If I could get up on our roof, I would shout at the top of my lungs. I love Zimmer! Every single time these guys have come to our house, they have been kind, honest, patient, professional, shown common sense, and are always there when we need them. (Over 100 degrees in our attic crawl space, and these guys are troopers!) From the wonderful lady who schedules them to get to us ASAP, to Paul and Steve who came out today (Yes, two HVAC guys came to our house in the same day.

They worked in tandem, like a true team!) They explain everything so well, and you just know they know what they are doing. Complete transparency and never a hard sell. just honesty! So totally refreshing! One more thing. Yesterday I lost a very expensive pendant in the fins on the top of our AC unit outside. It snapped off my neck, and disappeared into the housing.

After Paul had finished fixing our AC issue, I mentioned losing my pendant. He opened up the housing, dug through the wet leaves, and found it for me! I couldn't believe he was so sweet, I couldn't thank him enough! Now, that is service! I am a Zimmer customer for LIFE! Thanks again Zimmer! You all rock!

Paid the $90 service fee for tech to literally drive to my house and take my credit card. Didn't offer any solution but to charge more for a service that wouldn't be provided until NEXT WEEK. Literally don't understand how they even felt okay taking money from me after he told me "i physically cannot do any repair". make this make sense.

If you are looking for the best HVAC contractor in town, Zimmer Heating and Cooling is the go-to company. I had a new A/C install and everything form sales to installation to service was absolutely as described. This is a proud and professional third generation company and I would highly recommend them for all heating and cooling needs. Dave and Steve were my installers (great guy's), Dave was my primary installer (A+) and he was one of the most professional, polite and knowledgeable tradesman that I have come across.

In addition, Chris Zimmer and his company communicated throughout the process from start to finish. He also personally scheduled and performed a complete walk through a few weeks after install to ensure all was in complete working order to include tips and field any and all questions that I may have had. This will be my company of choice for all future HVAC needs. Thanks again to the Zimmer Team.

Had my 31 year old Carrier HVAC system replaced with a new Carrier unit. Chris Tucker and the installation team were a treat to deal with, despite it being their busy season. They even quickly handled a billing error that was my own fault. Love that they dont try to sell you anything you don't need, and are one of the few companies who handle Duke Energy rebates (while still applicable). Can't recommend them enough.

Ok just an awesome company. I am 47 years old and have had many dealings with many companies and I have to say Zimmer Heating and Cooling is top notch. Chris Tucker my sales rep did an outstanding job. The install team did an outstanding job. We even had a maintenance issue with our existing system they fixed. Everyone we have encountered has been above bar.

You guys have something that is lost to most of the rest of the world. Customer service and Customer satisfaction the first time. The owners and employees should be very proud of your company and the work you do.

AC was not working during our hottest days of the season. Feared the entire heatpump had failed. Jordan was able to quickly diagnose and assure me that was not the case. The repair was minor in the big picture and we were immediately cooled down again. Will not have anyone else work on my HVAC units!

Jordan C. was very thorough and professional. He explained several things and helped me greatly. Because of Jordan, I will call Zimmer Heating and Cooling for future use.

Customers complain when things aren't right but don't acknowledge when things are good. All seems to be in order and we have plenty of heat. Your service people were always pleasant to us, and were willing to explain the operations of gas heating and humidifiers.
