Service was fast (same day as my call). Daniel and Ryan arrived as scheduled, were professional, and fixed my problem with a toilet back-up, partial component rebuild, a slow drain in the kitchen sink, and even addressed a wish-list item on the spot. They installed an additional water spigot (hose bib) on the southern end of the house. I like the name HERO Services as they were certainly my heroes today! I'm happy to support a business employing veterans. The pricing was reasonable and I am going to stay with them for future plumbing, electrical, or HVAC needs.

I called Knoxville Plumbling for a pipe I thought I had leaking they sent out Doug K. very courteous and knowledgeable pipe was not leaking just sweating from the hot weather he also looked at our Valve Pressure Regulator it was old and rusted he replaced it for us and was finished in 30 minutes also checked our toliets out for leaks no leaks there.
