KangaRoof did a great job replacing an attic fan that went out. They were fast, professional, and did great work. They also adjusted my still working fans to better settings for my area as well as added a switch for the fans which was unexpected but a nice touch. Overall a pleasure to work with.

Shane truly is a professional, polite person. I asked him to give me a straight view of what my roof is all about. There was a grim view of my roof but, he explained that thier are other avenues we can take. He had asked to review the insurance company estimate, Said they might have missed a few things, Also said he would need at least 3 feet past the damage shingles all of which helps my review of my claim of a roof replacement which is my goal. Thank you for your help Shane. In the end I would highly recommend this to anyone.

They replaced our roof earlier this year and did a fine job after months of waiting. They did set the expectation so that is ok. Five months later, there is a leak and we contacted them for repair. It's been 3 different appointments with some combination of no shows or "we don't know what time we'll show up". I have missed 2d of working staying home waiting for them. After a month of appointments, I'm still waiting for them to show up. Unprofessional!

Roof Review They are reliable, honest, and very knowledgeable. It can be unnerving to assess a roof and determine if a new roof is needed - when you cannot see for yourself. Thus, we must have people that we TRUST. Kangaroof is that company. EXCELLENT. From start to finish a very seamless transaction Michael and De Andrei answered all my questions. They were interested in what was best for me. They explained what would be done. I highly recommend Kangaroof.

I called KangaRoof after my insurance company let me down. Insurance refused to come out and made me send them pics before they would process my roof damage claim. There was obvious damage on the top & underside of the roof in the attic-but insurance sent their own contractor who they forbade to enter the attic, and they further told him not to talk to me about the process.

After all that they made up their minds not to cover me. As soon as I called KangaRoof, they got me set up with an inspector right away. Shane Cosper came out and did a full inspection, inside and out, finding further leaks I didn't even know about. He gave me an immediate quote, several options to choose from, and he answered all my questions about their Overhead Care Club which I also joined.

They matched my roof shingles perfectly and were responsive and honest through the whole process. A fantastic experience with KangaRoof and Shane Cosper all around. Highly recommend!

Lost some shingles in a recent high wind event and Shane came out to not only repair the shingles but the existing leak in a roof vent they came out for originally. Great price, knowledgeable, nice appointment system. What more do you want? Will definitely be using them for major repairs or replacement.

Kanga does NOT hop to it. Hired Kanga Roof to replace our roof. Signed contract in May 2021. They started in August replacing the roof. The entire process was a struggle due to extremely poor on site management. After telling the crew not to put 2-3 people on our patio roof as it would not hold that much weight they repeatedly were putting 2-3 people on the roof.

Ultimately the patio roof was damaged beyond repair. After lots of back and forth Kanga finally agreed to replace the patio roof. The patio roof was completed in January 2022. Kanga tried to push blame on the damaged patio roof back on us, the crew used my personal tools/ladder, they left tar everywhere including on our patio furniture cushions and on the side of the house (the house was finally painted we threw the patio furniture cushions away), they left nails all over the yard (they were supposed to perform 2 nail sweeps and didn't see pic) and displayed a complete lack of management.

Through this process of frustration I reached out to a number of people within the Kanga Roof company including Stacy Feller (by email- Stacy never even replied) and always had a hard time getting someone to address issues. Our experience with Kanga was a disaster and one I will not forget. Based on our experience Kanga Roof is just another "typical roofing company" that doesn't care about service and level of workmanship. This was clear from the on site crew, the on site management as well as upper management and owners.

Update: after posting the review below I was contacted by Kangaroof. They apologized for their growing pains and made sure the rest of my experience went very well. We hired an inspector who found a few things and Kangaroof corrected them without issue. I'm updating my review from 2 stars to 4. I recognize that they're ridiculously busy, but I gave them a down-payment 4 months ago and have had exactly 1 call from them months ago and I have no idea when I'm getting my roof replaced.

I now have materials sitting on my driveway for two weeks and still have no idea of the schedule. I understand being busy -- I think I've been patient, but the total absence of communication has been very frustrating.

The high winds of a recent cold front blew a section of shingles off my roof. I called Kanga Roof that evening and first thing the next morning a very nice inspector arrived to check out the damages. A few days later a set of extremely polite men came and fixed the roof. It looks just as good now as it ever has. Even when looking at the roof through my high-powered binoculars, I cannot tell where the repairs were made. I am certainly happy with the speed and quality of the work that Kanga performed. I will be contacting them again if I ever need any roofing work in the future.

After noticing a leak in our ceiling we began contacting roofing companies to come take a look. The first two were very shady and wanted to immediately call our insurance and sign contracts on the spot. I was leery and decided to get alternate bids from locally recommended roofers. Kanga Roof was very responsive and were able to come out earlier than scheduled. Dustin was great at talking us through the process and answered all of our questions!

