Smokey's Garage Door

This is our second time contacting Smokey's Garage and once again we had a great experience. From the first initial call and speaking with David we had great customer service. David was patient and helpful and answered all my questions. Our technicians Dave and Carlos were timely, super knowledgeable and friendly. We bought a brand new door and they had the best quality and prices. We are so grateful to the whole team, and just like my review last year, I will continue to recommend Smokey's Garage Door.

Smokey's was able to schedule us quickly for service. Dave showed up on time and even called ahead to give us a heads up he was on his way. Our older garage door opener had badly broken but he made quick work of replacing and repairing it back to proper working order and did a full inspection of the door system. Appreciated his professionalism and expertise. Would recommend.

Derek provided friendly service, a quick diagnosis, had the part in stock, and a quick repair. This is the best my garage door has worked since I bought the house many years ago.

Issue was diagnosed quickly and the repair was done within 15 minutes. He even made sure all my remotes were reprogramed and everything was greased up. Great service!

Had these folks out on a Saturday for a broken spring and the tech was really nice. He took plenty of time to answer questions, and was very thorough. After talking with the tech we had him price new doors instead of just the springs. He suggested we reach out to the owner to see if he would price match another vendor that had priced the doors for us or do a little better on price from them if we ordered 2 insulated doors.

When my husband spoke the owner on Monday he said he would take a little off the price and the doors were in stock. We had a plan for install a few days later. Called the day after and left a vm stating we actually still wanted the doors, but non-insulated instead of insulated because it would be about $1200 or more less than the insulated doors. No response back from anyone, so we called again on install day in the morning before the appointment, and owner was incredibly rude.

He told us that they didn't have the non insulated smaller door in stock (contrary to what the tech told us on Saturday), only a larger door and that we 'are too high maintenance customers' for asking for a price match and then asking to switch our order to a less expensive option. Don't bother with these folks. The owner is rude, condescending and clearly doesn't need any more 'high maintenance' customers, or rather he doesn't need anyone asking questions, or wanting to make a change prior to installation. Ironically the tech told us on Saturday that they had plenty of both insulated and non insulated doors in stock in both sizes we need, but the owner stated it would be an 11 week wait for a non insulated door. Better pricing and service available elsewhere folks and we went with another company that was happy to have our business.

My garage door wasn't opening, obviously me not being a garage technician I couldn't figure out the problem. Called this company to help figure out what was going on with my garage door. Dave came out and instantly found the issue, was super helpful and informative on the damaged part and patient with all my questions. He got the problem fixed in a timely manner and now my garage is working good as new! Dave was great, and I'd definitely recommend this company/technician to my friends and family. Carlos was on time when he said he would be. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went over and explained what was going on with our garage door and took me through my different solution options. I felt well informed and confident in my decision. Thank you.

The tech showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I was quoted for a new opener and upon agreeing on a model, the tech was able to get the new system installed in less than an hour. No reschedule was needed. No issues or anything for the install

Heard about these guys on Dave Ramsey along time ago. Friday night we had our garage door decide to die. So I remembered the name and wow. Made an appointment online, got a call the next day to confirm a day. Garage fixed! Our tech was Justin, we have nothing but good things to say. Even customer service was polite and shockingly nice. Good company. Good employees. A model for others to follow. Glad to have used them.

Scheduling was simple, and fast. Technician, Zach, was personable, professional, and efficient. Price was very reasonable. Definitely going to be my go to garage door service company!

Smokey's was my 2nd opinion after the first looked at my door and said it was too old and he never did work like that before. When I called Smokey's they came right out the next day and gave me an estimate for the work. Kevin was forthright and transparent. He did what he said he would, was honest, prompt, and professional. I will use them again when it's time to replace our door. I highly recommend Smokey's.

