COMPLETE SCAM. They are extremely pushy and falsely advertise military discounts (then raise their price) They also hook you in my offering a monthly plan which if you cancel the next day they will charge you a fee of $148! There is a federal law which allows consumers to cancel a contract within 3 business days. WHAT A SCAM! Very unprofessional company.

Mike finds you a time slot as soon as possible, shows up right on time, does exactly what's needed, sticks to his estimate as close as possible, and is a total pleasure to do business with. One simply does not meet this level of service often these days.

Always show up on time and give reasonable price on every job really took his time to do the work.

Mike came to our house under very short notice to fix a leaky valve. He was very communicative and punctual, and worked quickly to find the right replacement parts for the job. Fees were extremely reasonable. I would recommend MPM Plumbing for future projects.

Mike responded quickly after I had called several "big name" plumbing companies that never called me back. I had an emergency leak in my basement and needed help immediately. Mike came in and fixed the problem quickly and the price was fair and very reasonable, especially considering that this was an emergency. I would highly recommend him to anyone in MoCo and surrounding area, and I won't hesitate to call him (and only him) next time I need a plumber.

I highly recommend MPM Plumbing/Michael Munson. I called MPM for a shower hot/cold temperature issue I was having, in which Mike gave me an estimate over the phone. Mike repaired my shower issue, and looked into a kitchen sink issue I was having. For the kitchen sink issue, he told me that the Kohler faucet I have is under a lifetime warranty (it came with the house) and that I can contact Kohler for a replacement. Mike could have easily charged me for a new faucet, and I would have easily agreed to it, but he is an honest man whom is looking for the best interest of his clients. His final charge to me was under his initial estimate over the phone. I would use him for any plumbing job I have.

I had a problem after hours over the holiday and this company came right out and helped. I was charged a fee for holiday and quick service, but the fee was not too bad. I would use again.

Mike did a great job on our toilet. There was some moisture that had to dry, and he made time to come back the next day to finish the job. He had to do extra work to get the tile floor level so that the toilet would fit correctly, but the price was very reasonable.

Mike came on major holiday as we had no hot water. Mike was there 1st thing in AM with one phone call, installed a new water heaterand we had hot water in a couple of hours. Great job, very reasonable price, would recommend to anybodyfor any plumbing issue.