Once the day of our installation came, De'Andre kept us constantly updated through the process and sent us pictures of every step! If your on the fence, don't hesitate to call and get the process started as they have a waitlist for good reason.

The whole team at KangaRoof did a great job with our roof replacement. One of our plants next to the house took a hit during construction which is hard to avoid with any roof work, but Matthew LaBeff went the extra mile and personally replaced the plant for us. That kind of follow-through and kindness you don't easily forget. Big thanks to Matthew and everyone at KangaRoof!

From the first phone call to the wrap up of the installation I was more than impressed. De'Andre was the superintendent on our roof replacement. De'Andre was very courteous and professional. He kept us informed every step of the project and sent lots of photos so we could see the stages of completion. The roofing crew was helpful, they were courteous and very respectful of our and our neighbors properties. After they left you couldn't even tell they were here except for our beautiful new roof. Seven months after the big hailstorm that blew through here, a roofing company cold-called me and asked if they could inspect my roof as they had somebody in the area. I said sure, and they told me the next day that someone had been by and found enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. I was skeptical as nobody had knocked on my door or even parked outside as far as I could tell. Nevertheless, I set an appointment with the company to send someone by to meet in person the next day so we could go over the inspection report.

That meeting never happened as I was continually given the runaround. Monday arrived and I was concerned about the roof as winter was approaching and I didn't want anything else happening to the house. I called Kanga Roof and they were everything the first company was not. Friendly, courteous, responsive. Suzie walked me through the inspection process and set an appointment for a tech, Jason, to come out next day and give me an inspection.

When Jason arrived, he told me that he lived in the area and had inspected about twenty roofs in the neighborhood over the past few months and found no damage. He did a thorough inspection of my attic and my roof, took pictures, and took the time to walk through the inspection report with me. Would you believe it -- no major damage! He did advise me as to what I could do to improve my roof, but there was no high-pressure sales or even any sales at all.

He left me the report and a quote to get the work done. I know that when I am ready to get the minor work done on my roof, or heaven forbid any major work done on my roof, I will be giving Kanga Roof a call. Honest, professional work at a reasonable price. Can't ask for much more these days.

Everyone at KangaRoof has been wonderful to work with. Matt Southall explained everything in the quote and worked with my insurance company to help me get the best coverage. De'Andre Price kept me updated on their progress as they replaced the roof. He made sure I knew what to expect and was happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend KangaRoof. They did a great job!

Jason Hall my roof advisor was incredible! He worked very hard to make me a happy customer. I can definitely say that Jason took great pride in his job and he made sure I was informed and satisfied with KangaRoof during the entire installation process of my rental property roof. I will use KangaRoof again for my personal residence when the time comes because of Jason. KangaRoof is lucky to have him!

We were looking for a roofer after the hail damage. After several presentations we had chosen Feller Roofing. Kevin was the best in explaining to us on our insurance claim. All the work was done in two days and they did a top notch job. Stan was available during the whole process and a pleasure to work with.

I had Feller replace my roof 2 years ago - they did a great job and coordinated everything with my insurance company. We moved and the recent high winds pulled back the ridge cap on a section of the roof on our new home. Not a big repair but the plywood was exposed and we were expecting even more rain. Andrew came out and got a crew for us the next day.

Round Rock Feller staff are pleasant, and easy to work with. John. who is one of their estimators offered to paint vents on my roof when he came by to give an estimated price.for new skylights. Although it was several weeks after the skylights were installed before all the vents were painted. it was done with only one reminder. Thanks John!

I promised I would come back to update my previous review and here I am. Not giving 5 stars because it took way longer that expected for someone to contact me for an inspection, repair appointment to be schedule and actual completion of the repair.

We had fast and great service by Feller Roofing. They did a great job on our roof and stayed in touch with us through the entire process. Definitely recommend them for small and big jobs.

Feller roofing replaced the roof on my rental property and they were awesome - super quick response time, great price, direct customer contact, and they followed up during the work with pictures and video so I could track progress.

I'm never quick to give a 5 star review but Feller Roofing has most definitely earned it. They replaced the roof on our first house and did a fantastic job at a great price. When we moved to another house, they came out and fixed a leak above the front porch.

If you have ever had a bad experience with a roofer you will appreciate Feller Roofing. Being new to the Round Rock area, I researched roofers for several hours and its scarey some of the tails, but you will not find a bad review on this company.

Scott and his team replaced our roof almost a year ago and it looks great! I liked working with Scott and the full roof replacement was actually the second time I had worked with him. He and his team did a patch job on our roof right after we moved in.
