Typically most houses are fitted with a tank water heater. These are the classic design featuring a large cylinder that houses the water. Generally houses are fitted with one of these units however some larger homes have two. We had a leak that caused our ceiling to fall on Christmas morning. Called Vito and Jonn was there in one hour and fixed the leak. He cleaned up the mess the price was very fair. Best plumber I've ever had

They are just too expensive. They do not give a price until they are done. $200 for ten minutes of work. Two stars because they came within one day

They overcharge excessively. We called them because our water heater broke down and we had to shut it off and were without hot water. They did respond very quickly, but it was very difficult to get precise information about the replacement heater we could get.

I couldn't be more disappointed by the lack of professionalism and inaccurate timetables provided by this company. Our building was given a two hour timeframe for water shutdown (9:00 am - 11:00 am), which is tolerable.

Vito was recommended to me by a neighbor when the contractors through my home warranty were not able to satisfactorily resolve the issue with my furnace/heat pump. I called Vito and they resolved the issue in one trip; as opposed to four plus trips by two other vendors.
