We have had Bullseye's plumbers work on our home over the last 9 years. They have always been professional, reliable, and their work is quality. We were very pleased with the punctuality, scheduling, and work with Bullseye! Very friendly personable staff who are willing to work with you + for you! Our technician was a prior Army signal guy (I can't remember his name), but great guy who thoroughly explained everything to me in a way that I understand. The lingo + jargon that go along with plumbing is definitely foreign territory and I now feel as though I can properly explain everything to my husband (ha), because he did such a great job! Now, on to the second part.

While the work was great + the technician knowledgeable, the price was obscene. I initially thought maybe parts since everything is more expensive right now. When I sent the quote to my husband he was alarmed and said parts aren't that high + so thus we assumed it was labor. When I called to inquire about it so I could better explain it to my husband, was informed they have a system that calculates cost per job.

I can understand that since different jobs require different amounts of effort + time. What I can't understand is the $300 aprx for labor. The technician clocked 12:05 to about 1:45( per the lady), so that's about $150 an hour. That's insane + not truly serving the community, it seems a bit steep. I get business costs, but $300 for labor for what we had done is downright crazy y'all!

So while the work was performed well and from a technician that was personable and explained things well, I would advise you to explore other price friendly options that would still offer the same level of quality. Still kind of shocked at that price, once we examined the breakdown!

Bullseye helped with a project where I moved my washer/dryer to another space to create a mud room. They ran water lines to the new location and installed a dryer vent. I had other plumbers tell me it probably couldn't be done but Bullseye made it happen! All the people involved were just great: professional, reliable and great work. Very happy with the results and now they are helping redo the master bath.

I waited less than 24 hours for a quote to have my gas pipe that feeds my stove moved. Corey came out, quoted it and fixed it right on the spot and was super nice. I feel like they were very reasonably priced and I will go to them before anyone else.

This company has morals as well as values. They honor their customers and treats you with respect and dignity. There are no shortcuts or any other sales they try to push on you. The repairman that came out, Roger, personifies good character and is a great example of service. This is someone who I would recommend to anyone if they want to get the job done and values integrity. Other services I have dealt with doesn't compare to BullsEye Plumbing and I wish I would have known about them before.

Installation of the disposal went smoothly. The technicians explained the work thoroughly & answered all questions. The faucet repair didn't work out, as it appears a new assembly is needed, but still a good effort at trying out all other possibilities. Otherwise, the shower head check-out and resealing went well. This team is top-tier.

After trying another local plumber multiple times without any success in call backs etc, I contacted Bullseye. They responded within 24 hours and went above and beyond expectations. Bobby came to fix my toilet but he couldn't find anything wrong with it. He scoped it and tried to clog it but it kept working (of course it did -- always works when the repair person is there :). He was nice, professional, honest and did a nice job. I will definitely call again if I have any further problems and I recommend Bulls Eye Plumbing.

The woman I spoke to at the main office was friendly and helpful. The plumber who came out to the house was the best I've worked with. Very courteous, informing, knowledgeable, and a very fast worker. He went above and beyond, educating me on a number of items in our home. I'll be going back to ask for John Brown when I return for a new Water heater in the coming months!

Ken Bidinger and his guys were great! We had a flood in our front yard (busted irrigation pipe) so we had to turn off our water source. It's really inconvenient living w/o incoming H2O, so we needed a good plumber stat. We found Ken on Yelp and gave him a call - the timing worked out perfectly because he was able to send someone out right away and start working.

I hadn't had plumbing work done on my house in awhile as I couldn't find anyone good and affordable. Now I have. I had a few minor issues and one unknown larger issue. Ken Bidinger assessed and proposed a resolution to the under the house leakage right away. He drew a diagram, explained the procedure and pricing, and took care of the problem quickly.

Let me start by saying that Ken Bidinger is a great guy and a really great plumber. He is neat and clean and arrives on time and leaves everything exactly the way he found it. And his prices are very competitive! I am a lifelong San Franciscan and have lived in SF all of my 60 years.

As a owner of a older home, Ken Bidinger - owner of Bullseye Plumbing, helped us replace the pipe that connects with the city sewer system. The pricing was affordable and the service was completed on time and on budget. It was an unexpected expense for our family but Ken made the process much easier to accept. Needed help with a leak in the bathroom, Ken came as he promised, on time.
