After 2 weeks waiting on my appointment the day finally arrived. The plumber and I walked the house and he identified the issues which it is not a lot. I asked him the start the day, he replied 2 to 3 more weeks we are booked. I belive the job was too small for them. On top of that I got charge $95 for 30 minutes consultation. I total wasted of two weeks of my time and I could find someone available and ready to tackle the job.

I own I construction business when I speak to my customers I let them know the waiting time on any job. They have a choice to wait or find someone else. Making $95 for every visit just to say we are booked is very profitable business.

I highly recommend Scott's plumbing. They came out to my house of which I thought they were just looking at what I needed to get done. They ran out to get some items needed for the job and finished it same day. The cost blew my mind. They are so honest and so reasonable. Quality, professional? A++You will not get any better than this company. I will always use them. They are qualified and know plumbing.

After receiving a MAJOR sales pitch and an astronomical quote for the same service (from a large and well-known Heating, Electrical, and Plumbing company), I asked colleagues for some of their own reliable and affordable plumbing success companies. Scott's Plumbing came highly recommended. I called on a Thursday and we were were scheduled for service at 8:00 am the next Tuesday. Mike called me that Tuesday morning at 7:45 am to let me know when they would arrive. Mike and Ryan arrived on time, were knowledgeable, personable, professional, thorough and quick.

They cut through the drywall, replaced the old shower valve, and installed the new valve and shower/tub hardware, cleaned up, made sure we were satisfied with the work, water pressure, functionality of the new pieces, and were gone in less than two hours. We paid them less than 1/4 of the original quote and were not given a spiel about all the other things we "needed" to upgrade/replace. We will call Scott's first (and again and again) from now on.

Call them to come out and quote a commercial project. We emailed the technician multiple times with no response. When we called the technician was never in the office we left numerous messages still with no response. The gentleman that answers the phone is not very friendly and if I own the business he would be the last person that answered the phone for me.

All they had to do was communicate they were not interested in the job and we would have moved on but after following up with them on numerous occasion we were told the same thing but they would call us back and that never happened one time. I

I called them to figure out why I didn't have good water pressure and he ended up telling me I need my whole house replumbed and a new water heater! Cost me $200 just to get told I need $10,000 to fix it. I call someone else to get a second opinion and he literally went under my house and turned up the water pressure from the pressure reducing valve and it's like new for $60! Never call Scott's!

Scott's plumbing responded to my request quickly, came to my house at the time they said they would, and charged me $312 less for a job than I was quoted by Pipe Wrench. I'm so glad I called Scott's Service: Drain unblocking

After years of frustration with plumbing in our home, we finally made the right decision and called Scott's. Of all the plumbers to inspect and address issues in the home, the *ENTIRE* team we worked with from Scott's were the only ones to take the time to correctly identify and address the issue. On top of that they were fairly priced and friendly from day one.

I do wish I was better at remembering names to highlight them to the management team. I'll never recommend another plumbing company. Thanks for giving us peace of mind with what's happening under the house!

I highly recommend Scott's Plumbing! I had a very difficult job - replacing waterline from street to house on a very steep hill. I had been denied by numerous folks. Scott's team came out, looked over the situation, found the best solution for me, and worked promptly to accomplish the job. They were all very professional and courteous. I will hire them again in early 2021 to replace some old pipes inside the house. Thanks again!

Scott's Plumbing people are great. I had a difficult to find leak situation on a thousand foot main water supply line and they not only fixed it but made great improvements to it as well. Scott, Chris, Wesley, David, Dillon and Aaron were great to deal with and took great care of me. These are good, honest, and knowlegable people who will do what is best to get you fixed. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Great experience with Scott's plumbing. The service providers were punctual, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure I was informed every step of the way and gave me several options regarding repair. The expense was fair, reasonable, and honestly a little lower than expected. There was no "mansplaining" just honest service and repair.

The only negative was they had to schedule a few days out. However, it was during a holiday week so that's understandable. And, I can see why they are so busy bc it's a high caliber team. Scott's will definitely be my go-to in the future.

Scott's plumbing was able to come over and fix all of my issues very quickly. I called because my tub wasn't draining. Not only did they fix that, but also realigned my toilet and got my facet outside working again. Specialist were friendly and knowledgeable. Very Trustworthy Company.

This is the third time I have called Scott's Plumbing when am emergency situation popped up. They are consistently awesome! The people are always friendly and professional. Each time they have scheduled me in within a day. Their work is the best and their pricing is totally reasonable. Seriously, they are the best!

A technician made the decision to call in a subcontractor without consent of the home owners (us) or of Scott, the owner of the company. That subcontractor resulted in a $1,000+ bill that didn't actually resolve the issue in a proper manner.

They have no idea what they're doing. They came out to my house 3 times for the same issue. Why couldn't they fix it the first time? Now I'm actively searching for a new plumber to come fix my problem.

I have made multiple attempts to use this service and for one reason or another they could not provide services requested. Very difficult to do business with.

Scott's Plumbing has always provided great service. We will never call anyone else.
