Dependable Garage Door Service

My neighbor Bill was in the need of garage repairs and notify dependable garage door. Bill told me about the amazing service and professionalism he received from Tyler. As karma has it my garage door required repair just a few weeks after. I contacted Bill to get Tyler's information to schedule an appointment. My appointment was set in just a few days after contacting them. Tyler called me approximately 15 minutes prior to his scheduled appointment time and advised me he was on his way.

After evaluating the problem with my garage door, he repaired it with some adjustments. He never tried to upsell or sell unneeded equipment. He did advise me that my opener was getting later in its life expectancy and in not too distant future would require replacement and gave me an estimate of what that cost would be. It's refreshing to receive such honest and dependable customer service. I was in the fire service for 30 years and I know a little about good customer service. Thank you Tyler!

I have broken springs in my garage that needed repaired. So we Had this company come out, just to tell me that he couldn't do the job because a few bikes and stuff were in the way. Simple fix was to move it out of the way. Right? Well right off the bat, he already made up in his mind he wasn't going to do it Because 1. he is unqualified, 2. He's unprofessional 3. Lazy 4.

He wanted to get paid more for the job than what he was going to get so he decided to pass the buck to someone else. 5. He needs to find a different kind of work, since he said he was going to get someone else to the job that was more qualified. In the end don't use a company that has this kind of attitude or reasoning behind their work ethics.

What a potential waste of time and space. Just wish I had someone that was right for the job the first time. what a waste of a day. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, save yourself the time and energy. Also it speaks volumes for a guy that has a man bun to.

Dependable Door Systems provided excellent service to correct our issues with our garage door. Their service technician, Tyler, arrived promptly and had the issue fixed in less than an hour. Additionally, Tyler was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained his repairs and preventive maintenance considerations for our garage door, motor, and associated parts. Very pleased with this service call.

Great service. A company that does live up to it's name. I was in a bind because I had a car in the garage and since a spring was broken on the garage door, I could not open the door. The technician, Tyler was courteous and took care of the problem the same day I called for service. I will use this company again!

This morning my garage door wouldn't open, keeping me from getting to work. Dependable Door Systems was the only garage door repair service that was able to make it out the same day. Tyler arrived at the very beginning of the time frame that we were told on the phone, and he fixed our garage in less than 20 minutes! Cost was on the low end of other places I called around at. We will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone with garage door issues.

Tech was on time. Fixed my unit in 20 minutes. Another company told me I needed to replace my whole garage unit. But I just needed a part replaced. So glad I called dependable door systems for a second opinion!

Had a great experience with Dependable Door Systems. Their man Tyler was on time and very good at getting my garage door back into service and taking care of an additional problem with the header the spring mechanism was attached to. It had loosen up over time and he repaired it at no additional cost to me! I will use their service again if I have any problems in the future and recommend them to my friends!

Had our garage door serviced through our home warranty. You never know what you are going to get with the warranty vendors, but Dependable was excellent. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled. In less than an hour we had a new opener installed, and we couldn't be happier. Our garage door suddenly stopped closing completely. It would partially close and then immediately reopen. We had used Dependable Door in the past for the other garage door, so I called and described the new situation to Virginia. She was terrific: kind, sympathetic and efficient. She told me when my service tech would arrive and, sure enough, Tyler arrived at the early end of the "window" Virginia had given me.

He diagnosed the problem in a short couple of minutes, told me the total repair cost and immediately went to work. He was quick, very friendly and a total professional. I recommend Dependable Door Systems 100%.

Lisa it's not the fact of paying to have you come out it's the complete lack of knowledge and diagnosis by your tech followed by a bogus report and atrociously don't give a d@$n about customer service. I was extremely happy about having someone else come out who actually did the job!

I found this company extremely professional and dependable. They called and made an appointment and arrived within the time that was set with a call before they came. Tyler diagnosed the problem immediately and as he didn't have the part on the truck he told me he would get back within a day which he did. I would definitely use them again if service is needed.

Fast and great service. Wasn't pushy on up selling and took time to explain everything. Very pleased! Easy appointment, called ahead and was perfectly on time with a 2 hour window. Garage doors are much quieter and well worth it. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I called dependable garage door services based on HomeAdvisor then the technician came by and did a wonderful job he was very pleasant got everything working just so and would highly recommend using them again. Ben the technician was terrific anyone that wants to use them will be very pleased!