Our opener stopped working. It had been looked at prior by another company that wanted to sell us everything but the kitchen sink. We didn't like the upsell, and quite honestly didn't trust them. All they wanted to do was sell a new opener, rails and spring. We didn't bite on any of it, paid them for the visit and sent them on their way. Then we were referred to SMOKEY'S. Barron was professional, knowledgeable and to to the point.

No messing around. Diagnosed the problem in under a minute. Had the part in the truck and 20 minutes later he was done. He also spent a few minutes educating us on proper care and lubrication of the components of the door. Big fans of Smokey's and would not hesitate to use them again.

He was so quick, friendly and kind. I hope to not have an issue with my garage door again but if I do I hope Dave comes back. That's for making this so painless

I didn't have this service but my grandmother did and here is what stellar experience she had. She's still gushing about them! I almost never post to facebook but I want to share my experience with a company that has been wonderful. It's Smokey's Garage and their number is 602-483-4191. I was out with my daughter yesterday and when she dropped me. back home my garage door wouldn't open, so after trying several times with no luck I went inside by my front door.

It seems the door was broken because the opener had pulled away from the door but it was about 6pm so had to wait until morning to call for a repair. The people that had installed the door many years ago, couldn't make an.

Justin quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He even found and replaced a broken hinge at no charge. Good guy; good company!

My garage door wasn't working properly so they came out. Barron replaced the circuit board, the remote, and made certain my outside pad is working properly. I highly recommend them.

Smokey's has always been there when I needed a repair. I would highly recommend them for punctuality, friendly, affordable and informative. They have always taken care of me when I call.

Barron obviously had knowledge and experience and went right to the problem efficiently. At the end he even made me feel good about my old opener by saying it's noisier than new ones but it's an excellent garage door opener. That's just a nice positive way to finish up. We have used Smokey's for over 30 years and they always provide great service. Today was no exception. Our garage door stopped working over the weekend. We called and they were able to schedule us for Monday. Kevin called before coming, the was here within the time he indicated. Door works again, and better than before! Kevin was knowledgeable and courteous and stood behind their warranty. We would recommend Smokey's to anyone needing garage door service or installation.

They came out today and replaced my garage door springs. Very pleased with the service. Technician was knowledgeable and wore a mask the entire time. Price was reasonable. Would use again.

Just had Austin here this morning! What a wonderful tech! We woke up this morning to find our garage springs broken and thanks to our home warranty, they had Smokey call us literally within about 25 minutes and he arrived in under 2 hours. He was fantastic: worked thoroughly, quickly and even let us know what he greased and serviced. So polite too.

The technician knew his stuff. We had two garage doors with two separate problems: the gears on one and the control board on the other. He had them both fixed in an hour. He gave me some tips about working with my homeowners insurance to save money on upcoming repairs and maintenance I might need in the future. I would recommend Smokey's.

Excellent customer service! The person on the phone took the time to talk to me and asked some questions about my garage door problem. It was easily diagnosed as a broken spring; he gave me a quote and was able to get a technician out the same day. I was not able to be at home when the technician was scheduled so I left the side garage door unlocked.

Needed replacement parts for do it yourself door fix. Nobody else had them and Ace Hardware said Smokey's had been in business for generations and was the go-to place. Called and they had just what I needed for about the same price as the best deal on the internet.

After getting home Thursday from a long day I realized that my tension spring on a garage door gave out. Friday morning, I went into Home Depot & they said someone would reach out to me within the next 48 hours. Fortunately, Sunday at work, one of my favorite customers said to call Smokey's Garage Doors just as I did this very morning (I'm still waiting for the other company to call).

I had a new opener installed a little over a year ago and its not working. Fine, I'm two months out of my warranty and they wanted to charge me a service charge. Granted warranties have a shelf life but I consider that poor customer service and would never use them again or recommend them.

Austin was dispatched to our home via our home warranty company and was nothing but polite and informative. He was very knowledgeable about garage doors and openers and very easy to understand. He wasn't pushy at all and the best part. our door works now! If I were the business owner, I'd be pleased to have such a great representation of my company out there getting it done.
