I had my new furnace installed on January 22, 2029. I watched them remove my 70 year old furnace and replace it with the new one. They did a great job and everything is working. I highly recommend them.

The service has been prompt and professional, the pricing competitive, the quality of the work excellent and they recommend what I need rather than what might be more profitable for them. Today for example, they walked me through a number of items to check before setting up a service call so I could avoid an unnecessary expense. I recommend them highly.

I had excellent service last week when my furnace module went out. United scheduled a service call ASAP, diagnosed and ordered the correct item. I installed the module and when I had questions United was on the phone to help me through until the end. Nice work and thank you United!

United heating is a very consistent company. They did their job and more in my new home. I read the negative feedback online. But don't let those comments frighten you though. As living proof, they are an awesome company

Stay away from these clowns who can't be trusted. I quoted several contractors for a furnace. United was twice the price of all of them for the same model furnace. They were late and sloppy when they came out.

This company is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. I had an air conditioning system installed and one month after the labor warranty expired, they said I needed a new motor. I would be responsible for the $1000+ labor. This was two months after they installed a water heater that we have had nothing but problems with and that United has been reluctant to make timely service calls to fix.

They can't seem to get it right after three long wait time visits. Regarding the air conditioning, it sounded fishy so I contacted another contractor who came out (quickly, unlike United) and said the motor was fine and did not need replacement. The system had to be reset and it worked just fine. Why couldn't United diagnose this? Never again. The United staff and technicians are out for themselves and liars.

I had a technician come out to diagnose an issue with my water heater and instead of diagnosing the correct issue (a reset button needed to be pressed) he recommend two more expensive, unnecessary repairs.

they are the most honest and reliable company...If I need them, they are right there!! You can trust their comments regarding your HVAC. Have recommended them to many people who have never been disappointed.
