10 Stars-First I have to say that I needed a new hot water heater ASAP b/c mine got destroyed in the flood. My old was located in a very tight location. I had called 5+ different folks, everyone that came out said that my current one could not be taken out and there is nothing they can do. It was the same story with 5 different people even with the folks that installed my furnace just 9 months ago.

I have been without hot water for more than a week. I googled hot water heater and JLH showed up in the list. I had called the 2 before them and no one answered. I am glad they did not answer because I got JLH instead. They are truly amazing. They came out the same day on a Saturday to check out my current situation. They said they will try to get the old one out and installed a new one in a different location which would be for easy access.

They came out on a Wednesday, got the old one out, installed a new hot water heater in a new more convenient location and all in great timing. I honestly would not go anywhere else ever, nor will I even try. I highly recommend them. Very professional, very clean and just amazing people. Don't bother with anyone else go with them.

Our air went out and JLH and their crew came out same day. They were professional, explained to us what happened and why and where very through. Will be using them again.

We are pleased with the work done by JLH on our home. Dave was quick to respond to questions I had, both before and after the job, and his pricing was fair. Dave and his crew replaced our entire aging HVAC system, they were well organized and left the work area clean when they finished. I highly recommend using them for any heating and cooling work you need done.

We made an appointment for Saturday at 11 am. They arrived 1/2 hour early. They did a thorough maintenance of heating and air conditioning and top off. Also, informed us that we needed a liner in our chimney. He pointed out the neighbors that had them and what we needed and why. Our neighbors received air conditioning maintenance and top off and they said they were very relieved to have the work done. The price was very reasonable but the best part was knowing that we had an honest professional.

We scheduled 3 times during 2 weeks They never showed, Dave didn't answer to over 100 calls during these days and didn't get back to any messages or email. And after over 10 days he said- I can't take this Job, Don't waste your time.

Dave had been out to my home years ago to service my furnace and I remember how well his work was back then so naturally I called him when I needed a new central air unit. He came the very next day, along with his son and installed it in one day. Quality work, well informed, couldn't be happier!

I scheduled a consultation last Tuesday. They were scheduled to come on Thursday. The consultation went will and we scheduled for a new furnace for the following Monday. Well our furnace went out the day after the consultation on Friday. We called JLH and they came to our rescue immediately, and made sure that we had heat that day. Which I'm so grateful for because I have two small children. David Lee the CEO was very professional and a man of his word.

Also the guy that he had working beside him was also very professional. My family is very pleased with all of the work completed. The guys did a fantastic job! Everything look wonderful! I will be recommending this wonderful Black Owned Business to everyone. Very Professional! Very Reasonable! We will be rocking with this business forever!

JLH did a fantastic job with installing a water heater in my home. I noticed water pooling around my old water heater around 10pm, called JLH, and they were able to make it out early the next afternoon to replace it. Not only did they do an excellent job with the installation, they also kept in communication, were friendly and helpful, and made sure I could check everything out and ask questions. The water heater they installed is excellent quality, and the price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

My furnace went out on a cold snowy Saturday. JLH answered right away, came out quickly, and fixed my igniter and thermostat. I highly recommend them. Professional, courteous, and reasonably priced.

Our family has had JLH install 3 sets of furnaces & A/C. You can't find a better price nor better service & expert installation. In fact, Dave even installed a hot water tank for my ederly uncle on a Sunday!

I would highly recommend JLH for any of your HVAC issues. I'm very satisfied with the job done, but I'm more. impressed with the customer service that I felt compelled to write a review. I got my furnace replaced for a fair price. Dave ran into an issue that could have affected how my furnace ran and without extra costs he corrected that too. Him and his partner worked diligently to ensure everything was properly installed and they took the time to clean up afterwards.

The installation took longer than originally projected, due to the other issues, but Dave took the time to educate me on the required maintenance of my furnace and how to operate the new thermostat. I can go on and on about the great service. Forever a customer, Ashley.

This is by far the best heating and air conditioning company in the Metro Detroit Area. The contractors were extremely friendly and very skilled at what they do. If you're looking for any HVAC work for your home or business, I'd advise you to call JLH.
