Caccia Plumbing

I have been using Caccia Plumbing since I first moved to Hillsborough. It's the best thing I did for the health of my home. They have helped maintain the integrity and charm of the plumbing fixtures while making sure we did the upgrades needed to maintain a comfortable dwelling. We had a gas leak in our home and needed a plumber ASAP to help resolve. A few plumbers came out to help troubleshoot. Not only did Caccia have the best quote, the team that helped us were very knowledgeable and professional. Joe S. helped diagnose the issue, and a couple days later Jeff C. and Seth came out to install the heat pump electric water heater. Jeff and Seth were very patient with all of our questions, and adhered to all safety protocols. We will definitely use Caccia again for any future plumbing needs (hopefully not for awhile!)

Joseph was exceptional -- on time, courteous, professional and patient. We have a challenging plumbing issue in that our plumbing pipes are intermittently making strange noises. Joseph spent a considerable amount of time trying to diagnose the origin and identify the issue. We will definitely use Caccia when we move forward with repairs!

Technician Ed and Technician Morgan did a fantastic job replacing and upgrading our water heater and associated plumbing. They were on time, very professional, friendly, protected everything (our wood floors), cleaned up everything, and kept us in the loop on the timing of the installation. They went out of their way to let us know when the water and gas were being turned off, and then confirmed when they had things back up and running. Ed took the time to walk me through how the system works - and went out of his way to be nice to my dogs! Caccia is always our go-to plumber. They show up when they promise, do consistently great work, and are always professional.

We have used Caccia a number of times over the years. Their work has always been perfect. Their latest work was done by Technician Joe S. and Teddy F. They each worked on a different project on separate days. They were both on time and were professional and they provided exactly what we needed. Their Covid protections were complete and were maintained correctly. When they left everything was clean and neat. We will continue to call them anytime we need any plumbing done.

Ed, Jeff & Jeff from Caccia Plumbing replaced our water heater when our previous one stopped working. They were quick to send out someone to take a look, and he came up with a comprehensive and detailed quote to replace the water heater, and to rework much of the related plumbing (since our previous water heater was a discontinued model that had an integrated heat exchanger for radiant heating).

They identified several aspects of our previous installation that were not up to code (and inappropriate) and fixed them all. Our hot water service and radiant heat work SO much better now!

Ed, Jeff & Jeff did excellent work, and were very responsive to questions and issues that came up. They also gave me a 15 minute tour of my new plumbing so I could understand all they did. I paid $$$ for this excellent quality of service, and the peace of mind that Caccia Plumbing stands by their work. But to me it was worth it.

Ofa was amazing. He fully explained each of his recommendations and told us not only why he was making the rec, but also what we might encounter if we moved forward or if we didn't. It never felt like a hard sell, just friendly and helpful. Please note that we've called on Caccia often since moving to San Mateo in 2010. We've never regretted that choice!

Anthony and Geno usually come to my plumbing rescue! However, this last time it was Dennis! He was great and he did a fabulous job at diagnosing and doing the repair effectively and efficiently.

They were excellent, on time and very neat. They gave a very detailed estimate with what they were going to do which was very nice. I am calling them back for another project.

Moe fixed a number of small plumbing jobs around the house. He worked efficiently and professionally. In addition, he had a number of small parts in his truck, which allowed him to make small fixes in the moment, rather than running to the hardware store, something that would take me weeks to find time to do! All of our plumbing jobs have been resolved.

Prompt, efficient service to unclog shower! Ofa and his helper were efficient and friendly. We have had the same quality service the past few times James Caccia Plumbing has serviced our house.

Hugo P. and crew (Christian and Rene) from Caccia Plumbing came out and replaced our broken sewer line. They did a great job, and our down-time was minimal. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone at any time.

I am so happy Ofa was able to replace the cartridge in my 10 year old Blanco Milano kitchen faucet! It is a high quality faucet and Blanco guarantees their products for life (they sent me all replacement parts for free, no questions asked) and Ofa has now given my favorite faucet a new lease on life!

We needed a new tankless water heater installed. Caccia Plumbing did an excellent job. They arrived right on time, finished early, and cleaned up the mess afterward. Thanks especially to Jimmy and John--pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.

We had a back-up problem in the shower last night. We called Caccia Plumbing, who sent Carlos out to do the plumbing. Carlos explained that there might be one or two things he might have to do to resolve the back-up.

Used this company for replacement of a water heater at my home. Today, used them for a rental project. They were timely, efficient and worth every penny. Customer Service is so important these days and this company does it right!

Caccia Plumbing came highly recommended by others in our town and they certainly did not disappoint! We had a sewer line backup that required two visits. Denver came quickly and cleared out the problem and then Rubin came out with the camera to inspect the line all the way to the city line.

Nate did a very good job for us this morning. He was very polite, thorough and explained what the problem was and what's he's going to do. He showed what he has installed and tested the results. I'm very satisfied as always with Cassia's service and won't hesitate to recommend it to friends and families.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Ofa today as he repaired the drain in my bathroom sink. He gave me an estimate, explained what the job entailed, made the repairs and then explained fully what he had done.

Angelo from Caccia repaired a gas line leak under our house today. He was very knowledgeable, personable and took the time to explain our plumbing needs as well as other observations about our home.

I found Caccia plumber Ofa V very informative on the nature of the needed work and pricing. All terms were clear when work began. After the work was done he made sure that the water lines for the washing machine and adjacent utility tub were clear.

The Caccia's were recommended to me by my contractor. They replaced all the old water pipes in my house, installed a tankless hot water heater and installed all the new plumbing fixtures in my bathroom remodel. Everyone at JC Plumbing was very friendly and very professional. They provided detailed quotes prior to their services and they were very responsive to all my questions.
