Crosstown Mechanical, Inc. was originally founded over 30 years ago in 1979 under the name Crosstown Refrigeration, Inc. We started out repairing refrigeration equipment including ultra-low temperature cascade refrigeration systems. Over time, word spread of our excellent service and fair labor rates.

In 2001, we decided to change our name to Crosstown Mechanical, Inc. to reflect our knowledge and expertise with HVAC and mechanical refrigeration systems. Our trained professionals specialize in the repair and replacement of refrigeration systems for commercial, industrial, medical and research & development businesses.

We also service all brands of lab chillers and cryostats. We offer NIST-certified calibrations, temperature and humidity validations and temperature mapping.

All the techs called before they got here, arrived on-time, did what they said, went the extra mile to help us on a major issue and on a small thing like replacing batteries on our thermostats to ensure our hvac system didn't have to run hard. The tech's were clean in appearance! Such wonderful people to work with all the way around! We loved them so much we signed up for their Maintenance Plan & they came out the next day & got us all cleaned up! Honest, hard working, pleasant. Wouldn't go anyplace else!

Tech came out to repair a warranty motor and charged me more in labor to replace than the original repair. Was told it may have taken him longer to get here from a previous job. Makes zero sense. Thank you for getting back to me concerning the labor charge for the issue with the labor bill. I understand the issue much clearer at this point. Thanks for the clarification.
