I highly recommend Bob's Appliance. My husband and I purchased a stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer all at a great price. The level of customer service provided was exceptional. These were the first appliances we had purchased, and we were personally walked through all of the features of the various appliances available so that we could make the best decision for our needs.

I'm an apartment owner with several units. My maintenance man of thirty years found a stove for one of my units and I paid for the purchase by phone. The sales woman overcharged me and when my man brought it to her attention she became abusive.

We bought a refrigerator in September for $400, paid for the 9 month warranty for another $40. It stopped working within 3 weeks. They sent a guy out 8 days after calling them about it.

Replaced an oven they put in. Now have a gas leak and they're closed so we can't have them fix it. It's an appliance issue, not a gas issue, so getting it turned off wouldn't be cost effective either.

Had them order a part for me, then went back to cancel my order (within 2 hours of placing it) as I found the part in stock at a competitor for 4 times less. I was told no refunds on parts by a rather rude middle aged man.

Not sure what's going on with this company yet, but I can tell you this, I called to see about having an ignitor replaced on a stove in my home which I'm renting out. Well, they told me the charge would be $49 to look at it, and they would call me back with an estimate.