Stay away from this company! They came out to repair our garage door and charged us $150 to do a minor repair and guaranteed their work for 30 days. A week later we had the same problem and when they came out they wanted to charge us again for the same problem. They are overpriced and don't back up their guarantee!

Dependable Garage Door Service was in fact dependable when they replaced our garage door opener. Tyler was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Tyler answered our questions and made our requested adjustments. We were very pleased with Dependable Garage Door Service from scheduling our appointment to programming our remote.

This company tried to charge us 600 to fix our garage door. I called two other companies and they both said 129! I got another company to come out same day and fix It for 129 total. I will never use this company again or recommend It to anyone.

Very impressive, actually arrived a little and work was done quick and accurate. Tech Tyler was quite friendly and offered great maintenance tips. Nice to have a comfortable go to company.

Don't waste your time or money on this company. Absolute worst customer service! The owner Lisa, is very rude and will not listen. Can't believe how unprofessional she is and will talk over you instead of at least listening. The technician that was sent to my home did not install the sensor correctly and they blamed me and charged me for his incompetence.

Would not recommend them. I hate my home warranty sent these people to my home. Having work done by them is a big gamble and if you are unhappy don't expect the owner Lisa to care or even try to resolve anything. She is a prime example of why it's hard to support smaller businesses. Definitely dissatisfied with this garage company's work provided and Lisa's very rude and distasteful attitude.

Lies, Deception, and Cheating Work was contracted with Dependable Garage Door Service LLC through our home warranty company to fix the sensors. When the contractor arrived he informed us that he would not be able to fix the sensors because they were not covered by the warranty. This is not correct as I informed both the Warranty company and the Scheduler that the reason for the visit was the sensors.

The contractor then proceeded to pressure us to pay out of pocket for the repair. After refusing he continued to pressure saying that we wouldn't be able to get the garage door closed, which we sent our son to go close and he was able to without issue. Shortly after Dependable Garage Door Service LLC failed visit I received a phone call from the warranty company stating that the claim had been denied because the contractor stated that the sensors were damaged due to items resting on them.

This was a flat out lie as there have never been items resting on the sensors and now we have to fight with the Warranty to get a new and honest contractor out to our house to fix the problem. If you value honesty and integrity I would stay far away from Dependable Garage Door Service LLC.

Call in today to have broken garage door spring fix/replaced. We got same day service and a helpful technician who explained our bill to us. The price was $479.00. I was grateful the service was completed in one day and by a great service professional. We got the up-sell and since our door was little old we decide to get the door repaired right! Thank you Dependable Garage Door Service. Our Technician name was Mike. Shout out to Mike thank you for help my family. If you want job done right call these guys!

Excellent, quality and dependable service. Their service is in the name, Dependable. Service tech., Clyde, took me through a step by step process and quickly made the necessary repairs. Very pleased and highly recommend doing business with this company.

Maybe I just got a bad service guy but was assigned this company from my home warranty. They didn't fix my problem so I had to call back to home warranty. They did not show up for appt today for the second call to fix what they didn't get right the first time. One would think these companies contracted with warranties would do good so if something isn't covered, they have a quick referral and a way to make money, especially on upgrades. UPDATE: I just spoke to my home warranty and this company refused to come out second time to finish the job they didn't get right the first time. They do not stand behind their work. The company didn't call to notify me they refuse to come out and finish work.

My advice, make Wade and Jen your go-to guys for garage door service. Their prices blew the competition out of the water. The service was professional, on time and informative. I am totally happy with the new garage door opener.

These guys are fabulous! Including the lovely lady on the phone! There was a small hiccup with a power source but they came back immediately and hooked us right back up. Working better than it ever has! Recommend them highly.

When I went to my winter home in Phoenix over the holidays, my garage door would not work properly. I called a couple different garage repair services and Dependable was the first to provide a service tech to come over the next day.

WOW! My experience with this company was incomparable. Knowledge, professionalism, expedience are rare commodities in any business, but Dependable demonstrates all of the above. As a consumer who didn't know about them until I had a garage door problem, I feel I lucked out finding them.
