Well I never met the owner. Sold him a washer. They came out and picked it up. I also gave them a very used stove. We negotiated a price, I told him to just send me a check. We all know that saying, the check is in the Mail. Well, this owner is a great person who follows through with what she says. Thank you Sir

I went to buy a pellet stove. When I got home to install it, there was no control board. I called the owner. Long story short, he said he sold me a fully functional unit and would not refund me. As you can see on the first image (this is the post the owner put on Craiglist), this unit is supposed to have the control board on top, and it's gone. Supposedly he tested it before selling it to me. NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT A CONTROL UNIT.
I only noticed until I was going to install it and found the power cord striped; I figured it was as simple as getting a new power cord; when I opened the back panel, I found a bunch of loose wires inside. Pictures attached. Please go somewhere else. Don't lose your money in this business.

Nice place to get appliances. They even have a scratch and dent section where you can get brand new at slightly lower prices. Might have a little blemish, but a nice discount if you can live with that. Bought a brand new box freezer and got an amazing deal. I paid well under what it would have been anywhere else. I didn't homework first, and by purchasing from them I saved over 128.00

Purchased one and picked up one for someone else. Store is stocked with lots of appliances but pricing is a little high. And don't call a competitor just bashing you. I'm not. I had given you a 4 start but dropped it to a 2 because you are rude. I'm usually pretty easy to get along with and give better than average railings. And clean your store.

SCAM ALERT! We had requested service for a washing machine and they had us prepay $65. They didn't show up and when we called they said they couldn't find our house. Mind you, we live 1/2 mile from them with a well marked address on a busy street and noone has ever had an issue finding our house. We asked to cancel the service call since they could not find the house and for a refund. They said they don't do refunds, hung up on us and will not answer the phone when we call now.

My tenant in Abq. needed a stove. I am in CA. I called and purchased a self-cleaning stove over the phone for my tenant. When it was delivered my tenant sent me a photo of the dirty oven, but it was too late to refuse because my tenant accepted it. I called Joe to complain and he said to call again next week. The next day gas had built up in the kitchen.
I had to call my handyman to disconnect the stove and I had to purchase another. I called again for a refund and to take away the dirty broken stove. Joe refuses to pick it up and give me a refund. He also hung up on me and I was very civil on the phone. No reason to hang up on me. I have disputed the purchase with my bank. I will be suing for fraud. Update: I gave them several days to pick up the stove that nearly killed my tenant from the gas leak from the stove.
They refused. I took the stuff back to them and ask for a refund and although they told me if I brought it back they would refund my money once I got the stove there they refused to refund my money. They also have still not given me a receipt. I have tried calling a few times they hang up on me or let the call go to voicemail if they know it's me.

This is by far the very worst customer service i have ever had. I paid 70.00$ service charge and 305.00$ on parts they were paid in full and it was not even 3 days befor i stared to have the same issues.I called to explain that it is doing the same thing can they plz send someone back and look at it but he said take the washer to him,really are you kidding me.
He said he will not send his guy's out without paying for another 70.00$ service fee, he refused to help hung up on me and will not return call's he was extreamly rude very unprofessional and obviously they do not stand by their work!! Plz read all revews befor even thinking of hiring them, they do not even deserve one star all they had to do was come out and check it but refused. As a business owner he should be more than happy to try and rectify the issue but unfortunately I was burned of my hard earned money.

He sales nothing but a bunch of junk there and when you do buy something and it doesn’t work they don’t honor their warranty and have an attitude when you asked me to fix it I wouldn’t buy nothing else in there and don’t recommend anybody else to buy nothing from there either the owner and really rude

I purchased a dishwasher from central Appliance in August. The unit was not cleaning the dishes at all. My thoughts were this was due to not having an air-gap installed so I installed one as soon as I could. The unit still did not clean the dishes one bit. The unit was also leaking yellow gunk from the "jet dry" container. I took the unit back this month 12/18.
I was questioned as to what brand of both detergent and jet dry solution I was using. Richard, the repair man had me feeling as though I had broken the unit. I left the unit for repair, was called and told they would have to replace it because it needed "too much work". I picked up the replacement, hooked it up and it works just as poorly as the first.
Also there is the same yellow gunk in the jet dry container. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will take my loss and purchase a dishwasher from a more reputable appliance store.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They sell broken appliances and then make no effort to provide any customer service. I purchased a washer and dryer on Saturday, paid for delivery, received Monday. Today is Wednesday. The washer seems to work well but the dryer is not working--I suspect a definite problem with the thermal fuse and a possible thermostat issue.
I called for repair Wednesday and I was told that this company would not send out a repair person. I live literally around the corner, a 5 minute drive away. They told me they would schedule a pick up for an additional $65 even though I believe that this appliance was absolutely delivered broken. Repair parts are probably $20. I went to the store and talked to Joe Castillo, the owner, to fix the problem.
I found him to be incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, hostile, and completely unwilling to acknowledge that his company made any mistake at all. I asked Joe to refund my money and come pick up his appliances. Joe told me I must have just gotten a better deal and now I must want my money back. I told him all I wanted was a working dryer delivered to me.
He reluctantly agreed to send a repair person to my house to look at the appliance. The repair person confirmed the dryer was broken. Joe then called me to say I was required to deliver the appliance to his store to have it repaired. He hung up the phone before I could even respond. The remedy I desire is a full refund including pickup of the defective equipment.
The store flat out refuses to issue a refund, even for defective equipment sold not even 48 hours ago. Why would I want to keep these appliances when they were delivered broken and the owner has no respect for his customers?

I purchased a stove, washer, dryer and a refrigerator from Central appliance. 6 years later I have not had any issues with the washer, dryer and stove. Last week I pulled out my refrigerator to paint, and I guess I messed up the water line and water was leaking out of the bottom of the refrigerator.
