John and his team at Diamondback Air have been servicing my homes for years! He's an honest guy providing immediate on time service with updates along the way. His employee Kevin of 20+ years came out within 30 mins and was professional the whole time. I was dying because my AC went out on 112 degree weather. Kevin had been backed up but fixed my AC and took the time to rescue me and the three kids!
We have him ice water and was so happy that Diamondback has always been there in my worse fears come true! Summers are brutal but thanks to my trust in John the owner I don't worry as much. I'm glad to have your services Diamondback Air! Never retire John and team! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Bottom line, call these guys now if you need AC repair. I had an AC emergency and my home warranty company was only going to send someone out in days not hours! YIKES I heard great things about diamondback and asked if they had someone available, man they had a guy out to my house within the hour and he gave me the most affordable quote for AC repair I'd ever heard. Had them fix it right there on the spot and I have cool air again. I'll be writing this review on all major review sites

John and his guys are the best! They know the value of a customer! They dont upsell you, they help you understand what you need and why walk you through the process then deliver first class service! Their employees are some of the nicest most professional people. They go the extra mile to deliver a smooth experience. As soon as you talk with them you'll know it's a company with great values.

Had my A/C break down on what seem to be the hottest day this year, I called Diamondback Air, who I had purchased from and had install my unit 6 years ago. They were professional then, and when I called their office late Friday, Olivia was so understanding and had a technician out the very next day. They were fast and knowledgeable. My A/C got fixed and my house back to being cool again. Very satisfied with my experience, I would recommend these guys if you have A/C problems.

Very untrustworthy company in my opinion. I have dealt with them a few times and each service call that took about an hour and cost $69. Then they came out to look at an inoperable AC unit, and told me it had to be replaced. I was planning on using Diamondback to replace the unit until I did research and found out how much they had been overcharging me.
When I went with a different company that had a similar AC unit for much cheaper, they wanted $149 for the service call that had previously been $69. Additionally, they wanted $149 more for writing an overpriced proposal and meeting with my insurance adjuster for a short time. I told them I would be happy to pay the fair amount of $69 for each of the two events, and I was threatened with collections instead. THE BEST THING I CAN ADVISE FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IS TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, unless you want to risk being overbilled and threatened with debt collection. By the way, I wanted to give them zero stars, but one star is the least you can give.

Dustin arrived on time and even called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival he began checking the system out and explaining what he was doing and why. He quickly found the problem, explained why it was not doing what it was supposed to be, and discussed what the repair entailed. We agreed on the repair price and he started the repair, once again explaining the process as he went.
The repair was finished in the amount of time he estimated and we were back enjoying our A/C downstairs. Dustin cleaned up the area he was working in, went thru the bill with me to answer any questions I might have and thanked me for calling Diamondback Air. Great customer service, We will call them again for future tune-ups and repairs. Nice to see a company that believes in customer service! Thanks Dustin!

After being put through a horrible experience with another AC company, I was referred to Diamondback Air. They called me back pretty quickly to set up a time, but unfortunately missed the window and called me after. Pretty upset, but agreed to reschedule. I received a phone call from the owner John. He personally apologized and told me he would make sure that it wouldn't happen again.
Once Diamondback Air arrived at my home, they gave a 5 star experience. John personally arrived at the home to apologize once again, introduced me to his tech, gave very detailed overview, and informed me that his tech would finish up the job. I appreciate a company that takes ownership of their mis-haps, apologizes, and makes it right. I think John has done a great job of training his employees on professionalism, explaining details, respecting the homes of clients, and doing business the right way.
My AC unit went from being serviced every few weeks, to a more efficient unit, upgraded parts, and no more headaches. We have been happy with Diamondback Air thus far, and hope to refer them to others.

TECHNITION WAS A "NO SHOW" TWICE IN A ROW: I called Diamondback Air about balancing the air conditioning in my home, as their website advertises this as a specialty of theirs. I spoke with John the owner and we discussed at length the problems I was having cooling my master bedroom. At that time he gave me two scenarios as to the problem with my system and gave me a price quote for each.
The prices were on the high side, but it sounded like he knew what he was talking about so I scheduled a service call. When the scheduled time came and went with no sign of a technician or a phone call, I called the office to find that the person in charge of scheduling had no clue who I was or that I even had an appointment. I know sometimes mistakes happen, so I rescheduled.
I was assured by office manager Jerome that my technician would call 30 minutes before my appointment to let me know he was on his way. The appointment time again came and went with no phone call or any sign of a technician. I called the toll free number and spoke with John, the owner, who promised me that he would find out what happened and get back to me. Jerome soon called me back full of excuses, but what it boiled down to was that they again failed to schedule a technician to my job.
I gave him the opportunity to make it right by asking him if he was going to send someone out that day as this was the second time this happened, but he bluntly said "NO" and left me hanging on the line without saying anything else. I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional his conduct was. I again called John's phone and left a message asking him to make it right.
I also emailed John with the same request, but as of the this time I have not heard back from him. I was extremely let down, especially because we were anxious to get our system fixed before the weekend which was supposed to see temperatures of 104 degrees or more. This company obviously has a problem with scheduling, but don't just take my word for it, see the beginning of Joal Watson's review too.
I will never call this company again and would advise others to look elsewhere for their air conditioning needs unless they want to have the same frustrating experience I had.
