I think they closed as they have no machine, no employee to answer their phone. I tried for days, drove there and 3 white jeeps were in front. Locked up.

In 2019, my 78 year old female neighbor signed a contract with another roofing company for her 1280 square foot home without consulting me. I asked her who the two guys were that came to her house and she informed me she had signed a contract for a new roof and I wanted to review it. She also told me that she paid them $1,000 cash down. I asked if I could see the contract to find out that they were going to charge her $21,000 for the roof basically ripping her off and she had not even contacted the home owner insurance company and there was no notation on the contract about the cash down payment. Fortunately there was a three day cancellation notice requirement and it was the last day of that and I cancelled the contract and requested they return her $1,000 immediately.

I got her money back and the bogus contract terminated. I contacted her insurance filing a claim and they came out and approved a new roof and now would only cost her the deductible. I then contacted Joe about the situation and he came out and gave her a quote for a three tab roof like she had on her house which was over half less than the other contractor quote BUT that was not what he wanted to do for this Grandma.

This really good man upgraded her roof to architectural shingles, added ridge vents and installed gutter guards for the same price quoted to help this 78 year old German grandma on a social security small fixed income. Who does that? Joe with CAPCO Roofing - that is who. Why would he do that - because the other roofing company tried to rip this grandma and my friend off and Joe was not happy about it.

That is why and because he is a great human being who stands behind his work and the industry. I wish I could give Joe 20 stars for what he did to help my neighbor and friend. The completed job was absolutely perfect, complete and beautiful. See photos.

Capco Roofing was called out to take care of some roofing work that was needed as a result of a tankless water heater installation in my home. The work that prompted Capco needing to come out took much longer than anticipated and was essentially not completed until late in the week. The tankless water heater installer / plumber actually arranged for Capco to come out as I had no idea who to call for the needed work.

They stated that Capco had taken care of this work for them in the past with rave reviews. Joe from Capco called me right away and I was impressed with his communication throughout the process. Capco came out the same day due to an impending rain storm and the job was done well. The workman provided pictures of the work (so I would not need to get on the roof to see what they did). They color matched the new ventilation pieces / parts and repaired the area. Everything matches perfect and there are no leaks. I would definitely recommend this company.

Capco was referred to me by a good friend of mine. he told me they are the most professional and do the best work at best price. I was pleasantly surprised, he responded quickly and me a fair bid and could get started immediately (he was starting a major job and the rain pushed him back a week), perfect timing! I will strongly recommend Capco to everyone I know!

I have used Capco Roofing twice. Both times they responded immediately. I called them this morning and they were out within the hour. They have done an amazing job and gone above and beyond their call of duty. I highly recommend this company. The owner cares and is hands on. The same crew came out that did a roof repair on my home two years ago. The crew foreman remembered me and my house. That says a lot! Customer for life.

I can't thank Capco Roofing enough for their service. During the Memorial Weekend storms we discovered a serious leak in our roof. We called Capco and they were there the next day! They fixed the damage quickly. I got nervous when the heavy rain storms happened again in October, but thanks to Capco doing a great job in the spring we didn't have any problems.

I was amazed when the owner, Joe, followed up with a phone call to see if we were having any problems. With so many roofing companies in the Austin area it's great to know there is a company that will do the job right for a reasonable price. We recommended Capco to our neighbors for their roof repairs and they were very pleased with the work.

I am late in doing this review. Late last year when it rained the roof was flowing a lot of water onto the front porch leaving a large puddle. I noticed a neighbor had installed gutters a few weeks before. I asked him who did the work because his gutters looked great. He pointed me to Capco Roofing and Gutters. I called and talked to the owner Joe who came out the next day and looked at the situation and suggested a special installation to fix my problem.

Early the next week his team came out and installed the gutters around my front porch. The job looked great. Now I had to wait for rain to see if they worked as expected. About a week later we had a hard rain and yes the gutters worked and diverted the flow and guess what no puddle. They worked perfectly. Now fast forward to last week when we had the high winds I had some singles blow off the roof.

I called Capco again and asked if they could get my shingles fixed before the expected rain for next week comes. Joe came out on Friday and got the information on my shingles and sent his team out late Saturday to fix it. They matched the singles perfectly and had the shingles all replaced in a very short time. So I was covered for the coming rain on Monday. Would I use Capco again? Yes for any gutter or roofing items needed.

I was very pleased with the estimator and crew. I would recommend CAPCO to other builders and homeowners. Thank you very much!

A neighbor had gutters installed and they looked great so we got the name of the company which was CAPCO. the owner Joe came out and gave us a estimate which we liked and we had him do our gutters. We will use CAPCO again when we need a new roof replacement!

Very professional and efficient experience getting my roof replaced. The owner is very knowledgeable and courteous. The crew was fast efficient and did a very good job cleaning up their mess after they'd finished my roof.
