Ryan came out to the house and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He showed me exactly what went wrong with my old system. Gave me some options on what could be done. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. The ladies that answer the phones/dispatch/schedule/etc also couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Very accommodating.

I wasn't home when the installation crew came out (my wife was) but she was happy with them. They did the job within the estimated time given. Maybe even a little less. I waited a little while to give this review so I could see how well the new AC worked, if they would do a follow up, etc. So now that it's been installed for almost two weeks I would say job well done by a great company. If you have any HVAC issues I would highly recommend reaching out to Quality Comfort Home Services. Plus, it's always nice to support local, independent businesses.

-booking was easy for our duct cleaning, although it was a 1 month wait, I figured it would be worth it with 4.9/5 stars on Google. I was told to expect the job to take 6-7 hours for 2400ish sq ft job -customer service reps and technicians were all polite -1 technician arrived on time in an unmarked box truck. -I voiced some concerns about the cleaning process.

The technician (first week on his own, apparently) seemed to need pointers on obvious debris. He was unable to complete the dryer vent. -Quality Comfort sent a second technician out the following week to check the work and complete the dryer vent. The second technician was able to clean the dryer vent and did some additional vacuuming in the ducts at the main supply and return, resealed the holes in the HVAC supply and return, sanitized main supply and return. -There was damage to the drywall while removing the vent covers which Quality Comfort reports it happens sometimes when paint is stuck to the cover.

In hindsight, I would have removed the covers myself. Pics attached for inquiring minds. -photos of 5 separate vent covers/floor grates attached, these are photos from AFTER both appointments/ cleaning. I haven't checked all of the vent covers/registers. -Quality comfort did complete the dryer vent for no charge and still allowed us to use a $50 coupon on the ducts. -for my fellow consumers, NADCA is apparently the authority on duct cleaning and has some resources for consumers at NADCA.com Overall disappointing but 2 stars for polite employees and the effort.

They responded in short notice to a potential gas leak in my furnace and worked with my hectic schedule. The technician, Jason was informative and helpful. He identified the problem (not a gas leak as I thought) quickly and put my mind at ease. Overall, a very professional and positive experience. Not expensive either.

Quality Comfort Home Services is a great company that is very responsive and provides amazing customer service communication. The tech that came to my home was very informative, friendly and took precautions to keep my home clean as he performed the service. Their pricing is fair and a great value. I would certainly recommend them as I plan to use them again for future services.

Joshua Howell came out and helped unclog our kitchen sink. He was excellent! He was professional, very knowledgeable, and gave great tips on how to prevent clogged sinks in the future. I am very, very happy with his work (and Quality Comfort Home Services). Their prices were also very fair and reasonable. I will be using them again (and requesting him) in the future.

Absolutely amazing service. They got me scheduled and someone out to auger the main drain for my home as soon as possible. The tech was super nice, really knew what he was doing, explained what he was doing and what the issue was. I definitely recommend them.

We contacted Quality Comfort Home Services to schedule a plumbing repair and a duct cleaning based on the positive Google reviews. After speaking with Kiara and working with Joshua H. for plumbing, we can see why the reviews are so great. Kiara was so friendly and helpful when scheduling our appointments. She even called on the morning of our appointment to let us know someone else canceled and gave us the option to move our plumbing appointment time from the afternoon to the morning instead.

We had Joshua H. come out for our diagnostic and he was fantastic. Super friendly and easy to talk to. He was very thorough in what he was doing and talking through what he was seeing and gave best recommendations on our not so good situation. We really appreciated his transparency and just trying to find ways to help us to the best of his abilities.

We really look forward to having him come back out to finish the job! After having such a positive experience so far, we're looking forward to our scheduled duct cleaning as well. Highly recommend using Quality Comfort Home Services and would highly recommend Joshua H. as your plumbing go to!

Kenneth was the representative that came to our house to clean the air ducts and he was AWESOME. He was professional, on time, polite and efficient with the work that we asked for. He even put on shoe coverings before he came in our house (not necessary to us, but that was appreciated) and he had a mask on as well. He was ready to get the job started. Kenneth took time to walk though the house with me and explained what he was going to accomplish.

