Our experience started with the salesman, Jeff Gray. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Before he entered our house he asked if we wanted him to wear a mask. To me, that was a good beginning. After getting a second estimate, we decided to go with Jonle because of positive comments I had heard about them and because of Jeff's knowledge.

From the day we contacted them to go ahead with the job, everything they said they would do was done and done on time. The installers were excellent. So far, we are very pleased with our new system. It is interesting that this company did not have any delays due to shortage of material or personnel. We contracted with a window company on 4/4. The windows were not installed until 8/9 due to delays and as of 12/21 the job is still not completed. What a contrast in companies.

The HVAC technician Matt came and was professional and polite. He wore shoe covers which wasn't necessary but he did anyway. The speed with which he fixed the unit was impressive. Highly recommend Services: Heating maintenance, Repair HVAC

Jonle came out and replaced the capacitor on my air conditioner. At the time, the tech told me he might need to come back and put more freon in the unit but to run it for a few days and just call back if it didn't work right. A few days later it stopped working. Temps were cooler so I opened the windows, turned off the unit, and called back several days later.

Then another tech came out and told me that the compressor was bad and I would need a whole new AC unit. When I asked what could cause that, he told me that running the unit low on freon could make it overheat and go out. When I called the company to figure out what was going on and come to a good solution, the manager Mark was defensive, rude, and quick to say what his techs told me was wrong in an attempt to deflect responsibility.

He even went so far as to blame me for not calling the failure in quickly enough (the tech told me that as long as I called back within 30 days there wouldn't be an additional charge for coming out again, and frankly I wasn't looking forward to another AC bill). I understand that no one can say for sure why the compressor went out but it all seems very coincidental to me.

His proposed solution? $300 off a new unit. No thanks, I'll take my business to a company with competent techs and managers who at least pretend to care. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.

We move in 10 years ago. Several year ago we had JonLe service our two systems. Our AC units we're now 15 years old and needed replaced along with the coils. JonLe gave us great prices, great service and the staff finished the job on both systems in one day. Couldn't be happier, Thanks JonLe John A.

We received great, prompt and courteous service from Jonle when replacing our furnace. They didn't use high pressure tactics, pleasantly answered all of our questions. I thought I needed a new thermostat. The man arrived late in the day. I am only approximately 1 mile from Jonle. The man walked in the door, went straight to the thermostat & looked at it. He told me that the "hold" button must be depressed to keep the thermostat from defaulting to previously programmed temps. It took, at best, 5 minutes. I then had to pay $89.00 for 5 minutes in my home.

I don't know how the man had the nerve to take the check. I have gone to Jonle for over 25 years. I will NO LONGER do business with a place that rips people off. AND. ALL of my friends & neighbors will know about this experience.

Professionalism. This is the one word that best describes JonLe. I had the pleasure of working with Frank. He came out to my house in freezing temperatures to diagnose my heating issues and provide a reasonable price for my furnace replacement. Within three days, he managed to replace my furnace and talk to the insurance company to make sure the job was completed as quickly as possible.

He also let us borrow two small heaters while we waited! He brought an all-star line up with him as well. One man in particular, Gerald or Gerod (I'm bad with names) lead the charge and got my furnace installed within four hours. I would consider him the subject matter expert. Reuben brought a very friendly and customer oriented attitude to the group, and Steve showed the promise of an up and coming rock star within the company.

As for the furnace; so far so good. The new furnace uses less energy then the old one and still puts out more heat. My wife and puppies are extremely thankful to be able to rest comfortably now. Finally, he is allowing me some extra time to pay based on my current financial situation. I highly recommend JonLe for your next heating and cooling repair or replacement. Called on a Monday morning they were here in 30 minutes. I can tell you I have a hot water boiler they fixed street side auto fill valve and a backflow preventer. 2 of the nicest guys, explained in detail very friendly honest open. Office staff was great as well. They even came next morning to readjust something at no charge. very cool. They are my go to. Mr Nerlinger

Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with both the office staff and the technicians. They recently did a great job installing our new heat pump and air filtering system. AC went out this past August and got a few quotes from a few companies and went with JonLe, so glad we did, they were extremely Professional, super nice guys! Made the whole experience, from the call to the office, coming out to give a quote, to set it up, to the installation as well as the clean up they took care to make sure we were in good hands. These guys are a mom and pop shop that know how to do it right. They have a handful of guys they send out and they're all respectful and hard working guys. In this industry, it's always tough because there are often multiple visits for a heating or cooling fix. We had a leak in our system that they helped to add frigerant for though at the time we didn't know it was a leak, then it continued to show signs of a leak, they sent out multiple technicians to help find the leak.

They were never able to truly find the actual leak but they were respectful of my time and gave me heads up as to the status of their arrival on each visit. In the end, the boss Ray came out to see why no one could figure out where the leak was coming from. He added his own personal down and dirty ridged system that has been working great so far and suggested a cheaper fix to try first before the more expensive solution. It's held up so far and we appreciate it!

In addition, he also just offhandedly mentioned to us that we might benefit from having some additional insulation put up in the attic crawl space and that's should also helped save us some money on heating thus far this winter. Highly recommended!

Salesman came over in evening at our convenience to give us an estimate on a new heating and cooling system. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy.

JonLe far surpassed the quality of the seasonal furnace tune up compared to the provider that we have used for the past 12 years and the price was less also.

I decided to go with JonLe when a friend of mine recommended them and I am so happy with my decision. Jeff Gray and his team were awesome. From the time Jeff came out for a consultation to the time the team came out to install the unit, they were nothing but awesome.

Our furnace broke down the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. JonLe sales rep was at our home about 11:00 to show us replacement choices. we decided on which one we wanted and he got it and had installers at our home about 9:00 Wednesday.

The technician was prompt, very polite, and answered all of my questions as he performed the preventitive maintenence on my heating and cooling system. He even suggested that we remove some of the landscaping near our air conditioner because it was growing up into the unit.
