Ridiculous! Less than 3 months after they installed the garage door, the operator on the door started acting wild! It suddenly slammed on top of my car on the way to work, wrecking my vehicle. Another 3 months of constantly calling them, they did absolutely nothing! 1 year warranty my a$$. Had to spend a good amount to get my car fixed and and all my energy on them to get my garage door fixed, which is in the warranty and they have a faulty safety system. Please save yourself time, money and the effort. Absolute pain!

First problem is that the arm bolts came out less than 6 months from when the house was built! Second problem was when they called and discussed with me when to come fix it. I said afternoon, they agreed, I asked for a text ahead of time. Then at 10:45am someone shows up unannounced to fix it. When I told him it wasn't a good time or what I set up with them he pushed to do it anyway because it would only take a few minutes. I told him a second time no and he pushed again. This is not ok and I'll never recommend them