I even interrupted his work, so I could make my payment, because I had a work meeting to attend that would overlap when he would be finished. He also gave me some tips on keeping our HVAC system clean in the future as well. All around it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this company and representative. Had a dryer vent installed in my basement. Easy to schedule and great communication throughout the entire process of quoting and actual install. Installers were professional and kept me very informed with what they were doing. Didn't take long. They also caught and fixed a minor gas leak for me which I was unbelievably thankful for! Would use their services again and highly recommend.

We just used Quality Comfort last weekend when our heater was erroring out and cold air was coming out the vents on the coldest day yet this winter. Our technician, Jason, came and was above and beyond professional, friendly, and helpful. He explained everything in detail and got us up and running perfectly in no time. He even diagnosed PVC leaks near the heater and instructed me on how I could fix it myself for little cost instead of spending a lot having him or someone else do it.

He came back Wednesday for maintenance as we signed up for the 1 year during his first visit. After he was done, we upgraded to the 3 year. He also checked for the PVC leaks to be sure I got it set. Definitely the company to trust with your HVAC. He even helped me understand and explore many cool features my thermostat has that I didn't know of all this time! I feel my home is much more taken care of with Quality Comfort and especially our technician Jason on the job.

Comfort did a amazing job installing a new furnace and air conditioning units. Our heat went out in a 20 degree week and they were able to take care of us ASAP. Clean up was great! I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan O personally a few years ago when he came out to give me an estimate on installing 2 new HVAC systems, ducts and thermostats in my mixed-use building. Ryan was especially helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The rates that he quoted were super competitive and most affordable for the quality of the units installed.

Even after the installation, Quality Comfort continues to be responsible, ; professional and reasonably priced with regard to service calls. I recommend both Ryan and the company for all heating and cooling needs!

Just moved into our home and wanted to get the vents cleaned. Ken was extremely professional and knowledgeable, careful in the home, wore shoe covers, and worked efficiently. He also noted some missing duct work which we had suspected and took a photo for us. I feel better already knowing our air will be cleaner and free of dry wall dust and construction particles. Our furnace died at 6pm on Saturday night. I called 5 HVAC companies and they were the only ones that even attempted to come out. Others were "all booked up for emergency services" or required me to be in their "maintenance club" or something in order to come. Quality Comfort sent Josh out and he was great. Super friendly and worked quickly to fix our furnace. He also did not try to oversell me on a maintenance plan. Will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

They are simply the most professional HVAC company Ive ever used. I used to just call "someone I knew", but their prices are so reasonable, and they really know what they're doing. They didn't charge me just to "come out" like most companies, everyone who answers the phone is super nice and I just love working with them. They even sent a text with a picture of the person coming. The tech who came out was great too. Definitely a pleasure.

This company has been amazing to work with. We had a new HVAC system installed by Quality Comfort a few months back. They came out yesterday to check the system and make sure everything was in good working order. The techs that came for the install and the maintenance tune up were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are big enough to get you into their schedule fast but not so big that you'll never see the same tech twice. I highly recommend this company.

We were recommended to Quality Comfort Home Services by the person who came to sweep & inspect our chimney. I couldn't be more grateful for the recommendation! Ryan came out the day after we called to provide an estimate for the installation of a gas line for a new gas fireplace (we are set up for wood burning). He showed up on time and was very professional and great to work with!

While he was here, we also asked for an estimate to fix an outdoor faucet that was leaking. The gas line installers were able to come two days later and they also showed up on time and did an excellent job. I wish they would have double checked before installing the connector for the gas grill. I wasn't where we discussed it being placed and it's in a somewhat inconvenient spot but we can work around it.

That being said, the installers were very professional and enjoyable to work with while they were here. It took a about a week and a half until the plumber could show up and he too was prompt, professional, friendly and enjoyable to work with. And our leaky faucet is now fixed. I was a little taken aback by a "service call charge" that was not included on the initial estimate for the service.

