This company has provided the best service I've ever seen. I contacted Scott in the morning for info and pricing. He was up front and provided a great price for a new air conditioning system. Not only that but it was installed the same day! There were no hidden costs, His installer Todd was very experienced and the finished product was perfect in every way. American Cooling was the lowest of a dozen telephone bids for a great 5 ton Ruud HVAC installation. The service technicians were very friendly and courteous. We felt very comfortable having the technicians inside our home. The new unit works flawlessly, and the heat pump being used at this review blows warmer air than our replacement Trane unit. The company promptly fixes any problem that may arise, and are unbelievably generous and professional. In summary, they are by far the best air conditioning company I have experienced in my life.

Scott was awesome from the get go. Answered all my questions over the phone plus didn't upsell me. Told me there were things I didn't need. This guy knows his stuff. After our conversation he texted me the information that we had talked about. Obed came out the next day to see what he needed. Obed did the install the following week. Great job efficient and hard worker.

I have owned my house for 26 yrs and have had countless encounters with tradespeople. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend American Cooling and Heating. I needed to replace my heat pump. I got three bids. American Cooling and Heating in the form of Scot, the owner, won my business when he said, "You pay nothing until you are cool and happy." And he made sure I was. Scot did everything he promised and more, kept in touch several times a day on the day of the install, his crew was aces and went way beyond what I expected, even getting me the proper size filters from Home Depot at no charge. If you hire this company, you will not be sorry.

After dealing with two other A/C companies I was lucky to find American Cooling and Heating. (Thank God)! This company installed a new HVAC in less than two hours at my house. The person who installed it, (SHAWN), was amazing and highly professional. I can't say enough about him and also Scott who works inside their office. The price of the unit was one of the best I was quoted.
The warranty and labor agreement was fair. They provided a contract at the beginning with the price stated on it, and it was the ending price. (No hidden surprises). All and all I will be a forever customer. I can't say enough about this company.

Scot the owner was very informative, answered all my questions and did not try to up sale me, I believe him to be honest and trustworthy and would highly recommend him to anyone which were are doing already, his price was 6000.00 less then the company we had already put a 5000.00 dollar deposit down with. both my wife and I are thrilled with the whole package, he was able to do a same day install that took about 6 hours Todd the Technician had the same attributes as the owner and was very professional

I am SO glad I found this company. After a couple of dog and pony shows with sales people at other valley companies, it was so refreshing to talk to Scot and hear his honest recommendation and reasonable pricing for purchasing and installing a new A/C unit. Todd worked alone all day at my home and was very professional and thorough with the installation.
My new A/C unit has been working beautifully since with no issues whatsoever and it is so much quieter than my old unit. It is so refreshing to finally have peace of mind and I feel confident that I will be cool all summer long. I had a great experience to share about this AC company. We have used them in the past to fix a problem with AC water overflowing on the carpet. They fixed the problem and cleared the drain. Here is the biggie though. Our outside part of the A/C got hit by electrical surge from storm and was fried. They got us a new unit installed right away.

American cooling and heating just replaced my aging A/C unit. They were very knowledgeable in the replacing of my old unit, that required a process that other companies were wanting to over charge for. Al. Joe and Scot were very friendly and the customer service was outstanding. I'm a very customer service kind a person, If don't get good service I don't purchase.
