The Plumbing Authority and their team are great to deal with, I called late in the evening after discovering a major leak. George called me back within about an hour and explained what they could do and told me about the company. He was very helpful and courteous and professional. They had someone come out that next morning to give an estimate and then did all the work the next morning.

I really appreciated everyone's professional attitudes and how the company sent me a photo and description of the licensed plumbers that would be coming to do the job. They did a very good job for me and I am pleased with the service

These two men were so professional and hands on that I was amazed! They're extremely experienced, were very professional, upfront about everything. Found issues I had no clue I had, repaired everything from top to bottom, never complained even when they found a disgusting mess under the house caused by sewage leakage! I highly recommend these two men and if I ever have another issue I will certainly call this company and request these two men.

We had The Plumbing Authority put a gas line in at our house for a gas range. Micah Sumner was the licensed plumber that did the work. He did a great job. He was also friendly and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Nancy was very helpful with keeping in contact with me and helping me schedule the appointments on my days off. This is the second time we have used them and would recommend them to anyone.

I had The Plumbing Authority to replace my plumbing with Pex. My sister used them about 3 weeks prior and recommended them. At first there was a mix up on the scheduled date, other than when Mikhail informed me, but the situation was taken care of in a professional manner. Tyler was the 1st plumber that came out and he was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Chris then came out to assist Tyler, Chris was also very professional and knowledgeable.

They completed the job cleaned up and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. I will be using The Plumbing Authority in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

Tyler Cooper, Steve Owens, and two other gentlemen completely re-plumbed my entire house in one day! Mikhail Lynch completed the initial estimate on Thursday afternoon and by Friday at 10:30am, the crew of four showed up and made my 102 year old house like it was brand new construction as far as the plumbing! It works perfectly and comes with a 10 year warranty.

We had a full house repipe done to our house. Mikhail came out at a flexible time that worked for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable and helped us determine the best option for our home. We recently had our entire house re-piped due to pinhole leaks and it really couldn't have gone any better. The Plumbing Authority might just have 2 of the best plumbers in the business with Mark and Ray. They did fantastic work and were great to interact with over the 3 days. I contacted The Plumbing Authority after having some issues with my old water heater and pipes throughout my house. Mikhail came to my house and looked over everything, providing me with a couple of options to replace the water heater as well as all of the 85 year old galvanized piping. He was very flexible and helpful with scheduling, taking into account my own work schedule. Marc and Ray completed the job in a single day, and I could not have asked for better service.

They asked about any preferences I had before doing certain tasks, and were very accommodating to get the job done how I wanted. I called the The Plumbing Authority to get quotes for a family member. They didn't do the work, but their customer service can't be beat! Mikhail, the quoter, was amazing! He explained everything in layman's terms that I could understand, but obviously knew the trade. Their pricing was on par with 3 other competitors. Unfortunately, we just needed it sooner than they could do it. They will be my first choice from now on, customer service is still alive and well at this Company!

Mikhail was wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional. I would not recommend anyone else in Knoxville to advise you on residential plumbing besides Mikhail with the plumbing authority. The prices were a little higher than the other quotes I got, but the quality of work and the professionalism was well worth paying a little more. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and wasn't pushy like some of the other companies. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I called for an estimate, Mikael came out and was so professional, helpful, quick and kind. His experience was obvious and made me a believer in this company. Then on the day of service, Micah showed up and worked so hard all day. He paid attention to every little detail making sure everything was done correctly. His 20 years of experience showed in his finished product.

He was so courteous, personable and professional. I had to have a new water line run to my home, a valve added to correct water pressure, one toilet reset and a new toilet installed. My job was work heavy and Micah was definitely up to the job. I would call the Plumbing Authority again and recommend them to others.

Excellent experience with The Plumbing Authority. Just finished a massive replumb of the house, including main lines to the street. It was expensive, no doubt. But The Plumbing Authority had the greatest scope of work relative to their cost of the 6 companies I got quotes from. They executed all the work they promised on time (which by itself is a huge accomplishment these days) and at an extremely high level of quality.

Our water heater was old and leaking and Plumbing Authority replaced it with a tankless water heater and installed a water softener system. I cannot say if our cost was a good value for the simple reason that we had not gotten quotes from any other company. I will say that we will not use another company but Plumbing Authority from now on. They were very professional, respectful, neat, and carefully explained our new system and answered all questions prior to leaving our house. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had a new gas line brought to the kitchen and this was a free charge to have the new stove hooked up. Rick arrived on time, was personable, professional and seemed very capable of completing his task. He did not leave until we were completely satisfied. He used every gadget in the truck to insure there were no gas leaks and when all was done, he cleaned up and left. He was a very good representative of the company. And this company is great. The young man Daniel came out, examined our problem and gave us the short term solution and the long term. Our immediate problem was fixed within an hour. Very professional and polite. Would recommend often.

Our water heater went out on us and we knew it was going to have to be replaced. We went through Home Advisor to contact a Plumber. The Plumbing Authority contacted us and was at our home within 2 hours. They gave us our options for replacement, we made our decision, and the water heater was replaced that afternoon. Both young men were courteous and very professional. This was a pleasant experience for not such a pleasant situation to find yourselves in as a homeowner.

I highly recommend The Plumbing Authority! First their prices are very reasonable and Kelton and Bobby were very friendly, professional and trustworthy. They were at my house for close to 5 hours and they did an amazing job replacing the old plumbing in my laundry room and fixing my shower. I’m very impressed and extremely happy!!

They did a good job on installing a water softener for me. We had a problem and they came out and fixed it. I have had other work done by them since then and would use them again. Very knowledgable and friendly.

Joseph was sent to my house to fix a leak under my sink. He called me prior to arrival to ensure I was home. He was courteous, friendly, fixed my leak and the work was reasonably priced.
