Can't ask for better service than this! Kyle Logan came to our house to perform my HVAC inspection. This is my 7th biannual visit having Kyle each time perform his very professional and knowledgeable inspection. He has always made us feel good since the first time he came here; just the way he talked to us; just darn friendly. I witnessed Kyle as he performed his inspection meticulouslyy explaining everything as he went along.

He has the perfect disposition for the job. He always respects the interior of our home by wearing shoe covers before entering. He left us with the feeling that his priority was to keeping us safe and our HVAC system efficient; very comforting and fairly priced. I had my bi-yearly inspection for my central air from Easy Air today. The technician was Kyle Logan.

Pure professional, trustworthy, truthful and friendly; these items make a great recipe for a sucessful service calls. Easy Air has several artisans that are on par with Kyle. Thanks for sending us one of your finest!

I get a new ac/heating unit. overcharge me 6000.00.the next day the unit went out call them back out they told me I need a new air duct? That's why the unit wasn't working. So I have to pay a enough quote 6000.00 for air ducts. I asked them why my old unit worked fine and the air duct was install with my old unit 11 years ago and why didn't they check the air ducts before installing a new unit.and I know now they never checked the air ducts causes they never went up under the house cause the door was still locked. Rob said the guys that worked for him was new and he will speak with them.

Move forward 1or 3 years later the power blowout on the unit had to paid out again to have it replaced now Rob told me my water heater needed to be replaced because it was leaking from the pressure valve on the outside of the house. Paid for it to be replaced and it still leaks he told me I had to call the water company about the water pressure to adjust it so the new water will not leak omg this company is a rip off.

I had this new water heater for 9 months not a year. And the pilot light will not stay on he has come by the house three times to try and fix it still not working. I had my old water heater for years all I need was a new pressure valve on it. I listen to this man and his company and everytime he comes out for something his company install I have to paid for it cause it not covered sick sick I'm sick

This company is the best. They came out right away to see what we needed. They found that the Duct system was done very poorly when our home was built. It never worked properly. They installed a whole new duct system and a new furnace & heat pump. Rob, Steven and Desmond were phenomenal. They worked very hard to get our system up and running. They even worked on a Saturday and a Sunday to make sure we had our A/C.

This was our first time using their services and they were absolutely AMAZING! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and honest during the entire process from scheduling an appointment to repairing my heater. Kyle Logan helped fix our heating system and he was nothing but great and transparent with us. I had a different company come in to check my system and the appointment was $39 whereas Easy Air + Heat + Plumbing offers free appointments.

On top of that, the other company told me I had to replace my whole heating system which would cost thousands but when Kyle came in he was honest and told me all I needed was to replace the igniter, which only cost me a few hundreds. I highly recommend this company to anyone and have already referred the rest of my family to use this company.

Our service tech Rob was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! We are very impressed with Rob and because of him we will continue to use Easy Air. He diagnosed our AC unit problem in a matter of minutes and had it up and working quickly. The service fees are reasonable and the response time is very quick. We decided to join the service club because the experience was so much better than we have had in the past with other companies. Great experience!
