Preventative maintenance or service is essential to the proper functioning of air conditioning and heating equipment. If preventative maintenance is not performed regularly or if it is done haphazardly, the equipment will require extensive and costly repairs at a later date that is sooner than it should be. I wished I could give Sunstate Mechanical MORE than 5 stars!. When it comes to the vital service of climate control in Arizona, the value of knowing a truly outstanding, kind, and honest master in the AC trade is beyond a simple review. I have used Sunstate to service my business' 50 air conditioning units for a decade. I rely on that expertise for my home as well. The peace of mind and, more importantly, the lack of stress Sunstate provides my company and family is worth a good 20 stars.

Terrible organization. They worked on our system for roughly 11-12 hours and never solved the problem. They were here until 11:00pm one night. Their "fix" cause more problems and wasn't done right. We asked to speak to a manager twice and no one called us back except the front desk attempting to collect $2,300.00 from us. Expect to pay through the nose We called another pro who quickly diagnosed the problem and said it should've easily been fixed in 2 hours.