With the exception of the two minor nitpicks, working with Quality Comfort Home Services has by far been one of the easiest and satisfactory experiences we've had working with a service company in recent memory.

Jason from Quality Comfort Home Services came to our house and service both of our AC units. He was courteous and took the time to explain everything he was doing and to give us advice on what we needed to do in the future to keep our AC running well. We signed up for their Total Care Club so they can come out to service our heating in the fall. I strongly recommend their service to others.

Fantastic service! We discovered our dryer duct needed cleaning after our new dryer kept giving an error code for air flow. Ken was able to come out the next day; did a thorough job with a pleasant attitude and good conversation.

$150 later my toilet still has the same problem but now the bowl is scratched up. Avoid these guys. The problem I have the most is that the $50 fee that they charge for a technician to come out and assess is for nothing. They have no tools no tactics to diagnose an issue. Just "lets try it and bill you" Edit: they refunded the service after i contacted them. They didnt make me jump through hoop for it either.

First, this review does not apply to the five start service technician came to my house to fix the initial installation issues; they are for the companies' office manager and the installation lead. I'll save you the read and cut to the chase. If everything goes well, you are good to go. If something goes wrong, is done wrong, or you are unhappy with something, they will kick you to the curb and say they don't want to do business with you any longer.

As crazy as it sounds, that is what happened to me. I only wanted what I paid for, nothing more. I am very unhappy with the way the office treated me. I highly recommend finding a place that will stand behind and correct their mistakes without blaming the customer. The reply below does not address that I have still paid for something that was never completed, simply hooking my humidifier up to the Nest thermostat.

While I appreciate the professionalism in the reply, you can read into it and see how because it took a few times to get right, or rather put it back almost the way it was, they decided to give up and put the blame on me.

I am so happy with these guys! not only was the price very fair, but Dana who handles the office is so kind and knowledgeable. They really did a great job cleaning and servicing my furnace. I got a report afterwards and suggestions on what I might want to do to really get the system up to par. No pressure trying to sell me the farm. Im so glad I went with them. you can trust that they'll do good honest work.

So, I'm writing this review just as a heads up to anyone else in Northern Kentucky who might be scrolling through Yelp looking for HVAC companies to hire. I'm sure these guys are great, but only if you are in Ohio.

After not having a/c for two days, we were relieved to have Quality Comfort come out & fix our unit. Our technician, Ryan, found the issue rather quickly and took less than an hour. He did a great job fixing our unit and he was very knowledgeable. We're newer homeowners and if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have discovered our furnace has a top of the line filter that we never use.

We didn't know what it was when we bought the house, so left it aside on the furnace and when he checked on it during his visit, that's when he saw it and told me about it. We're glad to have found a great, local place to take care of our heating & cooling from now on. I highly recommend them!

Really had a great experience never used these guys before will use again. Cory was professional and courteous and I really enjoyed dealing with him.

I've dealt with Ryan and Josh on multiple occasions and had had nothing but positive experiences. My most recent experience was having two heaters extracted from my commercial space. The quote seemed fair, the work was performed when scheduled, and the area was clean when they left. I expect to have them install new units sometime in '16.

After several HVAC companies, we finally found a keeper. Not just fair and honest, but they take the time to so thoroughly check absolutely everything. (example: code came up as faulty gas switch. Over $600 just for the part. Josh took over an hour and 1/2 to run diagnostics and check every little part and wire to see if there was an alternative to buying a whole new switch. Turned out there was, and it was over $500 less.

Any one else could've just run the code and been done with it.) And, I appreciate how he walked me through and explained what each part is, what the function is, how one relays to the other, etc. This is the 2nd time I've called them out, 1st was for AC last year, and same thing - honest and reliable service. They are so respectful of the fact that money is tight for some people - you want to know where it's going, and you want to save as much as you can. I would never call anyone else.

Three months after moving into our new home our air condition went out. It was the middle of July and 90+ degrees. A family member of ours referred us to Ryan and gave him a great review. He was quick to get back to us and came to the house that day, which we greatly appreciated because of how hot it was in our house.
