We have used Baillos pretty much as our go to store for appliances. The selection is very good and the sales staff are very up front about what is in stock and how long it will be to get an item in. These days it's good to know that so you can plan ahead. We've worked with several sales personnel but I have to say Martha is by far the best they have on staff.
She is knowledgeable, bringing her own experience as an appliance user to the table. She really worked to understand our particular size challenge, eliminating all the machines that didn't fit our requirements so we weren't wasting time. She also facilitated the custom venting we needed and scheduled delivery. So, if you are at Baillos, ask for Martha!

Baillio's just installed new appliances in my house. Two of the machines had minor cosmetic defects which I was given the option to accept or exchange. I decided to keep them and, without asking, was given an extended warranty for free! Then, due to an unusual configuration in my laundry room, the standard 6 foot power cord was not long enough and Mr. Andy Weston, on his day off, went to a supply shop to get the right cable so the installation could proceed without further delay! I would also like to commend Iesha for her attention to detail and professionalism. Without doubt, I will be returning to Baillio's!

I have made several appliance purchases in the last year and without hesitation, I go to Baillio's to visit Ivan. He is helpful and very knowledgeable without pressure. I hadn't been to Baillio's in many years. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the showroom was, the products carried, and especially the great staff. I will definitely be sure to shop here when in the market for Home electronics and appliances. I didn't know that they also sold furniture! Looked like a nice selection.

I've had to purchase several large appliances over the past few years and I go back to Baillio's every time. Little Andy has been my sales representative every time I've gone in and he's great. He finds us what's in stock, walks us around, and give good information about the appliances. He is really knowledgeable and helpful. The showroom is laid out beautifully and there's a huge selection.
If you find the exact same item on sale somewhere else, they may even meet or beat the price. I also enjoyed shopping in their "bargain cave" it's a small room filled with discounted, one of a kind, or scratch and dent appliances. They have a good selection of mattresses, high end electronics, traeger grills, and furniture.

I ran into issues with my refrigerator a couple weeks ago. Last week they worsened and I decided to take matters into my own hands. From there, things got even worse - my refrigerator lost power completely. The damage was done, but I wasn't ready to let my appliance go.
