Cabinet Masters

We met staff from Cabinet Masters at the Madison Expo. Katie expressed excitement about our unique project. She assured us she had completed a project similar to ours and would love to help us. We explained we had been ghosted by companies in the past and did not want to experience that again. Katie assured us she would NOT do that and she found that to be very unprofessional.

In order for her to provide a quote for us she required we remove our cupboards and at least some of the flooring to get an accurate assessment of what we would be dealing with. We did such. We ask for and received references. In contacting them we found one who would recommend their services, one who would NOT. We left messages with an additional 10 of which NOT ONE returned our call.

When we met with the lead carpenter he seemed more intent on gutting our home and making it into what he felt it should be then working with the architecture of our home and doing a remodel project. Since that meeting we have never heard back from Katie or any representative of Cabinet Masters. We are left with a kitchen in shambles. Extremely unprofessional.

I contacted Cabinet Masters because I want to remodel my frustratingly designed and outdated kitchen. The receptionist was super friendly and set me up with a time to see some samples of backsplashes, counter styles, and cabinet doors in the showroom. From there we had an appointment where Katie took measurements of my kitchen and assessed the structure/layout possibilities.

We talked a lot about different price points and design options. She came back to meet with me again with a fully designed layout that would completely transform my kitchen area! The design is gorgeous and totally changes the aesthetic of our living space. I can't wait to have her do my remodel!

We have decided to give Cabinet Masters a second chance. We met with Katie this morning and listened to the changes she is implementing. We feel confident she will complete our project using the high standards demonstrated in the past. I am changing our review to 3 stars now because the work has not been done. I anticipate changing this to a 5 star review eventually.

We are in the middle of a horrible experience with Katie and Todd at Cabinet Masters. We contracted with them in January, 2021 giving them over $17,000 in advance on a $27,000 upgrade/remodel of 3 bathrooms. As of July 25, they have done about $7,000 of the project. We have not seen Katie and Todd for months and they are not replying to phone calls or texts.

In addition, they subcontracted with a plumber who did substandard work which we will need to have redone. Katie and Todd acknowledged the work was poorly done but did not fix it. We previously had our kitchen remodeled by them and loved the design and installation which is why we were enthusiastic about working with them on this job. We have had to contact the District Attorney to see about getting our money back. We feel their actions are unprofessional and appear to be fraud.

We were very happy with Todd and Katie's craftsmanship and attention to detail. They were very punctual. Our cabinets are really beautiful and would recommend them for your project.

Katie is a very talented designer. We needed that extra little touch in our kitchen to make it feel like home and she knew exactly what we needed to make that happen. The finished the project quickly and within the budget discussed. In addition they always left our home clean when they were done with the day. I would highly recommend using them for your kitchen remodeling needs.

Sink now sinking. We had a quartz counter and stainless steel sink put in by Cabinet Masters over seven years. According to a plumber and carpenter our sink is now sinking due to "shoddy" poor workmanship in setting up the sink. It will cost us now $320-450 to have the sink set up correctly. Cabinet Masters has refused to make amends.

Katie and the team were a pleasure to work with. We have had them do cabinet work for our business and personally. All on time, on budget and impressive workmanship. Thank you.

Katie and Todd did a great job on our cherry built-in cabinets. The final product exceeded our expectations; the stain and grain of the doors match our furniture perfectly. The functionality of the piece after using it for a month is even better than imagined; we wouldn't change a thing. A special thanks to Todd for hand selecting the perfect blemish-free piece of cherry wood for the door fronts.

Katie is easy to work with! It's great to be able to view samples of work in their showroom and then also get the personal design ideas at home.

Wonderful service! Seven years ago we had our kitchen cabinets re-faced by Cabinet Masters. Over time bubbles appeared in some of the veneer. When we called them in August of this year they sent Todd over immediately.
