Prescription is my go-to for any sort of routine maintenance on my heating and air. Today, the motor on my furnace went out and I tried going through my home warranty. the company they tried to set me up with wouldn't come out until Monday (heat went out Friday night) and it was a business with 2.5 star reviews that responded to those reviews with insults and racism.
Not kidding. So I called Prescription. Doug was here within two hours of my call, then went back to his shop to get more parts, and had the furnace up and running within two hours. I had to pay more than my $125 deductible of my home warranty, but I didn't have to deal with shady businesses and I didn't have to go 72 hours without heat when it was snowing. I almost didn't want to leave this review because I want Prescription to stay my little secret, but there's no one else I will call for HVAC repairs.
