously answered all of my questions even during the installation--explaining the process--and they didn't act as if I was bothering them which I appreciate a lot!

They weren't rushing through the job but took their time and made sure it was done right! I would definitely do business with them again and I would refer anyone in need of their services! Thanks guys!

We cannot say enough about Steve Allison and his top-notch crew, Junior, Phung and Victor. Outstanding job designing and installing a 2-zone Carrier Air Conditioning and Heating system for our specific needs and comfort. Katie Allison in the office was very professional and efficient in getting all the contract and warranty documentation to us online, and setting up the HERS Duct testing and City permit and final inspection. All were very knowledgeable, personable and a dream to work with! And, the little thank you gift and cookies they sent at the end were a delightful surprise!

Excellent Customer Service. They do great Quality Work and rates are Excellent. I have used them for a long while now and they are above and beyond superior with the quality of service they provide, excellent pricing and their service crew are very professional and courteous and are excellent at their job! They explain all the work that is being done as well as any recommended work that should be needed now or may be needed in the future.

Allison Air was referred to us by another air company that does not service Eastvale. Our air conditioner was making that horrid sound where you knew that you were going to be informed it was something expensive by the repair guy. Initially, we called another company, and WOW they were trying to overcharge us.and that's a gross understatement.

We (thankfully) called Allison Air. They were able to come out ASAP and provided a free estimate (already different than the last company that charged $100 for a guy to come out and to see there is a problem, and then he had to schedule another guy to come out to relook at the AC unit and quote us). The quote from Allison was extremely fair and exponentially better than the initial quote.

The quote matched the final cost, yay no hidden fees. They said they would show up between 8-9am, and they showed up at 8:05! The same guy that gave the estimate did the work. Have already recommended them to friends. In summary: Friendly On Time Professional Honest Well Priced

I am giving these people 0 stars but Yelp does not allow me. I was waiting all morning for these people to show up. I finally called them to see what is going on. They changed my schedule for the following day without calling me to tell me. I took the morning off from work. Very unprofessional. If they dont show up for their appointment, I wonder how they handle doing their job.

We have used Steve Allison's company over the years for our home's HVAC needs. He provided service to our old system, replaced our furnace/cooler (anticipating the future need to upgrade the condenser), and most recently replaced our ancient condenser with a new, state-of-the art Carrier condenser and thermostat. As with our past experiences with Steve and his team, this most recent installation didn't disappoint. Steve was personally involved from start to finish. Albert, the installer, and Ken, the technician who teamed up on the installation did excellent work.

They were friendly, thorough, neat, highly competent, and professional. Both the area outside where the condenser was placed and the area in the garage where the furnace is located were immaculate! Steve and Allison Heating & A/C Serviced proved again why we continue to turn to him for our HVAC needs!

Richard from Allison Air Conditioning came out to troubleshoot our non-working unit and did a very thorough and honest job. He spent a lot of time explaining things to us even though it was Friday night and I'm sure he wanted to go home. We knew we needed a new unit and he didn't try and waste our time and money with additional time and diagnostic tests. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

What can I say. There is a reason for all the positive reviews for this company. I received service yesterday on my system. Richard from Allison called in the morning to confirm an appointment window and the service tech (Ken) was on time and called me when he was on his way. Great start.gets better. Ken was clean, polite and explained everything he was about to do and very open throughout his diagnosis.

He was very thorough and methodical. He did not try to pressure me to buy things that were not necessary. He narrowed the problem down to 2 potential causes, and even suggested we try the less expensive of the two and said if that did not solve the issue he would come back out at a discount to install the more expensive part should the first procedure fail to resolve the issue.

Who does that these days? I will tell you, an honest company, that's who. It was a complicated issue but the first procedure appears to have worked so I am a happy camper. My system is over 20 years old and I know it is just a matter of time before it gasps its last breath, but when I need to install a new system, guess who I intend to call? Hard to find honest people in business these days but this one is a gem. If you are indecisive about who you are going to call for your service, look no further. Allison Air, you have a great tech in Ken, a good ambassador for your company!

I have always been very satisfied with Allison Air Conditioning. I have 2 air conditioners, one upstairs and the other downstairs. My downstairs ac had been giving me problems for a couple years and they would always come out and recharge the freon for us. We didn't want to pay the huge cost of a new system because we heard it would be around $10-$12,000.

We finally got a quote from Steve, the owner, and it was way lower than we thought. We were shocked. They installed it in a half day and we are now extremely happy with our new ac. The guys that installed it were very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend Allison Air to anyone that needs ac repairs or replacement. We plan on using them again when the upstairs unit goes out.

Best AC Company I have ever worked with! The owner Steve is so easy to work with and is very honest. His employees follow suit also. We have used this company for the past 6 years as they help us get through a few summers with our old AC and they also installed our brand new Carrier AC along with a new furnace, vents and return. They did a wonderful job! I totally recommend them if you are in need of AC or furnace work.

Steve has been my AC guy for many years. He has done service, repairs and upgrades in my home. He does good work and on time. He always cleans up behind himself. With that said his pricing is fair.

Found Allison Heating and Air through a friend and I'm so happy that I found Steve and his crew. Steve came over and did a very detailed inspection of the house taking pictures and making many suggestions to improve the flow of air for my size home. We ended up putting in a completely new system along with new ducking and relocating the furnace into the attic.

It was a 5 1/2 day job, but totally worth it. The crew of Jeff, Albert and Mark came to do the install and were excellent.
