One of my garage door springs failed, causing the door opener to struggle to raise the door. I contacted Ryan, explained the situation and he scheduled me the next business day as the door was still functional, though barely. Mike arrived a bit late, perhaps due to the weather. He immediately examined the door and related and made a complete repair in less than 45 minutes. Mike makes no wasted motion. He is a "man on a mission" with regard to his knowledge and experience with garage doors. I'd highly recommend.

Ryan resold my door to someone else. A door I had framed my garage to fit. Now I'm out a garage door and no one makes doors the size I framed my garage to fit the door that Ryan's company sold to me because it had been sitting in their Phoenix warehouse for two years because it was a custom order that was never picked up. Do not trust this company or Ryan's word.
He would not even work with us on another door for our home knowing he sold our door out from under us. Horrible way to run your business Ryan. Thank you for ruining our new home.

I called Hung-Rite Doors this morning because my garage door came off the track. We couldn't get our car out of the garage and were afraid the door was going to fall on the car. Within 2 1/2 hours they were here and fixed our door. We have had them come out a couple of time before to do minor adjustments and they have always been here promptly and their technicians are polite and professional. My garage broke with one of our cars inside. I called another company ant they told me the first apt. was Wednesday. SO I called Hung-Rite at 5:30 on Friday. The person who answered the phone told me they would be here saturday. They arrived Michael was very good, personable. I was very impressed with Michael. I will recommend the company to anyone that ask. It did not cost me an arm and a leg either.
