They sent an LG certified tech to work on a warranty issue for our refrigerator and charged $120 but did not know what was wrong. An actual LG tech fixed it in 1.5 hours and stated that they possibly wanted to charge us out more $$ for a fix that was warranty work. LG said they have a habit of not doing the work correctly.

My dryer was making a horrible screeching noice. I had another business come out twice for a diagnostic. They did nothing. I called Sarah's, and played a recording of the screech, the possible problem was diagnosed. Thomas came out took apart the dryer and showed me the problem. Our washer started breaking down and we had another company come and repair it before we found Brad and he honestly told us how the prior repair person essentially almost ruined our washer with his lack of honesty and professional service. I called them to repair a washer. They came and take look. They told me the washer sensor and wires MAY be broken. It will cost like $600 to repair if I want to repair the washer. One day after, they call me and told me that it would cost 4-6 weeks to order parts, And the parts may not be 100% compatible with my washing machine. The cost of time and money exceeds the washing machine itself.

I spent about 120 dollars to find out what happened to the washing machine. Everything seems reasonable. But when I searched in Sear Part Direct(I bought my washer from Sear), I found the wire and sensor, and 5 business days delivery. Everything becomes incomprehensible. When I asked them for an estimate, I didn't get any back so far.

Daniel did a great job on diagnosing and repairing broken microwave in my oven/ microwave combo wall unit. He was prompt, communicated well about the problem and kept in touch about when replacement parts arrived. He was very good at leaving area where he worked in kitchen neat and clean. Call to have them fix our oven and icemaker that both were on the fritz came out and looked at both oven was fixed the same day had to order more parts for the freezer after it was repaired ran into a couple issues with it but every time there was something wrong we called and they came out promptly and efficiently to fix it to make sure we were fully satisfied the job might not have been done perfectly the first time but they took responsibility and accountability for all of their workmanship To make sure the job was done correctly and we were happy with the repairs in the appliances worked correctly would recommend them to anybody that doesn't want to just go out and buy a brand new appliance.

Professional and knowledgeable service from day one. The entire experience was hassle free, and I was kept informed as to the progress of the purchase of parts (delayed slightly due to their supplier - over which they had no control). The only thing that was disappointing was how long it took to get an appointment. It was almost two weeks before a technician could come to our house. However, they were very good on the phone and were as helpful as possible. Jason gave me an arrival window that gave me time to get home. He was there right after I was. Great experience! The woman who helped me book the appointment was friendly and helpful. On the day of the appointment, the technician called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived right on time and was professional, courteous, and efficient. I was getting a problem with our dishwasher diagnosed first, before deciding on repairs.

He clearly explained what was wrong and was honest about the cost to repair versus the value of the dishwasher. Everyone at this company was extremely professional and helpful, and they were very up-front and reliable with services, price, etc. I will definitely use this company again in the future for any appliance repair needs!

Well, So much for their "We offer a satisfaction and money back guarantee." Granted, this was supposed to be a repair farmed out by Lowe's Extended Warranty which is bought and "backed" by Assurant, Inc. Initial call for service was 5/1/20. tomorrow is their second "service" call and third time to my home to attempt to repair my LG refrigerator. Maybe if it works this time I might change my rating.

After experiencing a problem with my 10-year-old washing machine, LG provided two choices of local appliance repair shops. I looked up both companies to check their hours of operation (Sarah's was open until 7 PM; the other place closed at 5 PM) and also checked their Google Reviews (Sarah's had a 4.8 rating out of 185 reviews compared to the other company with less than 30 reviews that were not quite as high).

Because of these reasons, Sarah's Appliance Repair was the obvious choice. Not only was I able to call the day my washing machine failed, but I was able to get a repair appointment the following day! They sent out a tech named Parker who was communicative and easy to work with. He was able to change out the drainage pump that day to get us back up and running (in less than 24 hours since it broke). I highly recommend their services!

Our ice maker was not working. Sarah's charged us $800.00. They did not fix our refrigerator, the ice maker is still not working. Caused a leak in the line. Took a month for a valve. They are not trust worthy. Do not hire this company. They charged me 800.00 and did not fix my refrigerator.

Great customer service, Sarah even offered advice on how to prolong my oven and washer.

I was disappointed that the legendary Sarah would not be doing my repair herself, but working with Daniel turned out to be a wonderful experience. I had worked with the ladies in the office to identify and locate the part needed for my repair, so Daniel knew ahead of his arrival just what I needed done and he had the unusual part with him when he arrived, on time and ready to work.
