Sanders Plumbing is a great find for me! I guess I expect a lot from businesses, but Sanders didn't disappoint. As a matter of fact, they went far and above my expectations. Dustin and Rob did a spectacular job. Same day installation of the new water heater and taking the old one down a narrow staircase with a bend in it and taking the old heater away.

They stayed with the job until it met their standards. The work was flawless. Dustin and Rob were very prompt, professional, and even respectful. I'm not used to that anymore, it was very refreshing. I will certainly be using Sanders for all my future plumbing needs.

OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES & DIDN'T EVEN GET IT FIXED!. CHARGED $300 TO REMOVE AND RESET TOILET (Their cost for doing that was $5 for a wax seal & about 20 minutes total labor!), SO THEY COULD ROTO ROOTER THE DRAIN, WHICH COST AN ADDITIONAL $400!.& DIDN'T UNCLOG IT.THEY WANTED AN ADDITIONAL $1,300 TO DRILL A HOLE IN THE SEPTIC LINE OUTSIDE & COULD NOT GUARANTEE THAT WOULD FIX IT!

I HAD THEM STOP AFTER THE $700 & DIDN'T GAMBLE WASTING $1,300 MORE!. MY SON IN LAW BOUGHT AN ELECTRIC ROTO ROOTER & FIXED IT FOR ME!The reason I gave them 2stars is because they did arrive promptly and Dustin and Brad, the techs, were very nice! THIS IS THE ONLY NEGATIVE REVIEW I HAVE EVER POSTED! I wish I had been warned about their outrageous charges! THEY OBVIOUSLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DESPERATE VICTIMS! Sanders Plumbing is the best company! They are responsive and really try to meet the needs of their customers. Our technician today was Tyler and he was so kind and helpful. He was knowledgable and gave us great advice for now and for the future.

Sanders plumbing was able to detect the problem with my bugling toilet. It was a pressure reducing valve that had gone bad they replaced the valve they reseted two toilets to make sure they were okay. They were able to set my wife's and my mind at ease. Service: Toilet installation

Serviceman, Dustin, was prompt, courteous, and did good work. What?: replaced corrosion-perforated water heater piping and heater anode. When afterward water temp was too low, Dustin returned and solved the problem. Can't ask for much better service. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Water heater repair

We are new to the area and selected Sanders Plumbing based on their years in business. Had an emergency leak and were without water. They were able to provide service the same day. Service techs were on time in the window provided. They were very courteous and professional. Took care of the problem and left the work area very clean. Cost for the work was reasonable. Highly recommend Sanders Plumbing based on this experience.

The guys who show up were very nice and courteous. I need 5 water shut off valve replace that were under the sink and 1 next to the toilet. They was rusted solid so that why we need help but the $1,000 quote for 5 shut off valve was ridiculous. So we check around with other plumber and for someone that did it for $460. lesson to learn from this always get different quotes and stay always from big name company.

A difficult situation that could have become much worse was prevented by additional efforts at the very right time. A major clog under a slab from a 50 year old badly installed joint became a huge challenge and was headed to a humongous expense. Sanders staff figured it out and got things moving. They keep us informed throughout the process of the challenges, possible solutions and costs.

This issue appeared right around Thanksgiving. Three other companies had pushed us out to a week, two weeks and near "Christmas Day" schedules. They compressed their schedule to help us out. A+.

Our technician Brandon P went above and beyond for us and did a phenomenal job. He communicated very clearly throughout the whole process and diagnosed and repaired a very complicated and confusing issue with accuracy and precision! He was timely and professional during the entire service call and subsequent repair. I highly recommend Sanders Plumbing and specifically Brandon P to fix your plumbing issues. After running in circles with our home warranty for a week and a half we finally cut our losses and gave Sanders a try. Within 15 minutes of sending an email they were over at our house to diagnose the issue with our water heater and they were clear and open about the costs. The repair was made early the next morning and they actually came under their estimated quote! Definitely using them again. It was totally worth it!

Two outside faucets installed. Both failed within 2 years. No warranty, no refund and poor attitude. Never again. In response to reply: After 1st faucet failed, I did indeed call. I was charged more for the replacement that time than the original installation cost. When the second faucet, which is not a frostproof type, which I had requested, started to leak, I would have been a fool to call again for another fleecing.

You also charged me a surcharge for using a debit card, which was not revealed until AFTER the work was completed, so I could not go to the bank. And when I complained about your service policies, you responded with an offer not to make things right, but for me to purchase a warranty for $20 a month. I repeat--never again.

I have used Sanders Plumbing for a couple of jobs. They are always on time and very professional. Tyler is awesome! So friendly and knowledgeable.

9:00 Thursday morning as I'm backing out of my garage I see water dripping out of my gas water heater. Just what I need! I stop, get out and take a couple pictures and head on to work. Knowing that I'm going to stop by Sanders Plumbing and see Pete Sanders. I show him the pics of the mess in my garage. I ask if there's anyway he can get me me hot water before the end of the day.

He looks at my mess and says sure thing, quotes me a price and by 3:00 I'm back in business! The price he ballparked me me was almost to the penny! The guys did a great job and cleaned up the mess, hauled off the old one and boom. like it never happened! Folks if you are faced with a plumbing issue, call my plumber. I would never use Pete or anybody from this company ever again! I would also highly recommend getting a detail quote before any work is started so you're not shocked when they give you an invoice.

We called Sanders Plumbing for the first time on a Saturday night about 10 o'clock when our faucet head broke and we had about an inch of water standing in our bathroom. By the time they finished we had a new jacuzzi and everything had been retiled.

Pete Sanders is a skilled professional. He has fixed plumbing problems for me and several family members. Some of those problems were caused by plumbers who were not as skilled. Excellent company who values their customers.

If you think $150/hour (+materials) is a reasonable rate for a scheduled plumbing repair then, by all means. *(BTW, HomeAdvisor suggests that the average cost for a plumber in 2016 is $45-$150 per hour depending on job and location.

This is the best plumbing company you'll find in the Knoxville, TN area. They had to run a new water line to my house from the meter, and, while it is upsetting to get something like that done, they did a phenomenal job.
