I have used Ehrhardt Brothers Plumbing twice now. First of all, they responded to calls promptly, when at least 4 other plumbers did not return calls and/or ghosted my requests for service. They were also extremely flexible in offering convenient time slots for me. Jobs included multiple faucet and shut-off valve repairs and replacements (many of which were technically challenging, as they were located above the dry wall ceiling with only a tiny access holes) and sump pump and discharge pipe replacements.

Their work and their technicians were extremely professional and all repairs are functioning well, some over 3 years in. They always cleaned up the work areas very well and offered advice for future work as well as issues to look out for. If you live in the Howard county, MD area, I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

I had an amazing experience with this company. I had a kitchen sink clog and it took two trips from them to fix it completely. Both plumbers I dealt with were great. They both kept the house clean while working and worked hard the whole time. The people at the office communicated before their arrival and they arrived on time. They did not try to overcharge me for making a second trip. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience with this establishment. The appointment scheduling was spot on and the receptionist called before hand should the technician arrive early. Rob is one of the techs, he is very professional and helpful. Upon the detection of the issue(s), he will advice what the problem was for our shower leak and provided the recommendation immediately. Would call this business again should we have an issue in the future.

Rob the tech was great, cheaper than I expected. Called them on Monday. Next day at 10 am Rob was there. Had my daughter's B Day party that weekend and he fixed the first floor toilet, replaced the leaking exposed water shutoff for toilet, replaced broken disposal then ran a new water line from fridge down to basement. Paid less than 700 total.

Rob was able to come the same day ( our only toilet) and fix the toilet fast. He was also able to fix the slow drain on our bathtub. He left me with some great pointers on how to clean the drains in the future as well as prevent the toilet from getting clogged again. Awesome experience, thank you so much

BEWARE! MOST REVIEWS FAKE! SEE PICTURES! CHECK OTHER BAD REVIEWS! Received quote, signed contract and plumbers did work NOT listed in contract and forced my husband and myself to pay bill that was over $900! Mike came to our house to get measurements and he is not even part of the team that does any of the work. Mike has my husband and I waste time installing drywall that his team had to remove to start the work.

It took them over 4 months to complete the work. Mike stated "we did not anticipate this much work" yet he is the one who came out and gave us a time frame that was significantly shorter than 4 months. This company will lie to get more money. They left trash in our backyard for over a month before removing it. They caused a water main leak and Mike (the professional plumber) says my husband and I can fix it ourselves basically with a rude and condescending reply (see picture email attached).

They caused a sewage pipe in our basement to back up after the toilet was installed. They cracked the concrete floor in our basement and they did not patch it fully, we had to hire another company to repair the damages. They have ignored my husbands multiple emails and multiple phone calls once they received their money. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

Through the email with Mike's reply you can only imagine what he has said to us in person, he was very rude to my husband and myself over the phone and in person. The receptionist is also rude and laughed over the phone when we asked for the permits. RUDE COMPANY!

I give Ehrhardt Brothers Plumbing two thumbs up for the service they provided! The whole process was simple and easy, from the first phone call where a nice lady took my info and squeezed me in on the schedule the very next day all the way until the end. I had a leak under my master bathroom sink and in another bathroom the water drained very slow. The tech Vince was great and on time. He worked fast and got the job done right. And their price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

Professional from front desk to the plumber. Tracy is incredibly responsive - had parts ordered and repair plan in place before they even scheduled the visit. Rob was really nice, showed up on time and worked fast - finding and fixing other issues as needed, while not doing more than was necessary. Definitely my new go-to for plumbing.

We needed to fix a leaky toilet and replace another toilet with a new one. Rob from Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing did both of those jobs wonderfully. He was extremely professional, polite, and did his work expeditiously and with VERY high quality. The prices were very fair for the quality of work I received. The office staff was very polite and kept wonderful communication with me for scheduling and updates on Rob's arrival. You can tell they really care about quality and keeping customers happy and coming back. They are going to be my go to plumbers from now on, period! I am extremely pleased.

We ended up calling Ehrhardt Brothers about a new water heater around 8:00 am after discovering a leak. After a few calls and emailed photos, the new water heater job was completed before1:00 pm. On time. Quick. Clean. Easy. Done.

Just on the basis of the knowledge and attention I received from Tracy on the phone, I would highly recommend them. It isn't everyone that will try to help you figure out what your issue is before making a sale or a service call. If she is representative of their team, I will definitely have them be my go-to plumbing people.

We called them for a block in our main water line- we discovered it around 10 pm (basement flooded), called them 7 am the next morning and they came out within a few hours. The guys were very professional and efficient, and I felt the charge was reasonable (this is my first experience needing a professional plumber so I have no reference for comparison however I was expecting to have to pay more). Will definitely call them again should we need any services in the future!

Fantastic first meeting with Nick, he was very professional and informative. I was ready to have them do the work but I needed a quote in order for the HOA to approve the work. After 3 or 4 attempts of calling and asking for the quote I never received it. Have to start all over again looking for a new plumber to do the work but now I’m a month behind and it could be done already.

In several encounters, we've never been disappointed with Ehrhardt Brothers Plumbing. This time was no exception. The office called 45 minutes before our appointment to advise that Rob was on his way. He showed up promptly and handled the tasks professionally and courteously. The replacement kitchen faucet I had planned to install myself (!) turned out to be a mismatch for the size of the supply lines, so I needed someone with skills far beyond my own to install new shut-off valves and compatible supply lines. Obviously, it was no problem for Rob and he was done in under an hour. Ehrhardt is not inexpensive, but the reliability, quality service and overall experience make them our go-to contractor for household plumbing services.

Erhardt Brothers replaced water intake valve overcoming a few challenges, they are always prompt and respectful and do a terrific job!

Had them come out today for a bad clog, kids will put anything in the toilet. The service team arrived before schedule and performed their task well above standard. The price for everything was well within reason and I will definitely be returning for anything that is plumbing related.

I called them in for a second opinion. The upstairs toilet clogged and backed up downstairs. Another plumbing company was called in and snaked and put a camera down two clean outs. This other plumbing firm said I need to dig up my 50 feet of yard, tear out some driveway and sidewalk and replace all the pipes from the house to county connection.

Significant issues at the folks place a few days back regarding drainage in their kitchen sink AND from their laundry machine pipe. Ehrhardt Brothers sent someone out that day, and the got the problem fixed in a jiffy. My folks were very happy with the explanation provided, and the person's professional manner. Cost was very reasonable. The person was very knowledgeable!

Nick from Ehrhardt Brothers came by (earlier than I even expected) and did a relatively simple shower leak repair for about 20% of the price that Len the Plumber wanted. Very friendly and very honest in every regard.

I love they are local. They gave us a very fair price on a new water heater. They provided a new one, recycled the old one and came within 1 day to install. I like that they are friendly and helpful.

Our plumber was extremely nice and efficient. He was even good with my girls who were stalking him around the house. He was able to come to my house a day before expected, Prices were reasonable and he did an excellent job, definitely will be calling them for future plumbing needs.
