I had a very positive experience with KING Garage Doors &Gates. When the door wouldn't open this morning I called and spoke with David. explaining the problem. He listened.asked appropriate questions.and said he could do the job today! He called me on his way.as he said he would.and arrived 15 minutes later. David analyzed the situation.explained to me what the problem was.and proceeded to replace my 18 year old Liftmaster opener.

He adjusted the rails, lubricated the springs, cleaned everything up. The door works perfectly and quietly. David is knowledgeable and I appreciated him explaining everything to me. Also, I asked for a senior discount and he obliged. I live in Sun City West and would recommend KING Garage Doors to all of you.

Customer service of the tech was rude and at times insulting. There are so many other companies in the valley that I would not bother ever calling this company again. He overcharges without giving you a quote up front and then he wasn't able to even fix the issue. Told me the opener I had was a cheap and quoted me 450 for a new one.

I hit the garage door and it did not turn out well. The track was off & bent, the wire & spring needed to be adjusted along with the door. It was horrible. I called David and thank God He showed up the same day. It took him about an hour or two to repair. I was impressed he took the time to show me the issue and why it needed to be repair and done. Step by step he was explaining the process. I would recommend Garage Door Solved to family and friends.

Garage door was shut on a broom handle and knocked the cable off. Replaced one of the channels, put 2 roller back on. Repairman was punctual and did a great job. I would recommend their service.
